We meet at 07:30 AM at Kuşadası Port (Scala Nuova). After completing our passport procedures, we depart at 08:30 AM by fast ferry and arrive at Vathy Port, the center of Samos Island, after approximately 45 minutes of sea travel. On some dates, our guide will welcome you at Samos Port to join the tour from there.
(Guests joining from Seferihisar will be welcomed by our guide at Samos Port.)
To expedite procedures for guests requiring a door visa, we recommend sitting near the ferry entrance.
Hotel check-in time is 15:00, though earlier room access may be possible depending on availability.
In the afternoon, we meet at 16:00 at the location specified by our guide and begin our Vathy walking tour. During this approximately 1.5-hour tour, we learn about the island's history, daily life, local culture, cafes, restaurants, and entertainment spots.
During the walk, we visit the island's only abandoned Catholic Church in modern times. Next, we reach Lion Square (Aslanlı Meydan), the oldest and still active town square in Samos. Here, the Lion Statue, the Town Hall, and the Archaeological Museum are among the key stops of our tour.
At the end of our tour, we conclude at the Monument to Themistoklis Sofoulis, remembered as the first President of Samos, where we take souvenir photos.
During your free time, you can enjoy Vathy Beach, scenic cafes, and walking routes.
In the evening, during our Extra Taverna Night program, we celebrate with live Greek music. Unlimited uzo and wine are included in the menu.

Büyükada Tour
After the breakfast we will have at the hotel, we meet at the port at 09:30 and begin our island tour.
First, we view the Vathy area panoramically, then turn our route to one of the most photogenic spots on the island, Kokari. Here you can swim in the sea, take a walk along the beach, and take photos.
Our next stop is Pythagorion, the birthplace of Pythagoras. Guided by our guide, we learn about Samos Castle, the Transfiguration Church, and the famous Blue Street. After the harbor tour, we take a photo break in front of the Pythagoras Monument.
Later, free time for lunch is provided at seaside restaurants. Guests who wish may try Greek cuisine and fresh seafood.
On the way back, we make a short shopping stop at the Lidl supermarket. Here you can find both affordable products and local delicacies.

Samos – Kuşadası Return
In the morning, after breakfast, we check out of our rooms. You can leave your luggage at the hotel and enjoy free time until the ferry departure.
For interested guests, an Optional Private Boat Tour is organized. Departing from Vathy Port, with our boat accommodating a maximum of 20 people, we conduct an approximately 4-hour blue voyage, including swimming stops in coves inaccessible by land.
At the return time, we meet at the port, complete passport control and Free Shop shopping, then board the ferry. After an approximately 45-minute journey, we arrive in Kuşadası and conclude our tour.
- General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently from it.
- In case sufficient participation for the trip is not achieved; Agency may cancel the tour up to 20 days before the departure date. In such a case, cancellation information will be communicated to the guest. The full amount of the tour fee will be refunded to the guest. Regarding refunds for additional services purchased outside the tour; if visa service was obtained from the Agency and a visa application was made on behalf of the guest using travel health insurance, these services cannot be refunded as they have been utilized, if no visa application was made, the visa and travel health insurance will be cancelled and a refund will be issued. If the guest has purchased domestic connecting flights from a different provider independent of the Agency, in case of cancellation by the Agency, the guest cannot request any refund from the Agency. The guest accepts in advance any material and moral losses that may arise due to the cancellation of the tour, and the Agency cannot be held liable.
- In case sufficient participation for the trip is not achieved, the Agency has the right to refrain from cancelling the tour as a gesture of good faith. In this case, since the provision of the tour individually for the guest will be possible, the included guide service will only cover the transfer for the round trip abroad.
- Guide Services and Extra Tours
- Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If the required number is not met, trips may not take place or extra tour prices and contents may change. Additionally, the days and times of the tours may be changed by the guide depending on whether museums and historical sites are open or closed and weather conditions.
- Different guides may accompany our guests during extra tours.
- Vehicles allocated for extra tours are intended for use by guests who have purchased these extra tours. Vehicles cannot be used as transfers to the center.
- Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours conducted panoramically with guide narration inside the vehicle for general introduction of cities, which do not include entry to museums or historical sites. Panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program, will not be carried out if local authorities do not allow visiting or entering them on the scheduled day and time, or due to closed roads caused by any event, and similarly in cases where weather conditions make it impossible to conduct the tour; the Agency is not responsible for the inability to carry out said tours. Some tours may be conducted by public transport or on foot at points where vehicles are not allowed or roads are closed, within available possibilities.
- Our guide, while adhering to the content of our tours, may make changes to the days of city tours and/or extra tours based on the number of participants and whether museums and historical sites are closed. This also applies in the face of changes that may occur in flight schedules.
- Entrance fees for museums and historical sites are not included in the prices.
- Extra tours are optional and depend on the participant's preference. Passengers who do not wish to participate in extra tours organized during the tour are deemed to have accepted waiting at a suitable rest facility along the route. These passengers will be dropped off at the roadside rest facility before the extra tour begins and picked up from the same point after the tour is completed. Personal expenses incurred during the waiting period are their own responsibility.
- If passengers who have purchased advantageous extra tour packages do not participate in the extra tours taken during the tour due to illness or other reasons, no refund can be made.
- Agency will not accept responsibility for any changes or cancellations made directly by the guest contacting the hotel. In this case, the Agency's cancellation conditions will apply.
- In cases where only category information is provided without specifying hotel name(s) in the tour program and/or options are offered for the same destination, the guest will be notified by the Agency 48 hours before the departure of the trip.
- During special periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc. hotels may be used at distances greater than the specified locations or kilometers. In such a case, information will be provided by the Agency 15 days before the departure date of the tour.
- At the time of registration for the purchased tour; the name, date of birth, and passport number as they appear on the passport must be correctly entered/declared into the system by the guest.
- Air tickets are issued based on this information. Any penalties arising from incorrect information leading to air ticket cancellation or changes will be charged to the guests.
- To use your mobile phones abroad, please check with your service provider before leaving Turkey whether your phone is enabled for international use.
- Hotel check-in time is 15:00 and check-out time is 12:00.
- Requests regarding the room (high floor, close to common areas, smoking/non-smoking, bed type) are communicated to the hotel by the Agency. Effort is made to ensure that reserved rooms meet the guest's preferences according to the hotel's availability. The fulfillment of these requests depends on the hotel's availability and cannot be guaranteed by the Agency.
- Breakfasts served at hotels differ from the rich breakfast typical of Turkish cuisine. They are generally served with limited options known as continental breakfast consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall assigned to the group.
- In some cases, a double bed may be provided instead of two twin beds. Most European hotels offer rooms with two beds that can be joined when necessary. A guarantee of 2 separate beds cannot be given.
- Agency reserves the right to change hotel names provided the star category remains the same.
- All hotel names etc. specified in the programs (and similar) are written to serve as examples in terms of star category and distance. It does not mean that accommodation will be made in the named hotel.
- Child and extra bed policy may vary according to each hotel and room types.
- Any additional beds and baby cots are provided upon request and according to the hotel's availability and require approval by the hotel.
- The capacity for additional beds or baby cots in the room is 1 unit (maximum).
- There is an extra bed arrangement in triple rooms; in these types of rooms, the bed allocated to the 3rd person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Extra beds consist of pull-out and coach beds. Our guests are deemed to have accepted potential crowding in rooms and the bed type due to extra beds added to standard rooms in 3-person rooms and/or child reservations.
- Child discounts are valid only for children within a specific age group staying with 2 adults.
- If the number of children staying with adults and the ages of the children specified in hotel reservations are incorrectly declared by our guests, relevant hotels may charge additional fees. In such a case, the responsibility lies with the guest who made the false declaration.
- In reservations of 2 adults + 1 child, there may not be a separate bed for the child. Child prices are valid only when the child stays with two adults.
- Daily currency exchange rate changes are reflected in TL prices. The rates at the time of payment are valid.
