Day 1: Istanbul - Sarajevo
After completing our ticket, luggage, and boarding procedures at the Istanbul Airport International Departure Terminal, we depart for Sarajevo on Turkish Airlines flight TK1023 at 12:45. After approximately 1.5 hours of flight, we arrive in Sarajevo at 13:40 local time and proceed with entry procedures into the country, then head to Sarajevo, the capital of Bosnia and Herzegovina. After our arrival, we will take a panoramic city tour and see the famous Baščaršija, the historical Ottoman caravanserai Morica Han, the Catholic Cathedral reflecting the religious cosmopolitanism of the city, the Synagogue, Husein Bey and Ferhadija Mosques, the Latin Bridge where the assassination of Archduke Franz Ferdinand took place in 1914, the Old Library, and the Western-style buildings that emerged during the 40 years of Austro-Hungarian rule. After the tour, we will transfer to our hotel. Dinner and overnight at our hotel.
Day 2: Sarajevo – Mostar – Blagaj – Počitelj - Medugorje
After breakfast, we leave our hotel. Our first stop is Mostar, renowned for its historical and cultural richness. Here we will see the Mostar Bridge, built by the architect Hayreddin in 1557, which is considered one of the masterpieces of Ottoman architecture. This bridge was destroyed in 1992 but was rebuilt in 2004 with the contributions of the Republic of Turkey. After discovering the enchanting atmosphere of Mostar, we will visit the Koski Mehmet Pasha Mosque. Then, we proceed to Blagaj, where the Buna River, one of the strongest water sources in Europe, originates. After a short free time here, we head to Počitelj. We will visit Počitelj, known as a Turkish village, and see the Ottoman-era structures from the 16th century that have been preserved. Finally, we move on to Medugorje, a peaceful place famous for its religious visitors. After arriving at our hotel, we retire to our rooms to rest. Overnight at our hotel.

With its unique architecture and sea views, this small town will transport you through time. Next, we head to Budva, one of the most popular holiday destinations in the Balkans! After a panoramic city tour, we proceed to Sv. Stefan, famous for its rich history and dazzling view. We will admire the amazing view of this islet from above. This postcard-like area is ideal for photography. After all these explorations, we transfer to the beautiful city of Shkodra in Albania. After dinner at our hotel, we retire to our rooms for rest. After breakfast, we leave our hotel and set off for Tirana, the capital of Albania. A rich city in terms of history and culture, we will discover Tirana, recognized as the center of Bektashism in Europe. Upon arrival in Tirana, we visit the Ethem Bey Mosque, which began construction in 1789 and was completed in 1923, one of Albania's cultural heritage sites. We take a brief pause at Skanderbeg Square, where we see the statue of Skanderbeg proudly standing in the center. The iconic Clock Tower of Tirana, built by Ethem Bey in 1821, will also be one of the highlights of our tour. Then, we visit the meaningful Bell of Peace, made from lead melted by children from Shkodra during their revolt in 1999. During this tour, Tirana’s modern face and historical past come together to create unforgettable memories. After some free time, we head towards Ohrid. Along the way, we will be accompanied by breathtaking views. Upon our arrival in Ohrid, we will take a tour of this historic city, which served as an important base for the Ottomans in the Balkans. During our tour, we will see places of significance, including the monument of Saints Cyril and Methodius, believed to have developed the Cyrillic alphabet, and the Church of St. Sophia. We will have the opportunity to stroll around Chinar Square and explore the Turkish Bazaar from the old Ottoman period. Here, you can visit the Halveti Tekke and closely feel the cultural texture of the city. We will also explore the New Bazaar and Ohrid Market and witness the daily life of the locals. After breakfast, we gather our luggage and set off to explore the unique nature and cultural treasures of Macedonia. Our first stop is Tetovo (Kalkandelen), one of Macedonia's most dazzling towns. Here, we will visit the Alaca Mosque, one of the most colorful and impressive mosques in the Balkans, built in the 15th century. With its lively colors and intricate decorations on the exterior, this mosque will fascinate you. As we explore this rare example of Ottoman architecture, we will embark on a journey through history. After our visit in Tetovo, we travel to Skopje amidst green mountains. Along the way, we will be accompanied by Macedonia's breathtaking sights. Upon arriving in Skopje, our first stop is the Mustafa Pasha Mosque, the largest and most magnificent mosque in the city, built in 1492. Then, we visit the Murat Pasha Mosque, constructed in the 15th century, known for its Ottoman-era carvings and architecture. As our tour continues, we will see the Kapan Han and Sulu