DAY 1: Sarajevo
Meeting at the Turkish Airlines check-in counter at Istanbul Airport's departure terminal. After our ticket, luggage, and boarding procedures, we depart for Sarajevo at 14:40 with Turkish Airlines flight TK1021. After an approximately one and a half-hour flight, we arrive in Sarajevo at 14:40 local time. After passport procedures, we start our city tour with our special vehicles waiting for us. We drive to the front of the central library building (Vjećnica), one of the city's iconic structures, and continue our tour on foot. We see the central library, learn the surprising story of Inat Kuća, the Latin Bridge built during the Ottoman period, and the spot where Archduke Franz Ferdinand of Austria-Hungary and his wife were assassinated, leading to the outbreak of World War I. Our tour continues with Sebil Square, named after a traditional fountain from the Ottoman Empire, before proceeding through the historical Başçarşı streets. Other works we will see include the Gazi Hüsrev Bey Mosque, the Clock Tower (the world's only clock that shows Islamic calendar time), Kurşunlu Medrese, Moriç and Kolubara Inns. We then move to Ferhadija, the most popular street in the city, where we will see buildings reflecting Austro-Hungarian architecture, the Catholic Cathedral, Markale Market, and the indoor market (where dried meat, sausages, and Travnik cheese are sold). Our tour concludes at the "Eternal Flame" Monument dedicated to the victims of World War II. After the tour, free time is provided. Overnight stay at our hotel.
DAY 2: Sarajevo
After breakfast, a full day of free time. We recommend tasting Bosnian pie, ćevapi, tufahija dessert, and Turkish coffee. Guests may participate in optional tours organized by our guides. Overnight stay at our hotel.
Optional Tour: Mostar-Počitelj Tour with Lunch Included: 70 Euro
Guests may join the full-day Mostar-Počitelj optional tour organized by our guides. We will depart from our hotel to Mostar with our private bus. Upon arrival, we will have a panoramic city tour, and the most important sight we will see is the iconic Mostar Bridge. This bridge was built in 1566 from 456 cut stones by architect Hayrettin, one of Mimar Sinan's students, and it is a unique Ottoman masterpiece protected by UNESCO. The bridge was destroyed in November 1993 by Croatian artillery fire. Supported by the Republic of Turkey and the World Bank, a Turkish company rebuilt the bridge using original stones removed from the river, and it was reopened in 2004. We will walk through the old city of Mostar along the cobbled streets, passing by structures preserving the architecture of the period, such as mosques, baths, and shops adorned with roofs of slate. One of the other significant sites we will visit is Koski Mehmet Paşa Mosque, which is also one of the best spots for a photo of the bridge. After lunch, there will be free time for shopping and personal explorations until the time announced by the guide to regroup. We will then move to our second destination, Počitelj. This Ottoman village listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site became part of the Ottoman Empire in 1471 and maintained its strategic importance until it fell out of Ottoman control in 1878. You can take beautiful pictures in this village, which is one of the best examples of Ottoman architecture. After a tea and coffee break here, we will head back to Sarajevo. After our arrival, we will transfer to our hotel. Overnight stay in Sarajevo.
DAY 3: Sarajevo

Located at the foothills of Mount Igman, Vrelo Bosne is an incredibly beautiful natural park where you can find every shade of green, consisting of streams, waterfalls, and ponds, and you will have the opportunity to see different birds and the famous background of the original Microsoft Windows screen saver (the tree-lined autumn street) along with horse-drawn carriages. The next part of our tour will take us to visit the war tunnel and museum, which provided a lifeline to the city during the longest siege in recent history. You may walk through the part of the tunnel that is open for visitors. After our tour, we will transfer back to our hotel.
