ISTANBUL – BERGAMO – NICE
We arrive at Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen Airport’s International Terminal 3 hours before the flight to complete baggage drop-off, ticketing, and passport control procedures, then fly to Milan on Pegasus Airlines scheduled flight PC1213 at 14:20. Upon arrival at Milan Bergamo Airport at 16:10 local time, we transfer to our hotel in the Nice region. After arriving at our hotel in the Nice region, we check in and have free time to rest.
NICE – (Cannes & Nice Tour) – (Eze & Monaco & Monte Carlo Tour)
After breakfast, we offer a full day of free time. During this free time, guests who wish may join the optional Cannes & Nice Tour (70 Euro). On this tour, we first head to Cannes. Famous for hosting the annual Cannes Film Festival, Cannes has a sparkling sea and golden beaches. During our city tour of Cannes, we first see the old town, the city’s first settlement. While walking through its narrow, winding, pedestrian streets, there will be an opportunity to see souvenir shops and shop. After our visit to La Croisette Boulevard, lined with many luxury restaurants, shops, and hotels along Cannes’ coastline, and Meynadier Street, we arrive in Nice after free time. In our Nice tour, Promenade des Anglais, Nice Port, Massena Square, the Flower Market, and the Palace of Justice are among the places to be seen. After the Nice tour, during the free time provided, guests who wish may join the optional Eze & Monaco & Monte Carlo Tour (80 Euro). On this tour, our first stop is Eze Village, one of the most famous villages on the magnificent Côte d’Azur, where you can test and purchase famous perfumes at reasonable prices during a visit to a perfume factory. After the tour, our second stop is the principality of Monaco, the world’s second-smallest country after the Vatican, located on the French Riviera, and upon arrival we will take a panoramic city tour of Monte Carlo, the center of luxury and splendor. After the tour, we return to our hotel in the Nice region.
NICE – (Annecy Tour) – GENEVA
After breakfast and hotel check-out, we depart for Geneva. En route, guests who wish may join the optional Annecy Tour (50 Euro). Known as the “Venice of the Alps” thanks to the canals running through it and the Thiou River, Annecy captivates visitors with its canal-based structure and its extraordinary location between the mountains and the lake. During our visit, Chateau d’Annecy, built in the 17th century and restored in 1947, St. Maurice Church, and Palais de l’Isle, a favorite spot for photography lovers, will be seen panoramically. After a short free time on the shores of Lake Annecy, the third-largest lake in France, we complete our tour and continue our journey to Geneva. After arriving at our hotel in the Geneva region, we check in and have free time to rest.
GENEVA – BERN – (Swiss Alpine Villages by Train: Interlaken & Lauterbrunnen Tour) – ALSACE / BASEL
After breakfast and hotel check-out, we begin our Geneva city tour. Geneva, known as the “French city of Switzerland,” is located on the shores of Lake Geneva and is a magnificent city where history, culture, science, and nature come together. The fact that the headquarters of international organizations such as CERN, the World Health Organization, UEFA, FIFA, and the United Nations are located in Geneva makes the city an administrative and cultural center. During our tour of Geneva, where museums, parks, historic monuments, streets, and fresh air come together, St. Pierre Cathedral, the Jet d’Eau fountain, which has become the symbol of Geneva and rises up to 140 meters, and the Reformation Wall are among the main places to be seen. After the city tour, we head to Bern. Bern is one of the few cities in Europe that has remained unchanged since the Middle Ages. Due to this historic character, it is listed on the UNESCO World Cultural Heritage List. Located within Switzerland and with German as its official language, Bern also reflects German cultural influence in its architecture. After our tour of Bern, guests who wish may join the optional Swiss Alpine Villages by Train: Interlaken & Lauterbrunnen Tour (80 Euro). Our first stop is Interlaken. Named “inter-lakes” because it is situated between Lake Brienz and Lake Thun, we will tour Interlaken, famous for its natural beauty and the enchanting views that accompany it. Important hotels, casinos, and shopping streets of the region are along the walking route. Victoria Jungfrau Hotel and Höhematte Park, two of the city’s historic symbols, will be seen panoramically. After free time for photos and sightseeing, we move to the train station for our next stop, Lauterbrunnen. After about a 20-minute train ride from Interlaken, we arrive in Lauterbrunnen. We will feel the deep structure of the valley and steep rock walls as soon as we leave the station. Walking toward the village center, we will see the captivating Staubbach Falls cascading toward the valley floor panoramically and have the chance to photograph it. Lauterbrunnen is known for its small settlements lined along the valley and walking paths, home to 72 waterfalls. On our walk along the designated route through the village, we will take plenty of photos of the region’s traditional chalet architecture, the natural formations surrounding the valley floor, and the wonderful natural scenery that resembles paradise. We return to Interlaken and complete our tour. After the tour, we depart for our hotel in the Alsace/Basel region. Upon arrival at our hotel in the Alsace/Basel region, we check in and have free time to rest.
