Optional Tour: Amsterdam By Night & Canal Boat Tour Per Person 60 Euro
Are you ready to discover Amsterdam’s enchanting atmosphere both on land and water?
Our tour begins with a panoramic night tour covering the city’s most lively spots under the evening lights. We will have the opportunity to experience Amsterdam’s night atmosphere, which is very different from daytime, up close.
Then we join the Amsterdam Canal Boat Tour, which will last approximately 1 hour on glass-roofed boats. We will enjoy an unforgettable evening experience along the famous canals listed on the UNESCO World Heritage List, historic canal houses, and illuminated bridges. An opportunity will be provided to hear the story dating back to the Golden Age of the city from a different perspective.
At the end of the tour, return to our hotel.

Optional Tour: Grand Holland Tour Per Person 130 Euro
Are you ready to discover Holland’s most iconic and most fairy-tale-like spots in a single day? An unforgettable experience full of windmills, fishing villages, and a “Hobbit Village” surrounded by canals awaits you.
Our tour first starts with Zaanse Schans, which has become a symbol of Holland. In this area, which resembles an open-air museum with its historic windmills, traditional cheese workshops, and wooden shoe-making demonstrations, we will take unique photo breaks. Then we head to Volendam, the famous fishing village known for its colorful wooden houses and harbor. After a walk around the harbor and free time, we continue to Marken, a town known for its traditional architecture and peaceful atmosphere. We take a short journey into Holland’s past with its wooden houses and tranquil streets. The most enchanting stop of our tour is Giethoorn, known as the “Hobbit Village.” In this fairy-tale village, where there is no vehicle traffic and which is surrounded by small bridges and waterways, you will feel as if you are in a movie scene. The thatched-roof houses along the canals and the nature-filled atmosphere will provide unforgettable photos. Depending on the program flow, free time will be given in Giethoorn.

The guest accepts in advance any material or moral losses that may arise due to the cancellation of the tour at the time of purchasing the tour, and the Agency cannot be held responsible.
3- If sufficient participation is not achieved for the trip, the Agency has the right, in good faith, not to cancel the tour. In this case, since the tour will be provided individually for the guest, the included guiding service will only cover the round-trip airport transfer abroad.
Cancellation and Changes

