Sveti Stefan Island, surrounded by walls in the 15th century and a fishing village until the 1950s, used to be a favorite destination for celebrities like Sofia Loren, Marilyn Monroe, and Liz Taylor during the 60s, 70s, and 80s.

Guiding Services and Extra Tours
6- The days and times of the tours specified in the program can be changed by the guide depending on the open/closed status of the museums and historical sites and weather conditions. Different guides may accompany our guests during the tours.
7- The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are designed to provide a general introduction to the cities and are done through guided narration from inside the vehicle, not including museum or site entrances, lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours. Panoramic tours, as well as other tours specified in the program, may not occur if permitted visits according to local authorities' regulations are denied or if the tours are impossible due to suboptimal weather conditions. Some tours may be done through public transportation or on foot, depending on closed roads or points where vehicle entry is not allowed.
8- Our guide may make changes to the days of city tours and/or additional tours based on participant numbers and the status of whether the museum and historical site is open. This also applies to potential changes in flight times.
9- For our tours conducted with Speed Boats, precautions to be taken include not eating heavy meals immediately before boarding and not drinking excessive amounts of water. Guests with stomach, back, neck complaints, or pregnant guests must inform their guides about their conditions.

About Flights
11- The Agency is an intermediary between the airline and the passenger; in cases of disputes, the relevant provisions of Turkish legislation, as well as the Hague Protocol and the Warsaw Convention, will apply.
12- Delays or changes in flight times may occur on scheduled and charter flights. The Agency is obligated to inform about these changes as soon as possible. The passenger acknowledges the risk of changes/cancellations in flight times by purchasing the tour.
13- Children aged 0-2 only pay the airport tax fee.
14- According to airline rules, if the outbound flight of round-trip purchased tickets is not used, the return flight will be canceled by the airline.
15- For those participating in tours with flights, check-in and boarding procedures are personal responsibilities and must be completed in advance at the airports, at the relevant airline counters, or online via the airline's website.
16- Last-minute delays and gate changes during flights are announced audibly at the airports and displayed on information boards in the area. This information should be tracked by guests themselves.
17- The Agency is not responsible for passengers who are not present at the specified airport during the hours indicated according to airline rules, nor for those who do not complete check-in and boarding procedures on time or who complete them on time but do not board the plane. Guests who miss their flight will be responsible for costs such as obtaining new round-trip tickets and transfers in the destination area to participate in the tour.
18- The checked baggage limit is generally 20 kg on flights departing from Turkey. This weight may vary according to the airline and the destination country. If there are domestic flights in the destination country, this baggage limit may drop to 15 kg. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not the responsibility of the Agency.
19- For our guests who wish to upgrade their tickets with miles (to business or first class), upgrade procedures can be performed depending on the availability of the airline (check the airline to which you are a member). No mileage guarantee is given for each flight. Check if the tickets for the program can be upgraded.
20- In some airlines, food-beverage and online check-in services may be subject to additional charges.
Other Matters
21- The Agency will not accept responsibility for any changes or cancellation processes made by the guest directly contacting the hotel. In this case, the cancellation conditions of the Agency will apply.
22- When the hotels are indicated by category information without specifying names, and/or options are presented for the same destination, the guests will be informed 48 hours before the tour departure by the Agency.
23- During special periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, and sports tournaments, hotels may be used further away than the specified locations or distances. In such cases, the Agency will inform the guest 15 days prior to the departure date of the tour.
24- At the time of registering for the purchased tour, the guest must accurately enter/declare their name as it appears on the passport, date of birth, and passport number in the system. Flight tickets are issued based on this information. Penalty fees from incorrect information leading to flight ticket cancellations or changes will be charged to the guests.
25- To use your mobile phones abroad, please ensure that your phone is activated for international use by contacting the company to which your line is affiliated before leaving Turkey.
26- The check-in time for accommodation is 15:00, and the check-out time is 12:00.
