About Flights
11- The Agency is an intermediary institution between the airline and the passenger, and in possible disputes, the relevant provisions of Turkish legislation as well as the Hague Protocol and the Warsaw Convention shall apply.

14- In accordance with airline rules; if the outbound flight of round-trip tickets is not used, the return flight will be cancelled by the airline.
15- For those participating in tours with flights, check-in and boarding procedures are personal procedures and must be completed by the guest before the flight at the airport, at the relevant airline counters, or online via the airline’s website.
16- Last-minute flight delays and gate changes are announced via audio announcements at airports and shown on information boards in the area. Guests must follow this information themselves.
17- The Agency is not responsible for guests who do not arrive at the specified airport at the specified times in accordance with airline rules, who do not complete check-in and boarding procedures on time, or who complete them on time but do not board the plane, in the event that they cannot take the flight. The cost of obtaining new round-trip tickets and all expenses related to transfers etc. in the destination area required for such guests to join the tour shall be borne by them.
18- In general, the baggage allowance for flights departing from Turkey is 20 kg. This may vary depending on the airline and the destination country. If there are domestic flights in the destination country, the baggage allowance on these domestic flights may be reduced to 15 kg. Excess baggage weight/fee rules are determined by airlines and are not the responsibility of the Agency.
19- For guests who wish to upgrade their flight tickets using miles (to business or first class); after the tickets have been issued, upgrades may be made depending on the availability of the airline (please check your loyalty airline). No mileage guarantee is given for each flight. Please check whether the program tickets are in an upgradable class.
20- On some airlines, food, beverages, and online check-in services may be subject to an extra fee.
Other Matters

24- At the time of booking the purchased tour, the guest must enter/declare the name, date of birth, and passport number exactly as shown in the passport. Flight tickets are issued based on this information. Penalty charges resulting from cancellation or changes to flight tickets due to incorrect information will be charged to the guests.

27- Requests regarding the room made by the Agency (high floor, close to common areas, smoking/non-smoking, bed type) are communicated to the hotel. Every effort is made to ensure that the allocated rooms match the guest’s preferences, subject to the hotel’s availability. Fulfillment of these requests depends on availability at the time of check-in and cannot be guaranteed by the Agency.
28- Breakfast served at hotels differs from the rich breakfast commonly known in Turkish cuisine. It is generally served as a continental breakfast, consisting of limited options such as butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate room allocated for the group.
29- In some cases, a double bed may be provided instead of twin beds. Most European hotels offer rooms with 2 beds that can be joined if necessary.
30- Child and extra bed policies may vary according to each hotel and room type.
31- Any extra bed or baby cot is provided upon request and subject to the hotel’s availability and must be approved by the hotel.
32- The capacity for extra beds or baby cots in a room is 1 at most.
33- Triple rooms include an extra bed; in such rooms, the bed assigned to the third person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Extra beds are folding or coach beds. Our guests are deemed to have accepted the possible crowding in the rooms and the bed type resulting from the extra beds added to standard rooms in triple room and/or family reservations.
34- If the number and ages of children staying with adults are incorrectly declared by our guests during hotel reservations, the relevant hotels may charge an additional fee. In such a case, responsibility belongs to the guest who made the incorrect declaration. Hotels may request identification for age verification of children.
35- In reservations with 2 adults + 1 child, there may not be a separate bed for the child. Child prices are only valid if the child stays with two adults. Child discounts apply only to a “single child” in the age group eligible to stay with 2 adults.
36- Daily exchange rate fluctuations are reflected in TL prices. The exchange rates applicable at the time of payment are valid. Additional requests and some extra services you may receive at the hotel (mini bar, iron, etc.) are subject to extra charges by the hotel. These expenses are not included in the purchase price and are paid directly to the hotel during your stay.
37- Some countries have different practices regarding city, tourism, or local taxes. Any such city, tourism, or other taxes applied are collected by the hotel from the guest upon entry or exit.
38- The distances given in the programs are based on maps. Travel times may be extended due to traffic, weather conditions, the geographical location of the country visited, roadworks, and similar circumstances.
39- The Agency may, when necessary or deemed appropriate, change the order of the cities in the program and the main airline to be used, without altering the content of the program.
40- The personal belongings, bags, suitcases, and passports/ID cards of participants are their own responsibility, and the Agency is not responsible for lost, forgotten, or stolen items. If forgotten items are found, the costs incurred in delivering them to the country and/or person shall be borne by the owner of the item.

42- For possible extra expenses, upon hotel check-in, a photo ID/passport issued by official authorities and a credit card or cash deposit may be requested by the hotel. The refund of the deposit requested at check-out is an issue between the hotel and the guest, and the Agency has no involvement.

2- For customs crossings/border checkpoints, your passport must have at least 2 blank pages for entry/exit stamps to be placed.
3- Being visa-exempt or having obtained a visa for the countries in this tour does not mean that entry into or exit from the country is guaranteed; the passport police have the authority to allow or deny entry/exit, and the Agency is not responsible for this; responsibility lies with the passenger.
4- Guests who are not Turkish citizens or who have dual citizenship and will participate in the tour using their other country’s passport must personally consult the relevant consulates regarding the visa procedure applied by the destination country to the passport they will use; otherwise, the Agency will not be responsible for any resulting consequences.
5- Passports that are torn, worn, wet, and/or otherwise damaged must be renewed to avoid problems with customs police at the border of the destination country. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger.
6- For our guests under 18 traveling alone or with only one of their mother or father, there is a possibility that the border police at entry/exit may request a document showing the mutual consent of the parents; therefore, we recommend that guests under 18 and their parents pay close attention to this issue.
