Day 1: Izmir – Belgrade
Meeting at the international departures terminal of Adnan Menderes Airport 3 hours before our flight. Departure to Belgrade with AJet Airlines flight number VF1001 at 17:05. After a comfortable flight, arrival at 17:55 and after the entry procedures to the country, our city tour of Belgrade, the capital of Serbia, begins with our private bus. Notable sites include the Old Palace, adorned with magnificent carved ceilings from the Ottoman period, the Millennium Monument, the Belgrade Fortress where Fatih Sultan Mehmed was wounded during his campaign but the conquest was realized by Suleiman the Magnificent, Kalemegdan, the Military Museum, the tomb of Shaheed Ali Pasha, and the Flag Mosque. Overnight at our hotel in Belgrade.
Day 2 - Belgrade
After breakfast, free time for the whole day. Guests can optionally join the Zemun & Avala Tower & Tito's Tomb Tour & Tesla Museum Tour. Overnight at our hotel in Belgrade.

Guests who wish can join our optional tour to Zemun - Avala Tower and Tito's Tomb. First, we will go to Zemun. In Zemun, we will see the villas from the Austro-Hungarian period, the market, the street of taverns, old theater, and Zemun Park. Next, we will visit Avala Tower, designed by architects Ugljesa Bogunovic and Slobodan Janjic. After exploring the tower, which was bombed by NATO in 1999 and reopened in 2010, we will visit the memorial tomb of Marshal Tito, the founder of the second Yugoslavia, who was elected President of Yugoslavia on January 13, 1953, and turned Yugoslavia into a Socialist Federal Republic. He was appointed to lifelong presidency in 1974 and passed away in 1980 under controversial circumstances. After our visit to Tito's tomb, we will explore the Tesla Museum. Nikola Tesla, a Serbian-American inventor, physicist, and electro-physicist, made significant breakthroughs that could fundamentally change the structure of science and technology around the world. His invention of wireless electricity transmission highlights his uniqueness as an inventor. We are sure you will be amazed by this museum.
Day 3 - Belgrade
After breakfast, free time for the whole day. Guests can optionally join the Novi Sad - Sremski Karlovci Tour. After the tour, we will return to Belgrade. Overnight at our hotel in Belgrade.
Optional Tour: Novi Sad & Sremski Karlovci Tour: 75 Euro
In this tour, we will first travel to Novi Sad with our private vehicle. Our first stop will be Sremski Karlovci. In this beautiful town, the Peace of Karlowitz was signed on January 26, 1699, after negotiations lasting 72 days between the Ottoman Empire and Austria-Hungary, Venice, and Poland. During our visit, we will see the four-gated building where the treaty was signed, as well as the square, the four-lion fountain, the historical school, and the Orthodox and Catholic churches. After a coffee break, we will continue our journey. Along the way, we will see the Belgrade gate, clock tower, upper town, long barracks, and Leopold Gate at Petrovaradin Fortress. Afterward, we will arrive in Novi Sad, the capital of Vojvodina, a multi-ethnic province in the north of Serbia. Here, during our walking tour, we will pan through Liberty Square, the National Theatre, the riverside of the Danube Street, the Svetozar Miletić Statue, the Catholic Cathedral, the Orthodox St. George Cathedral, St. Nicholas Church, and the Synagogue.
Day 4: Belgrade - Izmir
After breakfast and checking out, free time. Transfer to the airport at the time determined by our guide. After baggage, ticket, and check-in procedures, we will depart with AJet Airlines flight number VF1002 at 18:45 to Adnan Menderes Airport. Arrival at 21:25 and end of our tour. GENERAL TERMS
1- General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently from the tour program.
2- If sufficient participation for the trip cannot be achieved, the Agency can cancel the tour up to 21 days before the departure date. In such a case, cancellation information will be communicated to the guest. The entire tour fee will be refunded to the guest. In the case of refunds for additional services purchased outside the tour, domestic flight connections purchased from the Agency will also be refunded to the guest. However, if a visa service has been used to submit a visa application on behalf of the guest, these services cannot be refunded as they have been utilized. If a visa application has not been made, the visa and travel health insurance will be canceled and a refund will be made. If the guest has obtained the domestic flight connections from a different service provider independent of the Agency, in the event of the cancellation of the tour by the Agency, they cannot claim any refund from the Agency. The guest acknowledges and accepts any material and moral losses that may arise from the cancellation of the tour at the time of purchasing the tour, and the Agency cannot be held responsible.