27- Requests regarding the room (high floor, near general areas, smoking/non-smoking, bed type) are communicated to the hotel by the Agency. Care is taken for the reserved rooms to align with the guest's preferences, depending on hotel availability. The fulfillment of these requests depends on availability at check-in, and the Agency cannot guarantee it.
28- Breakfast offered at hotels may differ from the rich breakfast traditionally found in Turkish cuisine. Generally, it is served as a continental breakfast, consisting of limited options such as butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee, and may be served in a separate room designated for groups.
29- In some cases, a double room may have a twin bed setup instead of a double bed. Many European hotels offer rooms with two beds that can be merged when necessary.
30- The child and extra bed policy may vary by hotel and room types.
31- Every type of extra bed and baby cot is provided upon request and depends on hotel availability and requires hotel approval.
32- The capacity of extra beds or baby cots in a room is a maximum of 1.
33- In triple rooms, there is an application for an extra bed, and the bed assigned to the 3rd person in these rooms is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Extra beds consist of folding beds and beds known as couch beds. Our guests acknowledge their acquiescence to the potential crowding and bed types in triple-room and/or child-inclusive reservations due to additional beds added to standard rooms.
34- If the number of children and their ages staying with adults is incorrectly stated in hotel reservations, the relevant hotels may charge additional fees. In such cases, the responsibility belongs to the guest who provided the erroneous declaration. The hotel may request identification to verify the ages of children.
35- In reservations for 2 adults + 1 child, there may not be a separate bed for the child. Child rates apply only if the child is staying with two adults. Child discounts apply only to one "single child" in the relevant age group staying with two adults.
36- Daily exchange rate fluctuations will be reflected in TL prices. The exchange rates valid at the time of payment will be applicable. Additional requests and some extra services to be acquired at the hotel (mini-bar, ironing, etc.) may be subject to additional charges by the hotel. These expenses are not included in the payment at the time of purchase and will be paid directly to the hotel during your stay.
37- Some countries have different applications regarding city, tourism, or local-level taxes. Any city, tourism, or other taxes applied in this manner will be collected from the guest by the hotel during check-in or check-out.
38- The travel distances provided in the programs are based on maps. Travel times may extend due to traffic, weather conditions, the geographical location of the country being visited, road works, and conditions.
39- The Agency may change the order of the cities in the program or the main airline to be flown without altering the content of the program under mandatory circumstances or when deemed necessary.
40- Personal belongings, bags, suitcases, passports/identities of participants in the tour are under their own responsibility. The Agency is not responsible for forgotten/lost/stolen items. All costs incurred for the delivery of forgotten items found to the country and/or the person will be borne by the owner of the item.
41- Participants in the tour are required to have their travel health insurance policies and any related medications and reports with them.
42- For possible additional expenses at check-in, the hotel may request a photo ID/passport issued by official institutions and a credit card or cash deposit. The deposit requested at check-out is a transaction between the hotel and the guest, and the Agency does not intervene in it.
Visa and Passport
1- Guests must have passports valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel.
2- To ensure the entry-exit stamp can be affixed on your passport at customs, there must be at least 2 blank pages in your passport.
3- Being exempt from visa requirements or having obtained a visa for the countries included in this tour does not guarantee entry/exit into/from the country, as the passport police have the authority to deny you entry/exit, and the Agency is not responsible for this; the responsibility lies with the passenger.
4- Guests who are not Turkish citizens or who have dual citizenship and will participate in the tour using another country's passport must inquire personally at the relevant consulates about the visa procedures applicable to the country they will be traveling to; otherwise, the Agency will not be responsible for any resulting issues.
5- Passport wear and tear due to being torn, worn, wet, or similar damages can cause problems with border police at the visited country's border; therefore, passports need to be renewed. In the absence of this, the responsibility lies with the passenger.
6- Guests under 18 years old traveling alone or with only one of their parents may be asked by the authorities for a document showing the consent of both parents regarding their exit from the country; thus, it is advised for guests under 18 and their parents to be sensitive to this matter.