Han, beautiful examples of Ottoman-era inns that were once significant centers where merchants stayed and traded. Later, we will visit the Stone Bridge, which has become a symbol of Skopje, built in the 15th century, connecting both sides of the Vardar River. Walking across the Stone Bridge, we will continue our tour while seeing the Turkish and Jewish neighborhoods along the river. During our walk by the river, we will pass through Macedonia Square, the largest and most central spot in Skopje, surrounded by modern buildings. Here, we will encounter the grand statue of Alexander the Great and other monuments. Then, we will view the Ottoman Bridge built in the 15th century from the outside and visit the Davut Pasha Hamam, where we will once again feel the grandeur of the Ottoman period. We will continue to explore the city as we head toward Skopje’s Turkish Bazaar. Before reaching the bazaar, we will see the Clock Tower built in the 16th century, one of Skopje’s iconic structures. Here, we will visit the Sultan Murat Mosque and the Isa Bey Mosque, both significant parts of the city’s Islamic heritage, notable for their architectures. Finally, we will have free time in the Turkish Bazaar where you can find many products, from handicrafts to souvenirs. After enjoying your time at the bazaar, we will return to our hotel for the evening.

Upon arrival in Belgrade, we start a panoramic city tour to discover all the splendor of the city. First, we will see the Old Palace, which carries the traces of the Ottoman period and is known for its magnificent carved ceilings. Here, you can feel the historical atmosphere and explore the texture that combines Belgrade's past with the present. Next, we head to one of the city’s most impressive points, where the Sava River meets the Danube River. Exploring this unique view, which has historically been the focal point of many victories and conquests, will be a great pleasure. As we continue to explore the ancient city, we will come across the Belgrade Fortress, which was used as a supply base for the Ottoman navy. After completing the boarding procedures, we take Turkish Airlines flight TK1084 at 20:25 to Istanbul. Arriving at Istanbul Airport at 23:15, our tour concludes. We bid you farewell until our next trip.

GENERAL TERMS
1- The General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently of the tour program.
2- If sufficient participation for the trip cannot be achieved; the Agency may cancel the tour up to 21 days before the departure date. In such a case, cancellation information will be communicated to the guest. The full tour fee will be refunded to the guest. For additional services purchased outside the tour; the domestic flight connections purchased from the Agency will also be refunded to the guest. If the visa service has been used to apply for a visa on behalf of the guest, it cannot be refunded as these services have been utilized. If a visa application has not been made, the visa and travel health insurance can also be canceled, and a refund will be provided. If the guest has purchased the domestic flight connection from a product provider independent of the Agency, the guest cannot claim any fee refund from the Agency in case the tour is canceled by the Agency. The guest accepts all material and moral losses arising from the tour cancellation in advance when purchasing the tour and the Agency cannot be held responsible.
3- If sufficient participation for the trip cannot be achieved, the Agency has the right to show goodwill by not canceling the tour. In this case, since the tour will be provided individually for the guest, the guiding service included in the package will only cover transfers to and from the airport for international travel.
Cancellation and Changes
4- In our tours, tickets for transportation are prepared at the time of reservation. Cancellations made more than 30 days before the tour departure date will be subject to a penalty for these flight ticket fees, which do not have the right of cancellation, change, or refund.
5- Guests have the right to cancel without penalty until 30 days before the tour departure date, provided they notify the Agency in writing, except for airline tickets for which the Agency has made payment and/or committed to the airline. If there are less than 31 days remaining until the start date of the trip, the guest can cancel by paying a penalty equal to 50% of the remaining tour fee from the flight ticket price, and if there are 15 days or less remaining until the start date of the trip, they can cancel by paying a penalty fee equal to the entire tour fee. If cancellation is requested, the cancellation and refund conditions of additional services such as domestic flight connections, visa services, and travel health insurance may vary depending on the period of the cancellation request, so it is necessary to inquire in advance about refunds. The Agency cannot make any commitments regarding the refund of additional services.