- Your additional requests, some extra services you will receive at the hotel (minibar, iron, etc.) are subject to extra charges by the hotel.
- Some countries have different practices regarding city, tourism or local level taxes. These taxes are collected from the guest by the hotel upon entry or exit.
- Distances given in programs are map-based. Travel times may increase due to traffic, weather conditions, geographical location of the country visited, road works and conditions.
- In mandatory situations or if deemed necessary, the Agency may change the order of cities in the program and the main airline to be flown without altering the content of the program.
- Personal belongings, bags, suitcases, passports / IDs of persons participating in the tour are under their own responsibility, and the Agency is not responsible for lost/forgotten/stolen items.
- In cases where forgotten items are found, expenses incurred during delivery to the country and/or person belong to the owner of the item.
- It is mandatory for persons participating in the tour to carry their travel health insurance policies and any medications and reports related to any health issues.
- For possible extra expenses, photo ID/passport and credit card or cash deposit issued by official institutions may be requested by the hotel upon check-in.
- The return of the deposit requested at checkout is a transaction between the hotel and the guest, and there is no intervention by the Agency.
- Tracking of procedure changes related to Covid determined by the Ministries of Health of the countries to be visited is the responsibility of the guest.

Important Information
- Required documents must be delivered to us physically at least 10 days before the tour date.
- Guests who have received a rejection from Schengen countries within the last 6 months cannot apply for a Door Visa.
- Visa approval is entirely dependent on the evaluation of the relevant consulate. Responsibility arising from incomplete or late submission of documents lies with the guest.
- The validity period of guests' passports must be at least 6 months from the return date.
- Child prices are valid for accommodations made with 2 adults.
- In three-person reservations, the use of extra beds or sofa beds may be applied.
- Guests whose passports contain a Northern Cyprus (TRNC) entry stamp cannot enter Greece. In this case, a new passport must be issued.
- Ordinary (Red) Passport: Visa Required.
- Green Passport: Visa Not Required.
- Your Passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the end of the travel date and not older than 10 years.
- In destinations requiring a visa, the application must be made personally or through the agency according to the list of "Documents Required for Visa" transmitted by your agency.
- Torn, worn, wet or damaged passports may cause problems at border crossings if traveled with. Therefore, the passport must be renewed and a valid visa must be present in the new passport.
- Notarized consent letters may be requested if guests under 18 years of age travel alone or with only one parent.
- Agency is in the position of an intermediary institution between the guests and the consulate and does not guarantee visa acquisition. The consulate may reject the visa if deemed necessary. The Agency is not responsible if the visa cannot be obtained. The Agency has no responsibility in personal visa applications either.
- The visa must be obtained from the country of first entry to the tour or the country where the longest stay will be made. In case of failure to do so, the Agency is not responsible for denial of entry to the country.
- Guests who already have a current visa or will not apply for a visa through the Agency must have passports valid for at least 6 months from the end of the travel date. Since validity periods may vary by country, the rules of the relevant country must always be checked.
- To have entry-exit stamps placed on your passport during customs transit, your passport must have at least 2 blank pages.
- Having a visa or holding a green passport does not mean entry to the country is possible. The final decision rests with the passport police at the border crossing. The Agency is not responsible for this situation.
- Guests who are not Turkish citizens or dual citizens traveling with a passport from another country must learn the visa procedures directly from the relevant consulate.
- Visa applications can be made 3 months before the tour departure date. To prevent possible congestion and delays, it is recommended that applications be completed early.
- Guests traveling with a green passport must renew their passports if the issue date is older than 10 years. Otherwise, they may not be admitted to the country or may not be allowed on the plane by the airline.
- Torn, worn, wet or damaged passports are not recommended for travel. If necessary, the passport should be renewed and a valid visa must be present in the new passport.
- Travel cannot be made with valid Schengen visas found in cancelled passports.
- If guests under 18 years of age travel alone or with only one parent, notarized consent letters may be requested at border crossings, so it is recommended that necessary documents be carried with them.
