At Selectum Blu Cruises, we aim to build on the previous year's guest experience with each new season. With our renewed Soft All Inclusive concept for the 2027 summer season, we combine quality gastronomy, attentive service, cabin comfort and a personalized holiday experience.
For us, a cruise holiday is not only about discovering new destinations; it is about providing an experience that makes you feel special from the moment you step aboard until the very last moment of the journey.
That is why, while shaping our 2027 concept, we have designed a structure that offers our guests more choice and freedom without compromising on the quality of our service.
GASTRONOMY – THE SIGNATURE OF SELECTUM BLU CUISINE
One of the strongest elements of the Selectum Blu Cruises experience is gastronomy.
Our experienced and expert kitchen team treats every meal not merely as a food service, but as an important part of the journey. From product selection to preparation, from recipes to presentation, quality and flavor are at the forefront at every stage.
The high satisfaction we receive from our guests is one of the most important indicators of the importance we place on gastronomy. In the 2027 season, our kitchen continues to hold a central place in the Selectum Blu Cruises experience.
Alongside classic flavors, Selectum Blu signature dishes prepared with recipes and presentations unique to our ships are also featured on our menus. Our special-recipe Selectum Blu Profiterole and our special tripe soup are among our characteristic tastes.
Our goal is not only to offer a wide buffet, but to create a gastronomy experience that our guests will remember long after their holiday has ended.
SOFT ALL INCLUSIVE DINING EXPERIENCE
Under the 2027 Soft All Inclusive concept, main meals, a night buffet and afternoon tea treats are offered.

You can start your day with a rich and carefully prepared selection of breakfast options.
Lunch | 12:30 – 14:30
Lunch options catering to different tastes are offered.
Dinner | 18:00 – 21:00
Select flavors prepared by our kitchen team await our guests.
Night Buffet | 00:00 – 02:00
The night buffet is included in the Soft All Inclusive concept.
Tea Time | 11:00 – 16:00
Tea and coffee are served self-service, and cookies are offered to our guests. Tea, coffee and cookie treats are free of charge.
BEVERAGE CONCEPT – FREEDOM OF CHOICE
Water, soda, tea and coffee are free of charge and can be taken self-service from the dispensers at designated service points.
Beverages beyond these are charged. Guests may purchase their drinks individually or take advantage of beverage packages suited to their holiday experience.
COFFEE SHOP & VITAMIN BAR – A PRIVILEGED BREAK AT SEA
Located on Deck 7 of our ship, Aviator Bar goes beyond a classic bar experience, offering our guests a special Coffee Shop & Vitamin Bar concept with select flavors and attentive presentation that accompany every moment of the day.
Coffee Shop – The Most Special Form of Coffee
In our Coffee Shop area, prepared for coffee lovers, carefully selected coffee varieties are prepared by our expert baristas and served with elegant presentation.
This special experience, where aroma, flavor and presentation come together in every cup, is designed for guests who wish to enjoy a pleasant break to their day with sea views or to savor the journey with a fine coffee.
Guests who purchase specialty coffee from the Coffee Shop are offered a complimentary cookie or macaron to accompany their coffee.
Specialty coffees prepared by our baristas in the Coffee Shop are charged and are not included in beverage packages.
Vitamin Bar – Freshness and Well-Being Together
For guests who wish to complement their privileged holiday experience at Selectum Blu Cruises with healthier and more refreshing alternatives, the Vitamin Bar service is offered.

ICE CREAM, POPCORN, CANDY APPLE & COTTON CANDY DELIGHTS | 10:00 – 22:00
Our dedicated service area, created for guests who want to cool down, indulge in something sweet or enjoy a pleasant snack break during the day, operates daily between 10:00 and 22:00.
In this special area, select ice cream flavors, freshly prepared popcorn, candy apples and cotton candy are served.
This area, where colorful and nostalgic flavors come together, offers enjoyable moments for both our young guests and adults.
The ice cream, popcorn, candy apple and cotton candy service is charged and is not included in the Soft All Inclusive concept.
CABIN COMFORT – PRIVILEGED DETAILS
At Selectum Blu Cruises, our premium service philosophy extends from shared areas into our guests' private living spaces.
All our cabins are serviced and cleaned twice a day under housekeeping service.
In all our cabin categories, bathrobes, slippers, eye masks, combs, sewing kits and selected personal care/amenity products are available for our guests' use.
Bulgari Privilege from Balcony Cabins Onward
From the Balcony Cabin category onward, select Bulgari personal care products are available for our guests' use.
MINI BAR – WELCOME TREAT
The mini bar in every cabin is filled free of charge on the first day of boarding, once only, with the following products:
- 2 bottles of water
- 2 beers
- 1 Coca-Cola
- 1 Fanta
- 1 Sprite
- 1 soda
The mini bar fill on the first day is free of charge and is a one-time offer. On subsequent days the mini bar is not automatically restocked; products can be requested through 24-hour Room Service at a charge.
24-HOUR ROOM SERVICE
Room Service is available 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, for guests who wish to order food and drinks without leaving the comfort of their cabin.
Room Service is charged and is not included in the Soft All Inclusive concept.
CHILDREN'S PLAY & ENTERTAINMENT AREA – GREAT FUN FOR OUR YOUNG GUESTS
For the 2027 season, a dedicated Children's Play & Entertainment Area has been created on Deck 7 of our ship to make the cruise experience of our young guests more fun, active and memorable.
In this special area where children can enjoy their energy, there are fun game machines that appeal to different age groups.

The game machines operate on a token system. Tokens can be purchased and used at sales points designated on board.
Our aim is a lively environment where children can play, make new friends and enjoy the happy moments of their holiday. While our young guests enjoy the fun, our families can also relax and enjoy the time they set aside for themselves on board.
KARAOKE BAR | 14:00 – 02:00
The Karaoke Bar on our ship operates daily between 14:00 and 02:00, offering our guests music, entertainment and enjoyable moments.
