Shkodra, one of the oldest and most important cities in Albania, attracts attention with its historical and cultural richness. During our city tour, we will panoramically view Rozafa Castle, which dominates the view of Lake Shkodra and is considered the symbol of the city. Afterwards, a brief walk will be held on the Pedonal Street, the city center; the historical buildings, cafes, and local life will be observed. During the tour, the Abu Bekir Mosque and its surroundings will be introduced panoramically. After some free time, our city tour in Shkodra will come to an end. From above, we will admire the magnificent view of this islet, which is ideal for photographing every corner like a postcard. Next, we arrive at Budva, one of the most popular holiday destinations in the Balkans. After a panoramic tour of Budva, our next stop is the enchanting city of Kotor, famous for its fjords! During our walking tour in this magnificent medieval town, you will feel the historic atmosphere of the narrow streets and the old town, and you will discover the heart of Kotor. With its unique architecture and sea view, this small town will transport you back in time. After free time in Kotor, we head towards our hotel in Medugorje or its vicinity. 3rd Day: Medugorje - Počitelj - Blagaj - Mostar – Sarajevo
After breakfast, we head to Sarajevo. Our first stop is Počitelj, known for its stone houses and historic texture that carries the past into the present. We will have the opportunity to closely see the works built by the Ottomans in the 16th century and feel the unique atmosphere of this area. After our visit here, we proceed to Mostar. Here, we will see Mostar Bridge, built in 1557 by Hayreddin, a student of Mimar Sinan, and considered one of the finest examples of Ottoman architecture. This bridge was destroyed during the war in 1992 but was rebuilt in 2004 with major contributions from the Republic of Turkey, and today it has become a symbol of Mostar again. We will have the chance to wander around the historical bazaar and stone streets surrounding this bridge, which elegantly connects both sides of the Neretva River. After discovering the enchanting atmosphere of Mostar, we will visit one of the most important religious structures in the city, the Koski Mehmet Pasha Mosque. Here, we will not only examine the architectural details from the Ottoman period but also enjoy the magnificent view of Mostar Bridge from the mosque's courtyard. Afterwards, we move on to Blagaj, known for its natural beauty and peaceful environment. Blagaj is established at the birthplace of the Buna River, the strongest water source in Europe, where history and nature intertwine. After a short free time here, we proceed to the capital of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Sarajevo. Upon arrival, we will explore the city that has been the cultural capital of the Balkans for centuries and has made history as the place where Archduke Franz Ferdinand of Austria-Hungary was assassinated by Serbs, triggering the outbreak of World War I in 1914. During the war in 1992, the city suffered great devastation due to destructive wars among Serbs, Croats, and Bosniaks but has managed to largely preserve its beauty. During our panoramic city tour, we will see the famous Başçarşı, the historic Ottoman caravanserai Morica Han, the Catholic Cathedral reflecting the city's religious cosmopolitanism, the Synagogue, Hüsrev Bey and Ferhadiye Mosques, the Latin Bridge where the assassination of Franz Ferdinand took place in 1914, the Old Library, and the Western-style buildings formed during the 40-year Austro-Hungarian administration. Belgrade has historically been one of the most important cultural and strategic centers in the Balkans and is still notable today for its liveliness, dynamism, and historical texture. After arriving in this fascinating city, we commence a panoramic city tour where we will explore Belgrade's grandeur. Here, you can feel the historical atmosphere and discover the texture that combines Belgrade's past and present. Next, we go to one of the most striking points of the city, where the Sava River merges with the Danube River. It will be a great pleasure to discover this area, which has been the focal point of many conquests and victories throughout history. While continuing to explore this ancient city, you will come across Belgrade Fortress, used as a supply center for the Ottoman fleet. While tracking the traces of history in this fortress, we will see significant points such as Kalemegdan Park and the Stone Square. During our tour, we will also visit the Tomb of Şehit Ali Pasha, an important figure from the Ottoman period. During these visits, you will deeply explore Belgrade’s rich history and learn about the cultural heritage from the Ottoman period. At the end of our tour, we leave behind the history and vibrant atmosphere of the city and proceed to our hotel. Dinner and overnight stay at our hotel.

