GENERAL TERMS
1- General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently from the tour program.
2- If adequate participation for the trip is not met, the Agency can cancel the tour up to 21 days before the tour departure date. In such a case, the cancellation information is communicated to the guest. The entire tour fee is refunded to the guest. Refunds for additional services purchased outside the tour will be made; if domestic flight connections obtained from the Agency are refund eligible, the Agency will also refund these, while visa services and health insurance used for visa applications on behalf of the guest will not be refunded, as these services are considered utilized. If the guest has purchased domestic flight connections independently from the Agency, they cannot claim any refund from the Agency in the event that the trip is canceled by the Agency. The guest acknowledges in advance the financial and moral losses that may arise from the cancellation of the tour, and the Agency cannot be held responsible.
3- If adequate participation for the trip is not met, the Agency has the right to act in good faith and not cancel the tour. In this case, the tour will be provided individually for the guest, and included guiding services will only cover the international round-trip airport transfer.
Cancellation and Modification
4- In our tours, tickets for transportation are issued at the time of reservation. For cancellations made more than 30 days before the tour departure date, cancellation, modification, and refund rights do not apply to these flight ticket costs, and penalties will be charged.
5- Guests have the right to cancel without penalty providing that they inform the Agency in writing up to 30 days before the tour departure date, excluding airline tickets that have been paid and/or contracted by the Agency. If the cancellation request is made less than 31 days before the start date of the trip, a penalty of 50% of the remaining tour fee will be charged, and if the trip is canceled 15 days or less before the start date, the guest must pay the full tour fee as a penalty. The conditions for the refund of additional services such as domestic connections, visa services, health insurance, etc. may vary depending on the cancellation request time, so prior information should be requested regarding their refunds. The Agency cannot make any commitments regarding the refunds of additional services.
Guiding Services and Extra Tours
6- The days and times of tours specified in the program can be changed by the guide based on the opening/closing status of museums and historical sites at the destinations and weather conditions. Different guides may accompany our guests during the tours.
7- Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are conducted for the general introduction of the cities and take place inside the vehicle with the guide's commentary. They do not include museum or historical site entrances and last a maximum of 2-3 hours. In the event that the mentioned tours cannot be conducted due to local authorities not allowing access on the scheduled days or times, or due to road closures for any events, or if the tour becomes impossible due to weather conditions, the Agency is not responsible. Some tours may be conducted by public transport or on foot where vehicle access is not allowed or possible.
8- Our guide may change the days of the city tour and/or additional tours according to the number of participants and the closure status of the museum or historical site, which is also valid in case of changes to flight times.
9- Important points to consider for tours conducted with Speed Boats: do not have heavy meals or drink excessive amounts of water just before boarding the boat. Guests with stomach, back, or neck issues and pregnant guests must inform their guides about their conditions.
10- There are no refunds for non-participation in services such as tours or meals stated to be included in the prices.
Regarding Flights
11- The Agency acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger; in the event of a dispute, the relevant provisions of Turkish legislation as well as the Hague Protocol and Warsaw Convention will apply.
12- There may be delays or changes in departure times for scheduled and charter flights. The Agency is obliged to inform these changes as quickly as possible. The passenger has accepted the risk of changes/cancellations in flight times when purchasing the trip.
13- Infants aged 0-2 only pay the airport tax fee.
14- According to airline regulations, if the outbound flight of round-trip tickets is not used, the return flight will be canceled by the airline.
15- Check-in and boarding procedures that participants must follow for air tour participants are personal responsibilities, and these must be done by the guests beforehand at the airport, with airline counters or online through airline websites.
16- Last-minute delays and gate changes during flights are announced audibly at airports and displayed on information panels in the area. This information must be actively followed by the guests.
17- The Agency is not responsible for guests who are not present at the specified airport at the designated times in accordance with airline regulations, have not completed check-in and boarding procedures on time, or have completed these procedures but did not board the plane. All expenses related to obtaining new round-trip tickets and transfers in the destination area for guests who miss the flight are their own responsibility.
18- The general baggage allowance for departing flights from Turkey is 20 kg. This weight may vary according to the airline and the destination country. If there are domestic flights in the destination country, the baggage allowance on those flights may decrease to 15 kg. Excess baggage fees/rules are determined by the airlines and are not the Agency's responsibility.
19- For guests wishing to upgrade their tickets using miles (to business or first class); upgrades can only be carried out depending on the airline's availability (check your membership with the airline). No mileage guarantee is provided for each flight. Check whether the program's tickets are eligible for upgrade.
20- Some airlines may charge extra for meals and online check-in services.
