Some tours may be conducted using public transportation or on foot where road closures occur or vehicle entry is not permitted.

16- Any last-minute delays and gate changes in flights are announced at airports and displayed on the information boards in the area. This information must be monitored by the guests themselves.
17- The Agency is not responsible for guests who are not present at the specified airport during the stated hours according to airline regulations for participation in the tour, who do not check-in and board on time, or those who check-in and board on time but do not board the flight. All costs related to obtaining new round-trip tickets and transfers in the destination for guests who miss the flight are their responsibility.

The reserved rooms will be allocated according to the guest's preferences depending on the hotel's availability. Meeting these requests depends on the availability during check-in at the hotel and cannot be guaranteed by the Agency.
28- Breakfasts offered in hotels vary from the traditional rich Turkish breakfast. They generally consist of limited options including butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee, referred to as continental breakfast, and may be served in a separate room assigned for the group.
29- In some cases, a double bed may be provided instead of a twin-bedded room. Most European hotels offer rooms with two beds that can be combined when necessary.