5th Day: Belgrade - Skopje
After breakfast, we head to Skopje, the capital city of North Macedonia. Upon arrival, our city tour begins. Skopje, an important cultural center in the Balkans with its Ottoman heritage and modern buildings, offers a rich blend of history and culture. Our tour starts with the historical places in Skopje, which is the birthplace of the famous Turkish poet Yahya Kemal Beyatlı. Our first stop is the Mustafa Pasha Mosque, one of the largest and most magnificent mosques in the city, built in 1492. Next, we visit the Murat Pasha Mosque, which dates back to the 15th century and is remarkable for its Ottoman-period carvings and architecture. As our tour continues, we will see Kapan Han and Sulu Han, located in the heart of Skopje. These buildings, which are beautiful examples of Ottoman-period hans, were once important centers where merchants stayed and traded. Later, we will visit the Stone Bridge, which has become the symbol of Skopje, built in the 15th century and connecting both sides of the Vardar River. From the Stone Bridge, we will continue our tour by walking along the Vardar River, seeing the Turkish and Jewish neighborhoods. During our walk along the riverside, we will pass through Macedonia Square, the largest and central point of Skopje surrounded by modern buildings. Here, we will encounter the statue of Alexander the Great and other monuments. Then we will see the Ottoman Bridge from the outside and visit the Davut Pasha Hamam, allowing us to feel the grandeur of the Ottoman era once again. We will proceed to the Turkish Bazaar, continuing to explore the city. Before reaching the bazaar, we will see the Clock Tower, one of Skopje's symbolic structures built in the 16th century. During our tour, we will also visit several valuable structures from the Ottoman period, including the Fatih Sultan Mehmed Mosque and the 18th-century Yasar Pasha Mosque. During this visit to the historical heritage of Pristina, we will have the opportunity to pay our respects at the Tomb of Sultan Murad Hüdavendigâr, who was killed in the Kosovo Plain as a result of the 1389 Battle of Kosovo, marking a significant historical event in Ottoman history. While feeling the historical texture of Bitola, you will have the chance to enjoy a pleasant walk in the nostalgic streets of the city. After a short break here, we continue to Resne, where we will panoramically view the Palace of Resneli Niyazi Bey, an important figure who left his mark on Balkan history. Resne offers a fascinating atmosphere both with its nature and Ottoman traces. After our tour, we head towards Ohrid. Along the way, we will be accompanied by breathtaking views. Upon arrival in Ohrid, we will conduct a tour introducing the historic city of Ohrid, which was one of the important bases of the Ottomans in the Balkans. Upon arrival in Tirana, we will visit the Ethem Bey Mosque, one of the most important symbols of the city, whose construction started in 1789 and was completed in 1923, representing one of Albania's cultural heritages. We take a short break at Skanderbeg Square, where we see the statue of Skanderbeg, proudly rising in the center of the square. The Clock Tower of Tirana, built in 1821 by Ethem Bey, is another highlight of our tour. This tour will combine the modern face of Tirana with its historical background, allowing you to create unforgettable memories. After some free time, we transfer to the airport. Arrival at the airport and after boarding procedures, we will fly back to Esenboğa Airport at 18:30 with AJet Airlines flight VF628. • Accommodation and Service Quality: While the hotels included in the tour are carefully selected from options reflecting the region’s character and local culture, some hotels in smaller cities may not offer the same extensive amenities as luxury hotels in Turkey. General Information
GENERAL TERMS
1- The General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently of the tour program.
2- If sufficient participation is not ensured for the trip, the Agency may cancel the tour up to 21 days before the departure date. In such a case, the cancellation information will be communicated to the guest. The entire cost of the tour will be refunded to the guest. For additional services purchased outside the tour, domestic flight connections purchased from the Agency will also be refunded to the guest. However, if the visa service has been used to apply for a visa on behalf of the guest, these services cannot be refunded as they are considered utilized. If a visa application has not been made, visa and travel health insurance will be canceled, and a refund will be made. If the guest has purchased the domestic flight connection from a different provider independently of the Agency, the guest cannot claim any refund from the Agency if the trip is canceled by the Agency. The guest accepts that any material and moral losses due to the cancellation of the tour are accepted in advance when purchasing the tour, and the Agency cannot be held responsible.
3- If sufficient participation is not ensured for the trip, the Agency reserves the right to show good faith by not canceling the tour. In this case, since the tour would be provided individually for the guest, the included guide service in the package will only cover the airport transfers for the overseas departure and return.