ALSACE / BASEL – (Alsace Pearls: Colmar & Riquewihr Tour) – STRASBOURG – FREIBURG – ALSACE / BASEL
After breakfast, we depart for Strasbourg. En route, guests who wish may join the optional Alsace Pearls: Colmar & Riquewihr Tour (80 Euro). On our tour, we first visit the fairy-tale town of Colmar, where we see the Old Customs House, Pfister House, and the most famous part of the city, Petite Venise (Little Venice), with its colorful houses around the Rhine River. In this unique setting surrounded by the Rhine River and canals, you will have the chance to taste many delicious foods and buy souvenirs. Our next stop is Riquewihr, famous for its vineyards, flower-decorated balconies, unique rows of shops, cobblestone streets without car traffic, buildings that somehow survived World War II without damage, and charming cafes, as well as its tower housing the Dolder Museum, which preserves the town’s story with documents and does not fall short of a Grimm fairy tale. After our visit to Riquewihr, we continue our journey to Strasbourg. Strasbourg, located on the borders of Germany, Switzerland, and France and also the largest city in the Alsace region, welcomes us like a painting straight out of a fairy tale. Listed as a UNESCO World Cultural Heritage site in 1988 and hosting the European Parliament since 1992, Strasbourg’s pedestrian center and streets will be explored on foot during our panoramic city tour, where Gutenberg Square and its statue, Notre Dame Cathedral, the city’s most important structure located at its very heart, and Kammerzell House, the city’s oldest house which still operates today as a hotel and restaurant, will be among the places seen. After the Strasbourg tour and free time, we head to Freiburg, one of the best examples of green urbanism. In Freiburg, where only low-carbon vehicles have been allowed since 2010 and transportation is mainly by tram and bicycle, the city of happy people reflects the historical and architectural influences of Germany, France, Austria, Spain, and Sweden, under whose protection it has been throughout history. Also known as the capital of the Black Forest (Schwarzwald), our city tour in Freiburg will include the city’s most important symbol, Freiburg Cathedral, the charming streets with small water channels unique to Freiburg, Martin’s Gate, a medieval city gate, and Rathausplatz. After the tour, we return to our hotel in the Alsace region.
ALSACE – HEIDI’S VILLAGES – (Como & Lugano Tour) – MILAN
After breakfast and hotel check-out, we continue with a panoramic journey through Heidi’s Villages, where our beloved childhood character Heidi, who lives in the Alps with her grandfather and her best friend Peter, left a smile-filled memory in all of us, and where we will see many of the images we remember from the cartoon, surrounded by endless mountains and green meadows, as we head to Milan. En route, guests who wish may join the optional Como & Lugano Tour (80 Euro). On our tour, we first head to Lugano. In this tour, we will enjoy a peaceful walk along Lake Lugano, located within Swiss borders, and admire the stunning nature and city park that will captivate us with its unique scenery. After free time in Lugano, we proceed to Como to complete the second part of our tour. Upon arrival, we visit Lake Como, famous for hosting the summer homes of Hollywood celebrities, European elites, and the world jet set, and known for its luxury lifestyle and natural beauty, and we take a photo break with the lake’s stunning views. After free time in Como, we arrive in central Milan and begin our city tour. Milan, one of Europe’s fashion capitals, is also known for its cuisine, opera, and churches. Although it is recognized as Italy’s business and financial capital, it is also the right address for shopping and dining experiences. During our city tour of Milan, the famous opera house La Scala, Duomo Square and Cathedral, and Porta Romano are among the main places to be seen. At the end of the Milan city tour, transfer to our hotel. Upon arrival at our hotel in the Milan region, we check in and have free time to rest.
MILAN – ST. MORITZ – BERNINA EXPRESS / RED TRAIN – OUTLET – MILAN
After breakfast and hotel check-out, we depart for an unforgettable and dreamlike train journey on the Bernina railway line. We arrive in St. Moritz, the natural wonder of Switzerland and a favorite destination of the jet set, and after free time and a short sightseeing walk depending on the train departure time on the UNESCO World Heritage Bernina railway line, we reach the station for our unforgettable and enchanting train journey on the Bernina Express / Red Train. Built between 1898 and 1904, and now on the UNESCO World Heritage List, this world-famous line fulfills the dreams of many travelers; during this fairy-tale journey we will witness and photograph extraordinary views. After approximately a 2-hour pleasant train ride, we arrive at Tirano Station and return to our hotel in the Milan region with the vehicle waiting for us. En route, we will visit an outlet center. After free time for enjoyable and affordable shopping at the famous outlet center, home to prestigious brands, cafes and restaurants, and personal activity areas in Italy, the country that shapes the world fashion trend, we arrive at our hotel and have free time to rest.
MILAN – BERGAMO – ISTANBUL
After breakfast and hotel check-out, we depart for Bergamo Airport for our return flight to Istanbul. Upon arrival at the airport, after completing baggage drop-off, check-in, and passport control procedures, we fly to Istanbul on Pegasus Airlines’ scheduled flight PC1212 at 11:45. Arrival at Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen Airport at 15:25 local time and end of the tour.
