The Duomo, where Gothic art can be seen intensely, with its exterior consisting of more than 2,000 sculptures, is the fourth largest church in the world. About Flights
- Wtatil acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger; in possible disputes, the relevant provisions of Turkish law, as well as the Hague Protocol and the Warsaw Convention, shall apply.
- On scheduled and charter flights, delays or changes in flight times may occur. Wtatil is obliged to notify these changes as soon as possible. The passenger purchases the trip accepting the risk of flight time changes/cancellations.
- Children aged 0-2 pay only the airport tax fee.
- In accordance with airline rules; if the outbound flight of a round-trip ticket is not used, the return flight is canceled by the airline.
- For guests joining air-inclusive tours, check-in and boarding procedures are personal responsibilities and must be completed by the guest before the flight, at the airport counters of the relevant airline or online through the airline’s website.
- Last-minute delays and gate changes on flights are announced via loudspeaker at airports and displayed on information boards in the terminal. Guests must follow this information themselves.
- Wtatil is not responsible for guests who do not arrive at the specified airport at the stated time in accordance with airline rules, do not complete check-in and boarding on time, or complete check-in and boarding on time but do not board the plane, resulting in their inability to take the flight. Guests who miss the plane are responsible for all expenses related to obtaining new round-trip tickets required to join the tour and for transfers in the destination area, etc.
- The general baggage allowance for flights departing from Turkey is 20 kg. This may vary depending on the airline and destination country. If there are domestic flights in the destination country, baggage allowance on these domestic flights may be reduced to 15 kg. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not Wtatil’s responsibility.
- For guests who wish to upgrade their flight tickets using miles (to business or first class), the upgrade can be made after the tickets are issued, subject to availability with the airline (please check your membership airline). No mileage guarantee is given for each flight. Please check whether the program tickets are in an upgradeable class.
- On some airlines, food and beverage services and online check-in services may be subject to extra charges.

- Requests regarding the room made by Wtatil (high floor, close to common areas, smoking/non-smoking, bed type) are communicated to the hotel. The assigned rooms are selected in accordance with the guest’s preferences depending on the hotel’s availability. Fulfillment of these requests is subject to availability at check-in and cannot be guaranteed by Wtatil.
- Breakfast served in hotels differs from the rich breakfast commonly known in Turkish cuisine. It is generally served as a continental breakfast and consists of limited options such as butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall allocated to the group.
- In some cases, a double room may have one double bed instead of twin beds. Most European hotels offer twin rooms that can be joined together if necessary.
- Child and extra bed policies may vary according to each hotel and room type.
- Any extra bed or baby cot is provided upon request and subject to the hotel’s availability and approval.
- The capacity for an extra bed or baby cot in the room is 1 at most.
- Triple rooms have an extra bed arrangement; in such rooms, the bed assigned to the third person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Extra beds are foldaway or coach beds. Guests are deemed to have accepted the possible cramped space and bed type in rooms due to the extra bed added to standard rooms in triple-room and/or child-inclusive reservations.
- If the number of children and their ages, as declared in hotel reservations to stay with adults, are incorrectly stated by the guest, the relevant hotels may charge an additional fee. In such cases, responsibility lies with the guest who made the incorrect declaration. Hotels may request identification to verify the child’s age.
- In reservations for 2 adults + 1 child, the child may not have a separate bed. Child prices are valid only if the child stays with two adults. Child discounts apply only to a “single child” in the age group eligible for staying with 2 adults.
- Daily exchange rate changes are reflected in TL prices. The rates at the time of payment apply. Your additional requests, and some extra services you obtain at the hotel (minibar, ironing, etc.) are subject to extra charges by the hotel. These expenses are not included in the purchase price and are paid directly to the hotel during your stay.
- Some countries have different practices regarding city, tourism, or local taxes. Any such city, tourism, or other taxes applied are collected by the hotel from the guest upon entry or exit.
- Distances provided in the programs are based on maps. Travel times may be longer due to traffic, weather conditions, the geographical location of the country visited, roadworks, and similar conditions.
- Wtatil may, when necessary or deemed appropriate, change the order of cities in the program and the main airline to be used for the flight without altering the content of the program.
- The personal belongings, bags, suitcases, passports/ID cards of participants in the tour are their own responsibility, and Wtatil is not responsible for forgotten/lost/stolen items. If forgotten items are found, the costs incurred in delivering them to the country and/or person belong to the owner of the item.

- For stamp entry/exit at customs/border crossings, your passport must have at least 2 blank pages.
- Being exempt from visa for entry into the countries in this tour does not mean that entry into or exit from the country is guaranteed; the passport police have the authority to allow or deny your entry/exit, and Wtatil is not responsible for this, responsibility lies with the passenger.
- Guests who are not Turkish citizens or who have dual citizenship and will join the tour using their other country passport must personally consult the relevant consulates regarding the visa procedures applied by the destination country to the passport they will use; otherwise, Wtatil will not be responsible for any resulting consequences.
- Passports that are torn, worn, wet, and/or otherwise damaged should be renewed to avoid problems with customs police at the border of the country to be visited. Otherwise, responsibility lies with the passenger.
