1st Day: Izmir – Stuttgart – Strasbourg
At İzmir Adnan Menderes Airport, meeting at the SunExpress Airlines check-in counter at the international departures terminal 3 hours before the flight. After baggage, ticket, and passport procedures, we will depart for Stuttgart on SunExpress Airlines flight XQ 962 at 04:10. Arriving in Stuttgart at 06:15 local time, we will proceed to Strasbourg with our vehicle awaiting at the airport. While touring Strasbourg, one of the most beautiful cities in France and the pearl of the Alsace region, you will feel the journey through history in the largest cobblestone medieval quarters of Europe. Known for its fairy-tale-like nature and historical buildings, traditional houses, medieval churches, cathedrals, and numerous artworks, Strasbourg is definitely worth seeing. It also holds historical significance as the place where the French National Anthem "La Marseillaise" was written, and presents a fusion of Alsace culture and French architecture. During our city tour, the Strasbourg Cathedral, Rohan Palace, Kleber Square, and the Petit France area adorned with traditional Alsace houses will be among the places visited. After the tour, guests who wish can join an optional tour of the Magnificent Fairy Tale Villages of Alsace (Eguisheim & Colmar & Kaysersberg & Riquewihr) for 100 Euros. Throughout the tour, we will seize every opportunity to take photos, starting with our first visit to Eguisheim. Eguisheim, which was awarded the title of "Favorite French Village" in 2013, is a place where history and nature dance together. The colorful houses reflecting the typical architecture of the Alsace region create the postcard view of Equesheim. After the tour, we will proceed to Colmar, known for its medieval buildings, Gothic-style churches, and colorful houses. While strolling through the well-preserved streets of Colmar, we will visit sites such as the St. Martin Cathedral made entirely of pink stones, Little Venice reminiscent of Venice in Italy, Maison Pfister, one of Colmar's oldest houses, and Maison des Tetes, a Renaissance building adorned with hundreds of faces. Our third stop will be Kaysersberg, a charming medieval town in the Alsace region. Known for its colorful houses, narrow streets, and historic texture, Kaysersberg is noted for its Château de Kaysersberg castle dating back to the 13th century, which is one of the town's most prominent symbols. The Sainte-Croix Church located in the city center catches attention with its Gothic architecture. Afterward, we will visit Riquewihr, one of the most enchanting cities in Alsace, known for its many half-timbered houses that add charm to the city. This historic village captivates visitors with its old houses adorned with colorful flowers and narrow streets surrounded by medieval walls. During our tour, we will also see the ruins of Riquewihr Castle and walk along the ancient walls of the village to feel the medieval atmosphere. 2nd Day: Strasbourg – Heidelberg – Baden Baden – Strasbourg
After breakfast at the hotel, free time. Our guests may choose to join the optional Magnificent Germany Duo (Baden Baden & Heidelberg) tour for 85 Euros. Our first stop is Baden Baden, an oxygen-rich destination surrounded by nature, a cultural and artistic center, famous for its spas, and even home to Europe's most famous casino. After exploring the unique Baden Baden, we will move to Heidelberg, another magnificent city in Germany. Here, the streets, squares, and buildings will take you back to the Middle Ages, showing a calm, elegant, and refined city that welcomes you with the harmony of architecture and colors. During our city tour, we will visit Hauptstrasse, Marktplatz Square, the Old Bridge, and Heidelberg Castle. After the tour, we will transfer back to our hotel. Overnight in Strasbourg or at our hotel in the surrounding area.
3rd Day: Strasbourg – Schaffhausen Rhine Falls – Zurich – Lucerne – Strasbourg
After breakfast at the hotel, free time. Our guests can choose to participate in the optional Magnificent Schaffhausen Rhine Falls and Swiss Cities (Rhine Falls & Zurich & Lucerne) tour for 110 Euros. Our first stop will be the natural wonder of the Rhine Falls, which holds the title of the largest waterfall in Europe with a width of 150 meters and a height of 23 meters. This place, embraced by the strong branches of the Rhine River, is a peaceful paradise where you can watch the dance of the azure waters. After a mesmerizing walk enjoying the power of the water and its stunning view, we will head to Zurich, Switzerland's largest city, known for its historical center, dazzling Gothic-style churches, and historical buildings that host millions of visitors every year. After visiting the Grossmünster and Fraumünster churches and St. Peterskirche, the largest clock tower in Europe, we will stroll through Bahnhofstrasse, the city's shopping center. Following our tour, we will travel to Lucerne, a historic city situated at the foot of the Alps in central Switzerland. Here, we will see the Lion Monument commemorating the 800 Swiss soldiers who died defending King Louis XVI and his family, the Chapel Bridge, and enjoy the breathtaking views of Lake Lucerne before concluding our tour and heading back to our hotel. Overnight in Strasbourg or at our hotel in the surrounding area.
4th Day: Strasbourg – Basel – Izmir
After breakfast, check out from the rooms and proceed to Basel. Upon arrival in Basel, our city tour begins. Basel, the third most populous city in Switzerland after Zurich and Geneva, offers both modern and historic textures despite its small area, possessing many treasures. During our city tour, we will see Basel Cathedral, the burial site of the famous Renaissance writer Erasmus, the main square Marktplatz, the Government Building, and Hotel Les Trois Rois. After the tour, we will depart for the airport at the time specified by our guide. After baggage, ticket, and passport procedures, we will depart for Izmir on SunExpress Airlines flight XQ913 at 15:15. Arriving at 19:10 local time, the tour concludes.