3- If sufficient participation for the trip cannot be achieved, the Agency has the right to show goodwill by not canceling the tour. In this case, as the provision of the tour for the guest individually will be concerned, the included guiding service in the package will only cover airport transfers for international round-trip trips.
Cancellation and Change
4- In our tours, tickets for transportation are arranged at the time of reservation. For cancellations made more than 30 days before the tour departure date, the flight ticket fees which do not have cancelation & change and refund rights will be charged as a penalty.
5- Our guests have the right to cancel without penalty, provided that they notify the Agency in writing up to 30 days before the start date of the tour, except for flight tickets that have been paid for and/or committed to the airline. If there are less than 31 days until the start date of the trip, they can cancel by paying a penalty fee of 50% of the remaining tour fee from the airplane ticket fee, and if there are 15 days or less until the trip start date, they can cancel by paying the entire tour fee as a penalty. In case of a request for cancellation, since the refund conditions for additional services such as domestic connections, visa services, or travel health insurance may vary according to the cancellation request time, it is necessary to inquire in advance. The Agency cannot guarantee any commitments regarding the cancellation and refund of additional services.
Guiding Services and Extra Tours
6- The days and hours of the tours specified in the program may be changed by the guide depending on the status of museums and historical sites being open/closed in the places visited and weather conditions. Different guides may accompany our guests during the tours.
7- Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are scheduled for the general introduction of cities and are made in a panoramic manner with the narration of the guide from inside the vehicle, without entrance to museums and historical sites, and last a maximum of 2-3 hours. Panoramic tours, including other tours mentioned in the program, will not be the responsibility of the Agency in case these tours cannot be performed due to reasons such as permission not being granted by local authorities for visitation or closed roads due to any event, or if the tour becomes impossible due to weather conditions. Some tours may need to be done with public transportation or on foot where there are closed roads or where vehicle entry is not allowed.
8- Our guide has the right to make changes to the days of the city tour and/or additional tours depending on the number of participants and whether the museum or historical site is closed, while adhering to the content of our tours. This also applies in the event of changes that may occur in the flight schedules.
9- Important considerations for tours conducted with Speed Boats include: Avoid heavy meals just before boarding the boat and refrain from excessive drinking of water. Guests who have stomach, back, or neck complaints and pregnant guests should inform their guides of their conditions.
10- There is no refund for services included in the price if the guest does not participate in the tour or meal services stated in the area.
About Flights
11- The Agency acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger, and in case of potential disputes, the relevant provisions of Turkish legislation, as well as the Hague Protocol and the Warsaw Convention will be applied.
12- Delays or changes in flight times may occur in scheduled and charter flights. The Agency is obliged to inform these changes as soon as possible. The passenger accepts the risk of flight time changes/cancellations by purchasing the tour.
13- Infants aged 0-2 only pay the airport tax.
14- According to airline regulations; if the outbound flight of round-trip air tickets is not used, the return flight will be canceled by the airline.
15- Check-in and boarding procedures for those participating in flight tours are personal responsibilities, and these processes must be carried out by the guest at the airports before the flight, at the respective airline counters, or online on the airline companies' websites.
16- Last-minute delays and gate changes during flights are announced audibly at airports and displayed on information boards in the area. This information must be followed up by the guests themselves.
17- The Agency is not responsible for passengers who are not present at the specified airport at the times indicated according to airline regulations, do not complete check-in and boarding procedures on time, or complete check-in and boarding procedures on time but do not board the plane. All costs related to obtaining new round-trip tickets and transfers in the destination area, etc., for passengers who miss their flight will be their responsibility.
18- The typical luggage weight for flights departing from Turkey is 20 kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline and the destination country. If there are domestic flights in the destination country, the luggage weight may drop to 15 kg on these domestic flights. Excess luggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not the responsibility of the Agency.
19- Guests wishing to upgrade their airline tickets with mileage (to business or first class); upgrade transactions can be performed according to the availability of the airline after the tickets have been issued (please check with the airline to which you have membership). There is no mileage guarantee for each flight. Please check whether the program tickets are from an upgradeable class.
20- Some airlines may charge extra for food and drink and online check-in services.
Other Matters
21- The Agency will not accept responsibility for any changes or cancellations made by the guest directly communicating with the hotel. In this case, the Agency's cancellation conditions will apply.
22- In cases where hotels are provided only with category information without names mentioned in the tour program and/or options are presented for the same destination, the Agency will inform the guest 48 hours before the trip departure.