Guiding Services and Extra Tours
6- The days and times of the tours specified in the program may be changed by the guide depending on the status of the museums and historical sites being open/closed and weather conditions. Different guides may accompany our guests during the tours.
7- The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are conducted as introduction tours of the cities and are limited to a maximum of 2-3 hours, without museum or historical site entrances, with narration from the guide inside the vehicle. Panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program, are not the Agency's responsibility if they cannot be conducted due to prohibitions by local authorities or due to closed roads caused by any event or because of weather conditions that make the tour impossible to carry out. Some tours may need to be conducted via public transportation or on foot in places where there are closed roads or points where vehicle access is not allowed based on available resources.
8- Our guide may change the days of city tours and/or additional tours depending on the number of participants and whether the museum and historical site is open or not, in line with the content of our tours. This is also applicable in case of changes in flight times.
9- Important considerations for tours conducted with speed boats; heavy meals should not be eaten immediately before boarding the boat, and excessive amounts of water should not be consumed. Guests with complaints regarding their stomach, back, neck, or those who are pregnant should inform their guides of their conditions.
10- There is no refund for not participating in services (tours or meals) included in the prices.
About Flights
11- The Agency acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger, and in case of any disputes, the relevant provisions of Turkish legislation, as well as the Hague Protocol and the Warsaw Convention will be applied.
12- There may be delays or changes in flight times for scheduled and charter flights. The Agency is obliged to inform of these changes as soon as possible. The passenger accepts the risk of flight time changes/cancellations by purchasing the trip.
13- Children aged 0-2 only pay the airport tax fee.
14- According to the airline's rules; if the outbound flight of a round-trip ticket is not used, the return flight will be canceled by the airline.
15- For participants in flights with tickets, check-in and boarding procedures are personal transactions, and these transactions must be carried out by the guest at the airports before the flight, at the relevant airline check-in counters or online via the airline's website.
16- Any last-minute delays and gate changes during flights will be announced verbally at the airport and displayed on the information boards in the area. This information must be followed personally by the guests.
17- The Agency is not responsible for guests who are not present at the specified airport at the specified times in accordance with the airline's rules for participation in the tour; who do not make check-in and boarding procedures on time; or those who complete check-in and boarding procedures on time but do not board the plane. All expenses related to obtaining new tickets for the return journey and necessary transfers in the destination area for guests who miss the plane are their own.
18- The general luggage weight limit for flights departing from Turkey is 20 kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline and the destination country. If there are domestic flights in the destination country, the luggage weight may drop to 15 kg for those domestic flights. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by airlines, and the Agency is not responsible.
19- For guests wanting to upgrade their tickets with miles (to business or first class); upgrade transactions can be performed after the tickets are issued, depending on the availability of the airline (check your membership with the airline). No mileage guarantee is provided for each flight. Check whether the tickets for the program are of a class that can be upgraded.
20- Some airlines may charge extra fees for food and beverage services and online check-in.
Other Matters
21- The Agency will not accept responsibility for any changes or cancellations made directly by the guest with the hotel. In such cases, the cancellation conditions of the Agency will apply.
22- In cases where the names of the hotel(s) are not specified in the tour program and only category information is provided and/or options are presented for the same destination, the Agency will inform the guest 48 hours before the trip departure.
23- During special periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, and sports tournaments, hotels may be used at locations or more kilometers away than specified. In such a case, the Agency will inform 15 days before the tour departure.
24- When registering for the purchased tour; the guest must enter/declare the name, date of birth, and passport number as stated in the passport correctly in the system. Flight tickets are issued based on this information. Penalty fees arising from incorrect information that leads to the cancellation or change of flight tickets will be charged to the guests.
25- To use your mobile phone abroad, please check with the company that your line belongs to before leaving Turkey to see if your phone is activated for international use.