Cancellation and Change
4- In our tours, transportation tickets are arranged at the time of reservation. In case of cancellations made more than 30 days before the tour departure date, the non-refundable ticket prices will be reflected as a penalty.
5- Guests have the right to cancel without penalty by notifying the Agency in writing up to 30 days before the tour departure date, excluding airline tickets that have been paid for and/or pledged by the Agency. In case of less than 31 days remaining until the start of the trip, the guest may cancel by paying a penalty equal to 50% of the remaining tour price from the airline ticket price, and in case of 15 days or less before the start of the trip, they may cancel by paying the full price of the tour as a penalty. In case of a cancellation request, the cancellation and refund conditions for additional services such as domestic connections, visa services, travel health insurance may vary according to the time of cancellation request, so it is necessary to inquire in advance about the refund. The Agency cannot provide any guarantee regarding the refund of additional services.
Guiding Services and Extra Tours
6- The days and times of the tours specified in the program may be changed by the guide depending on the open/closed status of the museums and archaeological sites in the places to be visited and the weather conditions. Different guides may accompany our guests during the tours.
7- The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are organized for the general introduction of the cities and involve sightseeing through the vehicle without museum or archaeological site admissions, lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours. Panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program, will not be the Agency's responsibility if they cannot be carried out due to local authorities not allowing entrance on the designated day and time, closed roads due to any event, or if it becomes impossible to conduct the tour due to weather conditions. Some tours may be conducted via public transport or on foot where access to closed roads or vehicle entry restrictions exist.
8- Our guides may change the days of city tours and/or additional tours based on the number of participants and the status of the museums and archaeological sites, and this is also valid for changes in flight times.
9- Important points to consider for our tours conducted by Speed Boats include: no heavy meals and excessive water consumption right before getting on the boat. Guests with stomach, back, neck complaints and pregnant guests must inform their guides of their conditions.
10- There is no refund for services such as tours or meals included in the prices if participation is not provided.
About Flights
11- The Agency acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger, and in case of any disputes, the relevant provisions of Turkish legislation as well as the Hague Protocol and the Warsaw Convention will apply.
12- There may be delays or changes in flight times for scheduled and charter flights. The Agency is obliged to inform of these changes as soon as possible. The passenger has accepted the risk of changes/cancellations in flight times when purchasing the trip.
13- Children aged 0-2 only pay the airport tax fee.
14- According to airline regulations, return flights purchased as round-trip will be canceled by the airline if the outbound flight is not used.
15- Check-in and boarding procedures that need to be carried out for those participating in flights are personal responsibilities, and these must be conducted by the guest at the airports, from the relevant airline counters or online through the airline's websites before the flight.
16- Last-minute delays and gate changes during flights are announced audibly at airports and displayed on information boards within the area. This information should be monitored by the guests themselves.
17- The Agency is not responsible for passengers who are not present at the indicated airport during the hours reported by the airlines, who fail to carry out check-in and boarding procedures on time, or who complete check-in and boarding procedures on time but do not board the plane. Any costs related to obtaining new round-trip flight tickets and transfers in the destination region for those who miss their flights will be borne by them.
18- The general baggage allowance for flights departing from Turkey is 20 kg. This weight may vary according to the airline and the destination country. If there are domestic flights in the destination country, this baggage weight may drop to 15 kg. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not the responsibility of the Agency.
19- For guests wishing to upgrade their airline tickets using miles (to business or first class), the upgrade processes can be carried out based on availability with the airline after the tickets are issued. No guarantee is given for miles on each flight. Please check whether the program tickets are in an upgradeable class.
20- Some airlines may charge extra fees for meals and online check-in services.
Other Matters
21- The Agency will not accept responsibility for any changes or cancellations made directly by the guest in communication with the hotel. In this case, the cancellation conditions of the Agency will apply.
22- In cases where only category information is provided and/or options are presented for the same destination without specifying hotel names in the tour program, the Agency will inform the guest 48 hours before the trip departure.
23- During special periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., the hotels may be located further away than the specified distances or km. In such cases, the Agency will inform guests 15 days before the departure date.