23- During special periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, and sports tournaments, hotels may be used further than the specified locations or kilometers. In such cases, the Agency will provide information 15 days before the departure date of the tour.
24- When registering for the purchased tour; it is necessary for the guest to correctly enter/disclose the name, date of birth, and passport number as stated in the passport into the system. Airplane tickets are issued based on this information. Penalty fees for any ticket cancellations or changes resulting from incorrect information will be charged to the guests.
25- To be able to use your mobile phones abroad, please check with your service provider before leaving Turkey to ensure that your phone is enabled for international use.
26- The check-in time for accommodation in hotels is 15:00, and the check-out time is 12:00.
27- Requests regarding the room (high floor, close to common areas, smoking/non-smoking, bed type) are communicated to the hotel by the Agency. It is ensured that the reserved rooms align with the guests' preferences, depending on the availability of the hotel. The fulfillment of these requests is subject to availability upon hotel check-in and cannot be guaranteed by the Agency.
28- Breakfast offered in hotels may differ from the rich breakfast traditionally found in Turkish cuisine. It is generally served with limited options known as continental breakfast, consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and it may be served in a separate hall assigned for groups.
29- In some cases, a double room may consist of a double bed instead of two single beds. Most European hotels offer rooms with two beds that can be combined when necessary.
30- Child and extra bed policies may vary according to each hotel and room type.
31- Any extra bed and baby cot are provided upon request and according to the hotel's availability and must be approved by the hotel.
32- The capacity for extra beds or baby cots in a room is 1 (maximum).
33- In triple rooms, there is an extra bed application, and the bed allocated to the 3rd person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Extra beds are made up of folding and coach beds. Our guests agree to the tightness and type of beds that may be experienced in triple rooms and/or reservations with children due to the extra beds added to the standard room.
34- In hotel reservations, if the number of children who will accompany the adults and their ages are inaccurately declared by our guests, the relevant hotels may charge additional fees. In such a case, the responsibility lies with the guest who provided incorrect information. The hotel may request identification to determine children's ages.
35- In reservations for 2 adults + 1 child, there may not be a separate bed for the child. Child rates are only valid if the child stays with two adults. Child discounts only apply for one "single child" who meets the age criteria when staying with two adults.
36- Daily currency fluctuations are reflected in the TL prices. The rates applicable at the time of payment are valid. Additional requests, some extra services you will receive at the hotel (minibar, ironing, etc.) will be subject to additional charges. These expenses are not included in the prices at the time of purchase and will be paid directly to the hotel during your stay.
37- Some countries have different applications regarding city, tourism, or local taxes. Any city, tourism, or other taxes that are applied in this way will be collected from the guest by the hotel during check-in or check-out.
38- The distances provided in the program are based on maps. Travel times can be extended due to traffic, weather conditions, the geographical location of the visited country, road works and conditions.
39- In case of compulsory situations or if deemed necessary, the Agency can change the order of the cities in the program without disrupting the content of the program and the main airline to be flown.
40- Personal belongings, bags, luggage, passports/identities of participants in the tour are under their own responsibility, and the Agency is not responsible for forgotten/lost/stolen items. In case forgotten items are found, the expenses incurred for delivering them to the country and/or person belong to the owner of the items.
41- Participants in the tour are required to carry their travel health insurance policies and any medications and reports related to health issues with them.
42- For potential extra expenses at check-in, a photo ID/passport issued by official institutions, and a credit card or cash deposit may be requested by the hotel. The refund of the deposit requested at check-out is a transaction between the hotel and the guest, and the Agency has no intervention in this matter.
Visa and Passport
1- Guests must have passports that are valid for at least 6 months from the end date of travel.
2- In order for entry/exit stamps to be affixed to your passport at customs crossings/borders, there must be at least 2 blank pages in your passport.
3- Being exempt from a visa or having obtained a visa to enter the countries on this tour does not guarantee entry/exit to the country, as passport control officers have the authority to refuse your entry or exit from the country; the Agency is not responsible for this, and the responsibility lies with the traveler.
4- Guests who are not Turkish citizens or those who have dual nationality and will participate in the tour using another country's passport must personally consult the relevant consulates regarding the visa procedures applied by the country of travel; otherwise, the Agency will not be held responsible for the consequences that may arise.
5- To avoid problems with customs police at the border crossing of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged passports; passport renewal is required. Otherwise, the responsibility lies with the traveler.
6- Guests under 18 years of age traveling alone or only with one parent should be aware that border police may request documents showing the mutual consent of both parents, so we recommend that guests under 18 and their parents pay attention to this matter.
