Guiding Services and Extra Tours
6- The days and times of the tours specified in the program can be changed by the guide depending on the opening/closing status of the museums and historical sites to be visited and weather conditions. Different guides may accompany our guests during the tours.
7- The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are organized for the general introduction of cities and are conducted as panoramic tours from the vehicle with guide narration without including entrance to museums or historical sites, lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours. The Agency is not responsible for any tours that cannot be conducted due to local authorities not allowing visitations or any events causing road closures, or if weather conditions make the tours impossible. Some tours may be conducted using public transportation or on foot where roads are closed or vehicle access is not permitted.
8- Our guide may change the days of city tours and/or additional tours depending on the number of participants and the status of the museums and historical sites. This applies in case of changes to flight times as well.

About Flights
11- The Agency acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger, and in case of disputes, the relevant provisions of Turkish legislation, as well as the Hague Protocol and the Warsaw Convention, will apply.

16- Last-minute delays and gate changes during flights are announced audibly at airports and displayed on the information screens in the area. This information must be followed up by the guests personally.
17- The Agency is not responsible for passengers who are not present at the specified time at the airport per airline rules, who do not carry out their check-in and boarding procedures on time, or who complete their check-in but do not board the plane. All expenses related to obtaining new round-trip tickets and necessary transfers in the destination area for those who miss their flights shall be borne by the guests themselves.
18- The general baggage weight for flights departing from Turkey is 20 kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline and the country to which the travel is made. If there are domestic flights in the destination country, this baggage weight may decrease to 15 kg. 24- At the time of registration for the purchased tour; the guest's name as it appears on their passport, date of birth, and passport number must be entered correctly into the system. Flight tickets are issued based on this information. Penalty fees for flight ticket cancellations or changes due to incorrect information will be incurred by the guests.
25- To use your mobile phone abroad, please check with the company to which your line belongs before leaving Turkey to ensure that your phone is activated for international use.
26- The hotel check-in time is 15:00, and the check-out time is 12:00.
27- Requests regarding the room (high floor, close to common areas, smoking/non-smoking, bed type) are communicated to the hotel by the Agency. It is ensured that the booked rooms align with the guest's preferences according to the hotel's availability. The realization of these requests depends on the availability at check-in and cannot be guaranteed by the Agency.
28- Breakfasts served at hotels may differ from the abundant Turkish breakfast usually expected. They are generally offered as continental breakfasts consisting of limited choices such as butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate allocated hall for groups.
29- In some cases, there may be double beds instead of twin bedded rooms. Most European hotels offer rooms with 2 beds that can be combined if necessary.

32- The capacity for extra beds or baby cots in rooms is limited to 1 (maximum).
33- In triple rooms, there is an application for an extra bed, and the bed allocated to the 3rd person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. The extra beds consist of folding or couch beds. Guests acknowledge that they accept the possible tightness in rooms with extra beds added to standard rooms for triple room and/or child reservations.
34- If the number of children and their ages accompanying adults in hotel reservations are incorrectly stated by our guests, the relevant hotels may charge extra fees. Responsibility for such a situation lies with the guest who made the incorrect declaration. The hotel may request ID for age verification for children.
35- In reservations consisting of 2 adults + 1 child, there may be no separate bed for the child. Child prices are only applicable when the child is staying with two adults. Child discounts apply only for “single child” meeting the age group, staying with two adults.
36- Daily exchange rates are reflected in TL prices. The rates at the time of payment are valid. Additional requests and some extra services (minibar, ironing, etc.) you receive at the hotel will incur additional charges, which are not included in the initial purchase and will be paid directly to the hotel during your stay.
37- Some countries have different implementations regarding city, tourism, or local-level taxes. All such city, tourism, or other taxes applied will be collected from the guest by the hotel during entry or exit.
38- The distances given in the programs are based on maps. Travel times may extend due to traffic, weather conditions, geographical location of the country visited, road works, and conditions.
39- The Agency may change the sequence of cities in the program and the main airline to be flown, without altering the content of the program, if necessary or in compulsory situations.

4- Guests who are not Turkish citizens or hold dual citizenship and who will participate in the tour using their other nationality passport must personally consult the relevant consulates about the visa procedures of the country to be traveled to, otherwise the Agency will not be responsible for any resulting issues.
5- Passports that are torn, worn, wet, and/or damaged must be renewed to avoid any issues with customs police at the border crossing of the visited country. Otherwise, the responsibility lies with the traveler.
6- Guests under 18 years old may be asked for a document showing the joint consent of both parents at border controls when traveling alone or accompanied by only one parent; thus, minors and their parents are advised to exercise sensitivity in this matter.
