GENERAL TERMS
1- The General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently of the tour program.
2- If sufficient participation for the trip cannot be achieved, the Agency can cancel the tour up to 21 days before the departure date. In such a case, cancellation information will be communicated to the guest. The entire tour fee will be refunded to the guest. Refunds for additional services purchased outside of the tour; domestic flight connections purchased from the Agency will also be refunded to the guest, but visa services and travel health insurance, if visa applications have been made on behalf of the guest, cannot be refunded as these services have been used. If the guest has purchased domestic flight connections from a different product provider independently of the Agency, they cannot claim any refund from the Agency in the event of the trip being canceled by the Agency. The guest accepts in advance any financial and moral losses that may arise from the cancellation of the tour, and the Agency cannot be held responsible.
3- If sufficient participation for the trip cannot be achieved, the Agency has the right to show goodwill by not canceling the tour. In this case, since the tour will be provided individually for the guest, the included guiding services will only cover the airport transfers for the international arrival and departure.
Cancellation and Changes
4- In our tours, tickets for transportation are arranged at the time of reservation. In the case of cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the tour departure date, the ticket fees for flights, which cannot be canceled or changed, will be reflected as a penalty charge.
5- Guests have the right to cancel without penalty as long as they notify the Agency in writing up to 30 days before the tour departure date, except for airline tickets that have been paid for and/or committed to by the airline company. In cases where less than 31 days remain until the start of the trip, the guest can cancel by paying a penalty equal to 50% of the remaining tour fee based on the cost of the flight ticket; for cancellations made 15 days or less before the start of the trip, a penalty equal to the entire tour fee must be paid. In case of cancellation request, the refund conditions for additional services such as domestic flight connections, visa services, and travel health insurance may vary based on the cancellation request period, so it is necessary to inquire in advance for refunds. The Agency cannot make any commitments regarding the refund of additional services.
Guiding Services and Extra Tours
6- The days and times of the tours specified in the program may be changed by the guide based on the open/closed status of museums and historical sites at the destinations and weather conditions. Different guides may accompany our guests during the tours.
7- The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are organized for the general introduction of the cities and are conducted as panoramic tours through the vehicle with the guide’s narration. These tours last a maximum of 2-3 hours and do not include entrance to museums or historical sites. The Agency is not responsible for the inability to perform these tours if the local authorities do not allow visiting or if the routes are closed due to any event or adverse weather. Some tours may be carried out by public transport or on foot in areas where road closures or vehicle restrictions are in effect.
8- Our guide may change the days of city tours and/or additional tours depending on the number of participants and the status of museums and archaeological sites. This condition also applies to any changes that may occur regarding flight times.
9- Regarding our tours to be conducted by Speed Boats, guests should note that they should not eat heavy meals immediately before boarding and should not drink too much water. Guests with stomach, back, or neck issues and pregnant guests should inform their guides about their conditions.
10- If participation in the tour or meal services included in the prices is not provided, there is no refund.
About Flights
11- The Agency acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger, and in the event of a dispute, the relevant provisions of Turkish legislation, as well as the Hague Protocol and the Warsaw Convention, will apply.
12- Delays or changes in flight times may occur in scheduled and charter flights. The Agency is obliged to inform about these changes as soon as possible. The passenger accepts the risk of changes/cancellations in the flight time when purchasing the trip.
13- Children aged 0-2 only pay the airport tax fee.
14- According to airline regulations, if the outbound flight of a round-trip ticket is not used, the return flight is canceled by the airline.
15- Check-in and boarding procedures for participants in flights are personal transactions and must be completed by the guests at the airports before the flight, at the relevant airline counters, or online through the airline's websites.
16- Last minute delays and gate changes during flights are announced audibly in the airports and displayed on the information boards at the terminals. This information must be followed by the guests themselves.
17- For guests who are not present at the specified airport at the times indicated by airline regulations, who do not carry out check-in and boarding procedures on time, or who do check-in and boarding on time but do not board the plane, the Agency cannot be held responsible for their inability to complete the flight. All costs related to obtaining new round-trip flight tickets, transfers in the destination area, etc., for guests who miss their flight will be borne by them.
18- The general weight limit for luggage on flights departing from Turkey is 20 kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline and the country of destination. If there are domestic flights in the destination country, the luggage weight may decrease to 15 kg. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not the responsibility of the Agency.
19- For guests wishing to upgrade their plane tickets with miles (to business or first class); after the tickets are issued, upgrade transactions can be made depending on the availability from the airline (check with your airline membership). A mileage guarantee is not provided for each flight. Please check if the tickets of the program are eligible for upgrading.
20- In some airlines, meal and online check-in services may be subject to an extra fee.
Other Matters
21- The Agency will not accept responsibility for any changes or cancellations made directly by the guest with the hotel. In this case, the Agency's cancellation conditions will apply.
