1. DAY ISTANBUL – ROME
Meet at Istanbul Airport, international departures terminal, in front of the Turkish Airlines counter. After baggage and ticket procedures, depart for Rome. Arrival in Rome local time. We will be met by our private vehicle and guide and head to Rome. After arrival, a panoramic Rome city tour. During our tour, we will see by bus the Vatican (St. Peter’s), Castel Sant’Angelo (Castle of the Holy Angel), the remains of the Circus Maximus stadium from ancient Roman times, and the streets from the Baroque period. After a short photo break at the Colosseum, free time in the afternoon after the tour. In the evening, for those who wish, depart for the extra Rome Night Tour (45€), where we will see the famous squares of Rome that we did not see before and enjoy walking through its streets. After the tour, transfer to our hotel and overnight at our hotel.
2. DAY ROME
After breakfast, free day. For those who wish, we depart for the extraordinary natural beauty of the extra Albano Lake & Nemi Roman Villages (Strawberry Village) & Castelli Romani Outlet (95€) tour organized by our guide. We visit the region where popes spent their summers and the Nemi village, famous for its wild strawberries, a place you will want to live in permanently. Continuing the tour, there is shopping opportunity at Castel Romano Designer Outlet, where we will find many famous brands. After this tour, for the rest of the day, those who wish may join the extra Rome Monuments and Masterpieces (65€) tour. In this tour, in the imperial city of Rome, which shaped European civilization and bears witness to 23 centuries of history, we will see the ancient Pantheon temple, Piazza Navona with its baroque architecture and famous fountain, the Trevi Fountain where legend says those who throw a coin will return to Rome, the Spanish Steps famous for street artists, Castel Sant’Angelo and its bridge. On this tour, where you will explore the city step by step with your guide, get ready to lose yourself in Rome’s ancient stories and historical texture. 3. DAY ROME – FLORENCE (MONTECATINI)
After breakfast, we depart for Florence. Upon arrival in Florence, we begin our panoramic city tour by photographing Florence’s historic streets and squares, ending in Piazza della Repubblica. After a short break, those who wish may continue discovering Florence, the capital of the Renaissance and a UNESCO World Heritage Site, step by step with our guide. In the afternoon, there is the option to join the extra Medici’s Footsteps and Renaissance Works tour (45€). On this tour, we will examine in detail Florence’s history and the monuments of this historic city, accompanied by stories of Florentine artists and scientists who shaped the Renaissance era. During the tour, we will see Palazzo Vecchio, where the Medici family ruled Florence; Piazza della Signoria, home to the Hercules and David statues, masterpieces of the Renaissance; the Uffizi Art Gallery; Ponte Vecchio, the city’s oldest bridge, and the Medici Corridor; the House of Dante Alighieri, the famous author of the Divine Comedy; Santa Maria del Fiore Duomo, with the 3rd tallest dome in Italy; the Baptistery famous for its “Gates of Paradise”; and Florence’s famous historic markets. After the tour, transfer to our hotel and overnight at our hotel.
4. DAY FLORENCE (MONTECATINI)
After breakfast, free day. For those who wish, we depart with our guide for the Great Tuscany Tour (145€). In our tour, Pisa - San Gimignano - Volterra are among the places to be seen. Pisa is famous for its leaning tower, one of the world’s most well-known historical landmarks. During the panoramic visit, the Pisa Tower, cathedral, baptistery, and Miracoli Square will be visited, and those who wish may take photos in this historic city. San Gimignano (The City of 13 Towers): in the city built by rival noble families during the 12th and 13th centuries, the Cisterne Square, considered the center, is visited. Here, shopping can be done at reasonable prices. Volterra, a medieval walled town full of history at every corner, has also been featured in Hollywood movies and series (Game of Thrones, Twilight Zone, etc.). This unique Tuscan town, whose history goes back to the Etruscan and Roman periods, offers visitors many opportunities. During our visit to Volterra, we will walk through its narrow medieval streets and squares, accompanied by magnificent views of the Tuscan Valley. Places to be seen include the Roman Theatre, the remains of the forum area, Priori Square, the town’s main square, and the Volterra Cathedral built in the 12th century. During free time, you can taste cheese and the region’s famous wines from the town’s small shops and sip your coffee in the historic cafés in the square. 5. DAY FLORENCE (MONTECATINI) – VENICE
After breakfast, we leave our hotel and depart for Venice. Upon arrival, we begin a panoramic city tour on the island of Venice. Our sightseeing stops include St. Mark’s Square, the Basilica, the Doge’s Palace, the Clock Tower, the Bridge of Sighs, and the historic Campanile Bell Tower. Those who wish may join the extra Gondola tour (30€) organized by your guide. In addition, you can join the Great Canal tour (55€), where you will see all the beauty and historical buildings of the city on a special boat ride through the Grand Canal, which runs through the middle of the historic island and has become the symbol of Venice. After the tour, transfer to our hotel and overnight at our hotel.
6. DAY VENICE – ISTANBUL
After breakfast, check-out from the hotel. Those who wish may participate in the extra Venice Designer Outlet tour (30€), organized with our guide. At Designer Outlet Noventa di Piave, where you can find world brands together, affordable branded shopping awaits you. Then transfer to the airport. Departure for Istanbul on a Turkish Airlines flight. Arrival in Istanbul local time and end of the tour.