26- The hotel check-in time is 15:00, and the check-out time is 12:00.
27- The Agency will inform the hotel of requests regarding the room (high floor, near public areas, smoking/non-smoking, bed type). The booked rooms will be allocated according to the guest's preferences as per the hotel's availability. The fulfillment of these requests depends on availability at the time of check-in and cannot be guaranteed by the Agency.
28- Breakfasts offered at hotels may differ from the rich Turkish breakfast. Generally, they are served as limited options consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee in a continental breakfast manner, and may be served in a separate hall designated for the group.
29- In some cases, there may be a double bed instead of a twin-bedded room. Many European hotels offer rooms with two beds that can be joined if necessary.
30- The child and extra bed policy may vary by hotel and room types.
31- Any extra bed and baby cot is provided upon request and is subject to availability and requires confirmation from the hotel.
32- The capacity for extra beds or baby cots in the room is 1 (maximum).
33- In triple rooms, there is an extra bed application, and the bed allocated to the 3rd person in these types of rooms is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Extra beds can be opening-closing and are beds sometimes referred to as coach beds. Our guests indicate that they accept the tightness and bed type that may occur in rooms due to extra beds to be added to the standard room in triple room and/or child reservations.
34- In hotel reservations, if the number and ages of children accompanying adults are incorrectly declared by our guests, the relevant hotels may charge additional fees. In such cases, the responsibility lies with the guest who made the incorrect declaration. Hotels may request identity verification for children.
35- In reservations for 2 adults + 1 child, there may not be a separate bed for the child. Child prices are only valid if the child is accommodated next to two adults. Child discounts apply only for the eligible age group “single child” who is staying with two adults.
36- The daily exchange rate fluctuations are reflected in the prices in TL. The exchange rates at the time of payment are applicable. Some additional services you may request at the hotel (mini-bar, ironing, etc.) will be charged extra by the hotel. These costs are not included in the price at the time of purchase and are paid directly to the hotel during your stay.
37- Some countries have different practices regarding city, tourism, or local taxes. Any city, tourism, or other taxes being applied will be collected from the guest by the hotel at the time of entry or exit.
38- The road distances provided in the programs are based on maps. Travel times may be extended due to traffic, weather conditions, geographical location of the visited country, roadworks, and conditions.
39- The Agency may change the order of cities and the primary airline to be flown without disturbing the content of the program in case of necessity or if deemed necessary.
40- Personal belongings, bags, suitcases, passports/identities of participating individuals on the tour are under their own responsibility, and the Agency is not responsible for items that are forgotten/lost/stolen. In the event that forgotten items are found, any expenses incurred in delivering them to the country and/or person belong to the owner of the item.
41- Participants of the tour are required to carry their travel health insurance policies and any medications and prescriptions for any health problems.
42- For any potential extra charges, at check-in at the hotel, a photo ID/passport issued by official institutions and a credit card or cash deposit may be requested by the hotel. The return of the deposit requested upon check-out is a transaction between the hotel and the guest, and the Agency has no intervention in this matter.
Visa and Passport
1- Guests must ensure that their passports are valid for at least 6 months beyond the travel end date.
2- At customs crossings/border gates, there must be at least 2 blank pages in your passport for entry-exit stamps to be printed.
3- Being exempt from visa and having a visa for the countries of this tour does not mean you will be allowed to enter/exit the country, as the passport police have the authority to deny you entry/departure; the responsibility does not lie with the Agency, and it falls on the passenger.
4- Foreign citizens or dual citizens who will participate in the tour using their other country's passport must consult the relevant consulates about the visa procedures applied by the country they will travel to; otherwise, the Agency will not be responsible for any resulting consequences.
5- To avoid problems with customs officers at the border crossing of the visited country due to torn, worn, wet, and/or similarly damaged passports, it is necessary to renew the passports. Otherwise, the responsibility lies with the passenger.
6- Since guests under the age of 18 may be asked for a document showing the consent of both parents when traveling alone or with only one parent, we recommend that guests under 18 and their parents pay attention to this matter.