22- When the program indicates hotels by category information without specifying names and/or presented with options for the same destination, it will be communicated to the guests by the Agency 48 hours before the trip.
23- During special periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, or sports tournaments, hotels may be located at distances greater than those specified. In such situations, the Agency will inform guests 15 days before the departure date.
24- At the time of registering for the purchased tour, the guest is required to correctly enter the name as it appears on the passport, along with the date of birth and passport number into the system. Airline tickets are issued based on this information. Penalty charges for any cancellations or changes resulting from incorrect information will be borne by the guests.
25- To use your mobile phones abroad, check with your service provider before leaving Turkey to see if your phone is enabled for overseas use.
26- For accommodation, the hotel check-in time is 15:00, and the check-out time is 12:00.
27- Requests regarding the room (high floor, close to public areas, smoking/non-smoking, bed type) are reported to the hotel by the Agency. The hotel will do its best to comply with the preferences of the guests regarding the rooms reserved, according to availability. The realization of these requests depends on availability at the time of check-in, and cannot be guaranteed by the Agency.
28- Breakfasts offered at hotels may differ from the rich breakfast customary in Turkish cuisine. Generally, they are served as continental breakfasts offering limited options consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee and may be served in a separate hall designated for groups.
29- In some cases, instead of a double bed, twin beds may be provided. Most European hotels offer rooms with two beds that can be combined if necessary.
30- Child and extra bed policies may vary depending on each hotel and room type.
31- All extra beds and baby cots are provided upon request and depend on the availability of the hotel and must be approved by the hotel.
32- The capacity for extra beds or baby cots in the room is a maximum of 1.
33- In triple rooms, there is an application for an extra bed; the bed designated for the third person in such rooms is smaller than regular beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed and 1 extra bed. The extra beds may be folding or referred to as couch beds. Our guests confirm that they accept any crowding and bed types that may occur due to the extra beds added to standard rooms in triple room and/or child reservations.
34- If the number of children and their ages, indicated during hotel reservations, is inaccurately declared by the guests, the respective hotels may charge an extra fee. In such a case, the responsibility lies with the guest who provided the incorrect declaration. The hotels may request identification to determine the age of the children.
35- In reservations for 2 adults + 1 child, there may not be a separate bed for the child. Child prices are valid only when the child stays with two adults. Child discounts apply only for “one child” fitting the age group staying with two adults.
36- The daily exchange rate changes are reflected in TL prices. The rates at the time of payment are valid. Any additional requests and certain extra services (mini-bar, ironing, etc.) obtained at the hotel will be subject to extra charges. These costs are not included in the price at the time of purchase and are paid directly to the hotel during your stay.
37- Some countries may have different applications regarding city, tourism, or local-level taxes. All types of city, tourism, or other taxes that are being collected will be charged by the hotels from the guests during entry or exit.
38- The distances provided in the programs are based on maps. Travel times may be extended due to factors such as traffic, weather conditions, and road works in the visited country.
39- The Agency may change the order of the cities in the program without altering the content of the program or the main airline to be flown if deemed necessary or in cases of force majeure.
40- The personal belongings, bags, suitcases, passports/identities of the participants in the tour are their own responsibility, and the Agency is not responsible for items that are forgotten/lost/stolen. If forgotten items are found, the costs incurred to deliver them to the country and/or to the individual belong to the owner of the item.
41- Participants in the tour are required to carry their travel health insurance policies and relevant medications and reports if they have any health issues.
42- For any additional expenses, the hotel may require a photo ID/passport issued by official institutions and a credit card or cash deposit at check-in, which is a transaction between the hotel and the guest and the Agency has no involvement in it.
Visa and Passport
1- Guests must have their passports valid for at least 6 months from the date of the end of the travel.
2- For customs crossings/border gates, there must be at least 2 blank pages in your passport for the entry-exit stamp to be stamped on your passport.
3- Being exempt from a visa and having a visa for entry into the countries included in this tour does not guarantee entry/exit, as the border police have the right to deny you entry/exit to/from the country; the Agency is not responsible for this situation, and the responsibility lies with the passenger.
4- Guests who are not Turkish citizens or those who hold dual citizenship and plan to use another country's passport for participation in the tour must consult the relevant consulates about the visa procedures applicable to the country they are traveling to; otherwise, the Agency will not be responsible for any consequences that may arise.
5- To avoid problems with customs police at the border gates of the visited country due to torn, worn, damaged, and/or similar damaged passports; passports must be renewed. Otherwise, the responsibility lies with the passenger.
6- Guests under 18 should be aware that when traveling alone or with only one parent, they may be asked by the border police for a document showing the mutual consent of both parents upon entering/exiting the country; thus, it is recommended that guests under 18 and their parents are sensitive to this issue.