24- When registering for the purchased tour, it is necessary for the guest to accurately enter/declare their name, date of birth, and passport number as stated in the passport. Flight tickets will be issued according to this information. Penalty fees for any cancellations or changes due to incorrect information will be charged to the guests.
25- To use your mobile phones abroad, please check with the relevant company before leaving Turkey to ensure that your phone is activated for international use.
26- The check-in time for accommodation is 3:00 PM, and the check-out time is 12:00 PM.
27- Requests regarding the room (high floor, close to common areas, smoking/non-smoking, bed type) will be reported to the hotel by the Agency. The reserved rooms will be tried to be aligned with the preferences of the guest depending on the hotel's availability. The fulfillment of these requests is subject to availability at the time of hotel check-in and cannot be guaranteed by the Agency.
28- Breakfasts offered at hotels may differ from the rich breakfast traditionally served in Turkish cuisine. They are generally served as limited options typically consisting of butter, jam, bread, and tea or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall designated for groups.
29- In some cases, instead of a double bed, there may be two single beds. Most European hotels offer rooms with two beds that can be combined if necessary.
30- Child and extra bed policies may vary depending on each hotel and room type.
31- All extra beds and baby cots are provided upon request and subject to availability at the hotel and must be confirmed by the hotel.
32- The capacity for extra beds or baby cots in the room is a maximum of 1.
33- In triple rooms, there is an extra bed, and the bed assigned to the third person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Extra beds consist of folding beds and coach beds. Our guests state that they accept the possible crowding and bed type due to the extra beds added to the standard room in triple room and/or child reservations.
34- In hotel reservations, if the number of children and their ages staying with adults are incorrectly declared by our guests, the relevant hotels may charge additional fees. In this case, the responsibility falls on the guest who made the incorrect declaration. The hotel may request identification for age verification for children.
35- In reservations for 2 adults + 1 child, a separate bed for the child may not be available. Child prices are valid only if the child stays with two adults. Child discounts are only applicable for one "single child" staying with two adults.
36- Daily exchange rates are reflected in the Turkish Lira prices. The applicable rates are the ones at the time of payment. Additional requests, and some extra services (mini bar, ironing, etc.) provided at the hotel may incur extra charges. These expenses are not included in the purchase and are paid directly to the hotel during your stay.
37- Some countries have different applications regarding city, tourism, or local taxes. Any city, tourism, or other taxes being applied will be collected from the guest by the hotel during entry or exit.
38- The travel distances given in the programs are based on maps. Travel times may increase due to traffic, weather conditions, the geographical location of the visited country, construction works, and road conditions.
39- The Agency may change the order of cities in the program without disrupting its content and may also change the main airline to be used if deemed necessary.
40- Personal belongings, bags, suitcases, passports/identities of participants in the tour are the sole responsibility of the guests, and the Agency is not responsible for forgotten/lost/stolen items. In cases where forgotten belongings are found, the costs incurred for delivery to the country and/or the owner will be borne by the owner of the items.
41- Participants in the tour are required to carry their travel health insurance policies and any medications and reports for any health issues.
42- For any additional expenses, upon checking into the hotel, a photo ID/passport issued by official authorities and a credit card or cash deposit may be required by the hotel. The return of the requested deposit at check-out is a transaction between the hotel and the guest, and the Agency has no intervention in this matter.
Visa and Passport
1- Guests must ensure that their passports are valid for at least 6 months from the travel end date.
2- To ensure that an entry-exit stamp can be applied to your passport at customs crossings/border gates, there must be at least 2 blank pages in your passport.
3- Being exempt from a visa or having obtained a visa for the countries included in this tour does not guarantee entry/exit; the passport police have the authority to refuse entry/exist into the country, and the Agency cannot be held responsible for this; the responsibility lies with the traveler.
4- Guests who are not Turkish citizens or who have dual citizenship and intend to travel using another country's passport are required to consult the relevant consulates regarding the visa procedures applied by the country of travel; otherwise, the Agency will not be responsible for any resulting issues.
5- To avoid issues with customs police at the border of the visited country due to torn, worn, wet, and/or otherwise damaged passports, it is necessary to renew the passports. Otherwise, the responsibility lies with the traveler.
6- Guests under 18 years old traveling alone or with only one parent should take care as there may be a possibility of being asked to present a consent document showing both parents' permission at border controls. Guests under 18 and their parents are advised to pay attention to this matter.