Other Matters
21- The Agency will not accept any responsibility for changes or cancellation procedures made directly by the guest with the hotel. In such a case, the Agency's cancellation conditions will apply.
22- When hotel names are not specified in tour programs but only category information is provided and/or options are presented for the same destination, the Agency will inform the guest 48 hours before the tour departure.
23- During special periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used more than the specified distances or kilometers. In such cases, information will be provided by the Agency 15 days before the tour departure.
24- At the time of registration for the purchased tour, the guest must correctly enter/report the name, date of birth, and passport number as listed on the passport. Flight tickets are issued based on this information. Any penalties related to cancellations or changes due to incorrect information provided will be charged to the guests.
25- To use your mobile phones abroad, be sure to check with your service provider before leaving Turkey to ensure that your phone is enabled for international use.
26- The hotel check-in time is 15:00, and the check-out time is 12:00.
27- Requests regarding the room (high floor, proximity to common areas, smoking/non-smoking, type of bed) are communicated to the hotel by the Agency. The rooms reserved will endeavor to meet the guest's preferences based on the hotel's availability. The fulfillment of these requests depends on the availability at the time of check-in and cannot be guaranteed by the Agency.
28- Breakfasts offered at hotels may differ from the traditional rich Turkish breakfast. Generally, the breakfast is served as a continental breakfast consisting of limited options like butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee and may be served in a separate hall designated for groups.
29- In some cases, a double bed may be provided instead of a twin room. Most European hotels offer rooms with two beds that can be combined if necessary.
30- The policies regarding children's and extra beds may vary by hotel and room type.
31- Any extra beds and baby cots are provided upon request and subject to the hotel's availability and approval.
32- The capacity for additional beds or baby cots in a room is 1 (maximum).
33- In triple rooms, there is an application for an extra bed, and the bed allocated for the third person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Extra beds may consist of foldaway beds or beds called couch beds. Our guests acknowledge that they accept potential crowding in rooms and bed types due to the extra beds to be added in triple room and/or family reservations.
34- If the number of children and their ages staying with adults is misreported during hotel bookings, the relevant hotels may charge additional fees. In such cases, the responsibility belongs to the misreporting guest. The hotel may request identification to determine the ages of children.
35- In reservations of 2 adults + 1 child, there may not be an extra bed for the child. Child prices apply only if the child stays with two adults. Child discounts are valid for the age group that corresponds to a "single child" staying next to two adults.
36- Daily currency exchange rates are reflected in prices in TL. The rates valid at the time of payment apply. Additional requests, such as some extra services (mini bar, ironing, etc.) taken at the hotel will incur extra charges and are not included in the purchase.
37- Some countries have different applications for city, tourism, or local taxes. Any city, tourist or other taxes being applied in such a way will be charged by the hotel from the guest upon entry or exit.
38- The distances provided in the programs are map-based. Travel times may be extended due to traffic, weather conditions, the geographical location of the country visited, road works, and conditions.
39- The Agency may change the order of the cities in the program and the main airline to be flown, without altering the content of the program, if necessary or deemed appropriate.
40- Personal belongings, bags, luggage, passports/identities of participants in the tour are their own responsibility, and the Agency is not responsible for any forgotten/lost/stolen items. If forgotten items are found, any costs incurred in delivering them to the country and/or person belong to the item owner.
41- Participants in the tour are required to bring their travel health insurance policies and any health issues along with relevant medications and reports.
42- For possible extra expenses, a photo ID/passport issued by official institutions and a credit card or cash deposit may be requested by the hotel upon check-in. The refund of the deposit requested at check-out is a transaction between the hotel and the guest, and the Agency has no intervention in this matter.
Visa and Passport
1- Guests must ensure that their passports are valid for at least 6 months beyond the date of departure.
2- To have entry/exit stamps on your passport at customs or border crossings, there must be at least two blank pages in your passport.
3- Being exempt from a visa for the countries in this tour or having obtained a visa does not guarantee entry/exit into/from the country, as the border police have the authority to refuse entry/exit; the Agency is not responsible for this, and the responsibility lies with the passenger.
4- Guests who are not Turkish citizens or who hold dual citizenship and intend to participate in the tour using another country's passport must consult the relevant consulates directly regarding the visa procedures applied by the country they will be traveling to; otherwise, the Agency will not be responsible for any consequences arising.
5- To avoid problems at the border customs police of the visited country due to torn, worn, wet, or similar damaged passports; it is necessary to renew the passports. Otherwise, the responsibility belongs to the passenger.
6- Guests under 18 years of age traveling alone or accompanied by only one parent may be asked for a document showing the joint consent of both parents when entering/exiting the country; therefore, it is recommended that both the minor guests and their parents pay attention to this matter.
