ISTANBUL – AMSTERDAM
After baggage drop, check-in, and passport control procedures to be carried out 3 hours before the flight at Istanbul Airport International Terminal, we fly to Amsterdam at 10:30 on Turkish Airlines’ direct scheduled flight TK1957. Upon arrival at Amsterdam Schiphol Airport at 12:55 local time, we depart with our private coach to begin our city tour. On our panoramic city tour, Dam Square, the Royal Palace, and Central Station are among the main sights. After exploring Amsterdam’s local neighborhoods and narrow streets, famous for their walking paths and canals, and visiting its world-famous streets, we enjoy free time and then head to our hotel in the Amsterdam region. Upon arrival at the hotel, room allocation and free time to rest.
AMSTERDAM – DORTMUND – TARKAN CONCERT – AMSTERDAM
After breakfast, we set off for Dortmund. Upon arrival in Dortmund, we take our city tour. The city, one of the important industrial and commercial centers of the Ruhr Region, was formerly prominent for coal and steel production and today continues its development through technology and the service sector. On our panoramic city tour, we first see Altes Rathaus (Old Town Hall) and the city square panoramically. Then we view one of the city’s symbols, the Dortmund U Tower, from the outside and stop briefly for photos. This structure, one of the examples of industrial heritage transformed into cultural centers, is now used as an exhibition and event venue. Afterwards, we proceed to the area around Westfalenpark, one of the city’s important green spaces. The park area and its surroundings are seen panoramically. A short walk is offered for those who wish. We then view Signal Iduna Park, one of the most important points of the city’s sports culture and considered one of the largest stadiums in Germany, from the outside and stop briefly for photos. After free time in the city center’s shopping streets and modern shopping district, we complete our tour and head to Westfalenpark Arena for the concert where Megastar Tarkan will meet his fans. After the concert, which we will attend from the ticket category offering the best view of Tarkan, we return to our hotel in the Amsterdam region.
AMSTERDAM – (Fairy-Tale Villages & Windmills and Giethoorn Hobbit Village Tour)
After breakfast, we offer a full day at leisure. In the afternoon, guests who wish may join our optional Fairy-Tale Villages & Windmills and Giethoorn Hobbit Village Tour (125 Euro). On our tour, we first arrive in Volendam. In Volendam, a fishing town, we complete our program with a walking tour along the seaside road filled with well-kept beautiful houses, restaurants, and cafés, then proceed to our next stop, Zaanse Schans. With its windmills, museums, nature, and culture, this historic town is one of the most popular tourist attractions in the Netherlands. After seeing the windmills used today for paint and oil production, as well as shops where examples of traditional handicrafts such as wooden clogs can be found, we visit Giethoorn, known as the “Land of Fairy Tales” for its peaceful atmosphere and canals. Giethoorn, with its pristine nature away from motor vehicles, bridges, canals, and charming houses with unique architectural beauty, is ranked among the most peaceful places in the world. After our sightseeing tour in Giethoorn Hobbit Village, free time will be given, and those who wish may take a boat tour on the canals of this magical village by paying an additional fee (optional boat tour 10 Euro), allowing them to view the charming houses resembling the living spaces of hobbits from a different perspective. After our tour in Giethoorn, we return to our hotel in the Amsterdam region.
AMSTERDAM – (Grand Holland: Rotterdam & Delft & The Hague and Outlet Tour) – ISTANBUL
After breakfast and hotel check-out, we head to Amsterdam Schiphol Airport at the time indicated by our guide for our return flight to Istanbul. On the way, guests who wish may join the optional Grand Holland: Rotterdam & Delft & The Hague and Outlet Tour (95 Euro). Our first stop on the tour will be The Hague. In The Hague, the administrative capital of the country, the Parliament Building, the Royal Palace, and the European Court of Human Rights are among the places to be seen, and after our tour of The Hague, where we may encounter Dutch parliamentarians on the streets and in cafés in daily life, we head to Rotterdam. Dating back to the 1270s, rebuilt almost from scratch after World War II, and today home to Europe’s largest port, Rotterdam is the Netherlands’ largest city in terms of population and its most important commercial center economically. During our city tour, the Erasmus Bridge and Cube Houses will be the main points of interest with their modern architecture. After free time following the Rotterdam city tour, we arrive in Delft. With its canals dating back to the Middle Ages, narrow streets, and brick architecture, Delft offers a typical Dutch atmosphere and is famous for its blue and white ceramics. After a sightseeing tour and free time in Delft, we depart for our outlet center visit. The outlet center, home to stylish stores of world-famous prestigious brands, cafés and restaurants, and personal activity areas, offers free time for quality and affordable shopping. After completing our tour, we continue our journey to the airport. Following baggage drop, check-in, and passport control at the airport, we fly to Istanbul at 23:10 on Turkish Airlines’ direct scheduled flight TK1956. Arrival at Istanbul Airport at 03:30 local time, and the end of our tour.