5- Our guests have the right to cancel without penalty, provided they notify the Agency in writing up to 30 days before the tour departure date, except for flight tickets that have been paid for and/or committed to the airline by the Agency. If there are 31 days or less remaining until the trip start date, they may cancel by paying a penalty of 50% of the remaining tour price after the flight ticket cost; if there are 15 days or less remaining, they may cancel by paying the full tour price as a penalty. Guiding Services and Optional Tours
6- The days and times of the tours specified in the program may be changed by the guide according to the opening/closing status of museums and historical sites at the destinations and weather conditions. Different guides may accompany our guests during the tours.
7- Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours organized for the general introduction of the cities, conducted panoramically from the vehicle with guide narration, lasting no more than 2-3 hours and not including museum or historical site entrance fees. If panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program, cannot be carried out on the day and time they are scheduled due to restrictions imposed by local authorities, closed roads because of events, or if weather conditions make the tour impossible, the Agency is not responsible for the inability to perform these tours. Some tours may, where possible, be carried out by public transport or on foot in areas with closed roads or where vehicle access is not permitted.
8- Our guide may change the days of the city tour and/or additional tours depending on the content of the tours, the number of participants, and whether museums or historical sites are closed. This also applies in cases of changes in flight times.
9- Important points to consider for our tours carried out with speed boats: do not eat a heavy meal or drink excessive amounts of water immediately before boarding the boat. Guests with stomach, back, or neck complaints, as well as pregnant guests, should inform their guide of their condition.
10- If the tour or meal services included in the price are not utilized, there will be no refund.
About Flights
11- The Agency acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger; in possible disputes, in addition to the relevant provisions of Turkish law, the Hague Protocol and the Warsaw Convention will apply.
12- Delays or changes in flight times may occur on scheduled and charter flights. The Agency is obliged to notify these changes as soon as possible. The passenger has purchased the trip accepting the risk of flight time changes/cancellations.
13- Children aged 0-2 pay only the airport tax.
14- In accordance with airline rules, if the outbound flight of round-trip tickets is not used, the return flight will be canceled by the airline.
15- For those participating in tours with flights, check-in and boarding procedures are personal responsibilities and must be completed by the guest before the flight at the airport counters of the relevant airline or online through the airline’s website.
16- Last-minute delays and gate changes that may occur on flights are announced audibly at airports and displayed on information boards in the area. Guests must follow this information themselves.
17- The Agency is not responsible for guests who do not arrive at the specified airport at the times announced in accordance with airline rules, who do not complete check-in and boarding on time, or who complete check-in and boarding on time but do not board the plane and therefore cannot take the flight. Guests who miss their flight will be responsible for all expenses arising from obtaining new round-trip tickets required to join the tour, as well as transfers in the destination region, etc.
18- The general baggage allowance for flights departing from Turkey is 20 kg. This may vary depending on the airline and destination country. If there are domestic flights in the destination country, baggage allowance on those domestic flights may decrease to 15 kg. Excess baggage weight/fee rules are determined by the airlines and are not the responsibility of the Agency.
19- Guests wishing to upgrade their airline tickets with miles (to business or first class) may do so after the tickets are issued, subject to the airline’s availability (please check the airline of your membership). Mileage is not guaranteed for every flight. Please check whether the program’s tickets are in an upgradeable class.
20- On some airlines, food and beverage services and online check-in may be subject to an additional fee.
Other Matters
21- The Agency will not accept responsibility for any changes or cancellations made by the guest by contacting the hotel directly. In such cases, the Agency’s cancellation conditions will apply.
22- In cases where the tour program provides only category information without naming the hotel(s) and/or offers options for the same destination, the Agency will inform the guest 48 hours before departure.
23- During special periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used farther from the specified locations or distances than stated. In such cases, information will be provided by the Agency 15 days before the departure date of the tour.
24- At the time of registration for the purchased tour, the guest must correctly enter/declare the name as stated in the passport, date of birth, and passport number in the system. Airline tickets are issued according to this information. The penalty cost of any ticket cancellation or changes arising from incorrect information will be charged to the guests.
25- To use your mobile phone abroad, before leaving Turkey, please check whether your phone is enabled for international use by contacting the company your line belongs to.
26- Hotel check-in time is 15:00 and check-out time is 12:00.
27- Requests regarding the room made by the Agency (high floor, near common areas, smoking/non-smoking, bed type) are communicated to the hotel. Every effort is made for the reserved rooms to match the guest’s preferences, depending on the hotel’s availability. Fulfillment of these requests depends on availability at check-in and cannot be guaranteed by the Agency.
28- Breakfast served in hotels differs from the rich breakfast typically familiar in Turkish cuisine. It is generally served as a continental breakfast consisting of limited options such as butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and for groups it may be served in a separate hall allocated to the group.
29- In some cases, a double bed may be provided instead of twin beds. Most European hotels offer rooms with two beds that can be joined if necessary.
30- Child and extra bed policies may vary according to each hotel and room type.
31- Any extra bed or baby cot is provided upon request and subject to hotel availability, and must be approved by the hotel.
32- The capacity for an extra bed or baby cot in the room is 1 maximum.
33- In triple rooms, an extra bed is provided; in such rooms, the bed assigned to the third person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Extra beds are foldaway or coach beds. Our guests are deemed to have accepted the possible crowding in the rooms and the bed type resulting from the extra beds added to standard rooms in triple room and/or child bookings.
34- If the number and ages of children staying with adults specified in hotel reservations are incorrectly declared by the guest, the relevant hotels may charge an additional fee. In such a case, responsibility lies with the guest who made the incorrect declaration. The hotel may request identification to verify the age of children.
35- In reservations of 2 adults + 1 child, the child may not have a separate bed. Child prices are valid only if the child stays with two adults. Child discounts apply to a “single child” who falls within the age group staying with 2 adults.
36- Daily exchange rate fluctuations are reflected in TL prices. The exchange rates at the time of payment apply. Any additional requests, as well as certain extra services you may receive at the hotel (minibar, ironing, etc.), are subject to an extra charge by the hotel. These costs are not included in the purchase price and are paid directly to the hotel during your stay.
37- Some countries have different practices regarding city, tourism, or local taxes. Any such city, tourism, or other taxes in effect are collected by the hotel from the guest upon entry or exit.
38- The travel distances given in the programs are map-based. Travel times may be extended due to traffic, weather conditions, the geographical location of the destination country, road works, and similar conditions.
39- In mandatory situations or when deemed necessary, the Agency may change the order of the cities in the program and the main airline to be flown, without altering the content of the program.
40- Personal belongings, bags, suitcases, passports/identity cards of participants in the tour are under their own responsibility, and the Agency is not responsible for forgotten/lost/stolen items. If forgotten items are found, the costs incurred in delivering them to the country and/or person shall be borne by the owner of the item.
41- Participants in the tour are required to carry their travel health insurance policies and, if they have any health issues, the relevant medications and medical reports with them.
42- For possible extra expenses, at check-in the hotel may request an official photo ID/passport and a credit card or cash deposit. The refund of the deposit requested at check-out is between the hotel and the guest, and the Agency has no involvement.
Visa and Passport
1- Our guests must have a passport valid for at least 6 months from the end date of the trip.
2- For customs crossings/border checkpoints, your passport must have at least 2 blank pages so that entry/exit stamps can be placed in it.
3- Being visa-exempt or having obtained a visa for the countries in this tour does not mean that entry to or exit from the country is guaranteed; border police have the authority to allow or deny entry/exit, and the Agency is not responsible for this; responsibility lies with the passenger.
4- Guests who are not Turkish citizens or who have dual citizenship and will participate in the tour using their other country’s passport must personally consult the relevant consulates regarding the visa procedures applied by the destination country to the passport they will use; otherwise, the Agency will not be responsible for any resulting consequences.
5- Passports that are torn, worn, wet, and/or otherwise damaged must be renewed to avoid problems with customs police at the border of the country to be visited. Otherwise, responsibility lies with the passenger.
6- For guests under 18 traveling alone or with only one parent, there is a possibility that the border police may request a document showing the mutual consent of both parents upon entry/exit of the country; therefore, we recommend that guests under 18 and their parents be especially careful regarding this matter.
