1st Day: Budapest
Meeting in front of the Ajet Airlines counter at Sabiha Gökçen Airport International Terminal. After ticket and passport procedures, we depart for Budapest at 13:00 with Ajet Airlines. Upon our arrival in Budapest at 14:15, you can clearly see the traces of the Ottomans in Budapest, which remained under Ottoman rule for approximately 150 years. Budapest, which became the capital of Hungary with the merger of Buda and Pest on November 17, 1873, will be seen panoramically during the city tour, including Heroes’ Square, Andrassy and Rakoczi Streets, the Opera and Synagogue Buildings, the 700-room Parliament Building, considered the symbol of Budapest and built between 1884 and 1904, the Danube River and its banks, Erzsébet Bridge, Fisherman’s Bastion, Chain Bridge, the Castle and Matthias Church, Gellért Hill and Citadella. After the tour, transfer to the hotel and check-in. For those who wish, there is an opportunity to join the extra “Gypsy Night” tour organized by your guide in the evening, with dinner, drinks, music, and entertainment. Overnight at our hotel.

2nd Day: Budapest
After breakfast at the hotel, free time. Guests who wish may join the Esztergom & Visegrad & Szentendre tour organized as an extra by your guide. In the evening, those who wish may join the Danube River cruise organized as an extra by your guide. Overnight at our hotel.
Extra Tour: Esztergom & Visegrad & Szentendre Tour 80 Euro (Lunch Included) (Per Person)
On this tour, we first visit Esztergom Cathedral and the ruins of the castle remaining from the Ottoman period. Then we visit magnificent Visegrad, a medieval castle and also a hunting palace. On this tour, Visegrad Castle will be seen panoramically. We have lunch in a Renaissance atmosphere. Later, we go to a small town called Szentendre for shopping. In this town, where you can find handicrafts, crystal, porcelain products, souvenirs, spirits, and many other items, we return to the hotel after some free time.
Extra Tour: Danube River Boat Trip 35 Euro (Per Person)
In the evening, guests who wish may join the Danube River cruise, where they can watch beautiful Budapest, divided by the Danube River and considered the pearl of Europe, from the river while sipping their drinks and listening to the history of the buildings. We recommend not missing this tour, which offers Turkish narration with magnificent historical commentary by radio artists.
3rd Day: Budapest – Vienna - Budapest
After breakfast at the hotel, free time. Guests who wish may join the full-day Bratislava and Vienna tour organized as an extra by our guide. At the end of the tour, transfer back to our Budapest hotel. Overnight at our hotel.
Extra Tour: Magnificent Vienna and Bratislava Tour 110 Euro (Per Person)
Bratislava is the capital and largest city of the Slovak Republic. Located on the banks of the Danube River, the city borders both Austria and Hungary. There are only two capitals in the world that border two countries in this way. The city hosts many festivals and trade fairs. Places to be seen in the city include the banks of the Danube in Bratislava, Turkish traces before the First Siege of Vienna in 1529, Bratislava Castle, St. Martin’s Cathedral, a walk in the old historic city, Grassalkovich Palace, the Parliament, the Slovak National Theatre Building, and the historic building where Mozart gave his first concert to Maria Theresa at the age of 6. After our Bratislava tour, we continue to Vienna. Upon arrival, we take a Vienna city tour. Places to be seen in the Vienna city tour include the Opera House, University, Parliament Building, Theater, Prater, Hofburg Palace, and the Museums District. After our city tour, we have free time to enjoy the Vienna atmosphere. We return to Budapest at the time determined by our guide.
4th Day: Budapest - Sabiha Gökçen
After breakfast, we transfer to the airport at the time determined by our guide. We depart for Istanbul on Ajet Airlines flight at 16:15. With our arrival at 20:20, our tour comes to an end. We hope to see you on your next journey.
• Flight times may change due to the airline. Guests taking domestic connections must confirm their flight times.
• This tour is operated on an individual basis. After reservation, ticketing is completed.
• After ticketing, name changes or date changes are not possible.
• Extra tours are carried out with a minimum of 10 people. If the number is insufficient, the guide may cancel the extra tours.
GENERAL TERMS
1- General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently from the tour program.
2- In case of insufficient participation for the tour; the Agency can cancel the tour up to 21 days before the tour departure date. In such a case, the cancellation information will be communicated to the guest. The full amount of the tour fee will be refunded to the guest. For additional services purchased outside the tour; domestic flight connections purchased from the Agency will also be refunded to the guest, if visa services and travel health insurance have been used to apply for a visa on behalf of the guest, these services cannot be refunded as they are considered used. If the guest has purchased the domestic flight connection from a different provider independent of the Agency, the guest cannot claim any refund from the Agency in case the tour is canceled by the Agency. The guest accepts in advance the material and moral losses that may arise from the tour cancellation and the Agency cannot be held responsible.
3- In case of insufficient participation for the tour, the Agency has the right to show goodwill by not canceling the tour. In this case, since the tour is provided individually for the guest, the included guiding service will only cover the airport transfer for international round-trip.
Cancellation and Changes
4- In our tours, flight tickets are issued at the time of reservation. Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the tour departure date will incur a penal amount for flight tickets that do not have cancellation rights.
5- Guests have the right to cancel without penalty as long as they notify the Agency in writing up to 30 days before the tour departure date, except for flight tickets for which payment has been made to the airline and/or commitments have been made by the Agency. In case of cancellations within 31 days of the tour start date, the guest can cancel by paying a penalty fee equivalent to 50% of the remaining tour fee from the flight ticket cost, and in case of cancellations 15 days or less before the tour start date, by paying the full tour fee as a penalty. If a cancellation request is made, the refund conditions for additional services such as domestic flight connections, visa services, and travel health insurance may vary depending on the time the cancellation is requested, and prior inquiry is necessary regarding refunds. The Agency cannot make any commitments for the refund of additional services.
Guiding Services and Extra Tours
6- The days and times of the tours specified in the program may be changed by the guide based on the situation of museums and historic sites being open/closed and weather conditions. Different guides may accompany our guests during the tours.
7- Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are organized for the general introduction of the cities and are conducted as panoramic trips with the guide's narration from within the vehicle, lasting no more than 2-3 hours without including museum or historic site admissions. The Agency is not responsible for the failure to conduct panoramic tours if local authorities do not permit visiting the sites on the scheduled days and times or if the tours cannot be conducted due to closed roads caused by any events, as well as in cases where weather conditions render the tours impossible. Some tours may use public transportation or may be conducted on foot where vehicle access is not permitted.
8- Our guide can change the days of the city tour and/or additional tours according to the content of our tours, the number of participants, and the status of museums and ruins being open or closed. This condition is also valid for possible changes in flight times.
9- Important points to consider for our tours conducted with Speed Boats include; not eating heavy meals immediately before boarding, and not drinking excessive amounts of water. Guests with stomach, back, neck complaints or pregnant guests are required to inform their guides of their conditions.
10- If participation is not provided in the services of the tour or meal services included in the prices, there will be no refunds.
About Flights
11- The Agency acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger, and in cases of disputes, the relevant provisions of Turkish legislation, as well as the Hague Protocol and the Warsaw Convention, will apply.
12- There may be delays or changes in flight times for scheduled and charter flights. The Agency is obliged to inform about these changes as soon as possible. The passenger accepts the risk of changes/cancellations in flight times when purchasing the trip.
13- Children aged 0-2 only pay airport tax.
14- According to airline rules; if the outbound flight of round-trip tickets purchased is not used, the return flight will be canceled by the airline.
15- Check-in and boarding procedures to be performed for those participating in flights are personal actions, and these must be carried out by the guests at the airports before the flight, at the relevant airline counters, or online through the airline companies' websites.
16- Last-minute delays and gate changes in flights are announced verbally at the airports and shown on information boards. These details must be monitored personally by the guests.
17- The Agency is not responsible for guests who are not present at the specified airport at the times indicated by the airline rules or who do not complete the check-in and boarding procedures on time. Guests who miss their flights will bear the costs of obtaining new round-trip tickets necessary for participation in the tour and the transfers in the destination area.
18- For flights departing from Turkey, the general baggage weight is 20 kg. This weight may vary according to the airline and the destination country. If internal flights are present in the destination country, this baggage weight may drop to 15 kg. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by airlines and are not the responsibility of the Agency.
19- For guests who wish to upgrade their tickets with miles (to business or first class); upgrades may be performed based on the airline's availability (please check with your airline regarding your membership) after tickets have been issued. No mileage guarantee is provided for each flight. Please check whether the tickets of the program are of a class that can be upgraded.
20- In some airlines, food and drink and online check-in services may be subject to extra charges.
Other Matters
21- The Agency will not accept responsibility for any changes or cancellation transactions made directly by the guest with the hotel. In this case, the cancellation conditions of the Agency will apply.
22- If the hotel(s) specified in the tour program are provided with only category information without providing hotel names and/or if options are offered for the same destination, they will be communicated to the guest by the Agency 48 hours before the tour departure.
23- During special periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, and sports tournaments, hotels may be located further away than the indicated locations or distances. In such a case, guests will be informed by the Agency 15 days before the tour departure.
24- At the time of registration for the purchased tour; it is required that the guest's first and last name as stated in the passport, birth date, and passport number must be entered correctly into the system. Flight tickets will be issued based on this information. Any penalties arising from incorrect information that results in the cancellation or change of flight tickets will be reflected to the guests.
25- To be able to use your mobile phones abroad, please check with your service provider before leaving Turkey whether your phone is activated for international use.
26- The hotel check-in time is 15:00, and the check-out time is 12:00.
27- Any requests regarding the room (high floor, close to common areas, smoking/non-smoking, bed type) made by the Agency are communicated to the hotel. Care is taken to ensure that the reserved rooms correspond to the guest's preferences, subject to the hotel's availability. These requests depend on availability at the time of check-in at the hotel and cannot be guaranteed by the Agency.
28- Breakfasts offered at hotels may differ from the rich traditional Turkish breakfast. Generally, breakfast served is called continental breakfast, consisting of limited options like butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee and may be served in a separate room designated for groups.
29- In some cases, double rooms may consist of a double bed instead of two single beds. Most European hotels offer rooms with two beds that can be combined if necessary.
30- The child and extra bed policy may vary for each hotel and room type.
31- All types of extra beds and baby cots are provided upon request and according to the hotel's availability and require the hotel's approval.
32- The capacity for extra beds or baby cots in the room is one unit (maximum).
33- In triple rooms, there is an application for an extra bed. The bed assigned to the 3rd person in these rooms is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Extra beds may consist of folding beds or what are called coach beds. Our guests accept that they acknowledge any discomfort and bed type issues arising from the additional beds added to standard rooms in triple room and/or reservations with children.
34- If the number of children and their ages to be accommodated together with adults in hotel reservations is incorrectly declared by our guests, related hotels may charge additional fees. In such a case, the responsibility belongs to the guest who made the incorrect declaration. Hotels may request identification to determine the age of children.
35- In reservations for 2 adults + 1 child, there may not be a separate bed for the child. Child prices are only valid if the child is accommodated alongside two adults. Child discounts are only applicable for one "single child" that meets the age group when staying with two adults.
36- Daily currency exchange rates are reflected in the Turkish Lira prices. The prevailing rates at the time of payment apply. Additional requests, some extra services received at the hotel (minibar, ironing, etc.) may be subject to additional charges imposed by the hotel, which are not included in the price during registration and must be paid directly to the hotel during your stay.
37- Some countries have different practices regarding city, tourism, or local level taxes. All types of city, tourism, or other taxes that are currently applied will be collected from the guest by the hotel upon entry or exit.
38- The travel distances provided in the programs are based on maps. Travel times may extend due to factors such as traffic, weather conditions, the geographical location of the visited country, road construction, and conditions.
39- In cases of emergencies or as deemed necessary, the Agency may change the order of the cities in the program and the primary airline to be flown, without altering the content of the program.
40- Guests' personal belongings, bags, suitcases, passports/identification are the sole responsibility of the tour participants. The Agency is not responsible for lost, forgotten, or stolen items. Costs incurred in delivering forgotten items, should they be found, to the country and/or the person are the responsibility of the item owner.
41- Participants in the tour are required to carry their travel health insurance policies and any medical prescriptions and medications related to any health issues they may have.
42- For possible additional expenses, the hotel may request a photo ID/passport issued by official authorities and a credit card or cash deposit upon check-in. The return of the requested deposit upon check-out is a transaction between the hotel and the guest, and the Agency has no intervention in this matter.
Visa and Passport
1- Our guests' passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the travel end date.
2- In customs passages/border crossings, there must be at least 2 blank pages in your passport for the entry-exit stamps to be stamped.
3- Being exempt from a visa or having a visa for the countries in this tour does not guarantee entry/exit into the country; the passport police have the authority to refuse you entry/exit, and the Agency is not responsible for this; the accountability lies with the passenger.
4- Our guests who are not Turkish citizens or those having dual citizenship and will join the tour using their other passport must inquire directly with the consulates regarding the visa procedures applied by the country they will travel to; otherwise, the Agency shall not be held responsible for any resulting consequences.
5- To avoid issues at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, damaged, wet, or similarly damaged passports, it is necessary to renew passports. Otherwise, responsibility lies with the passenger.
6- Guests under the age of 18 traveling alone or with only one parent may be asked to present a document showing the joint consent of the parents by the police officer during entry/exit to the country; therefore, guests under 18 and their parents are advised to be cautious about this issue.
