DAY 1 ISTANBUL-ROME
Meeting at Istanbul Airport at the Turkish Airlines counter in the international departures terminal. After baggage and ticket procedures, departure for Rome. Arrival in Rome at local time. We meet our private vehicle and guide and head to Rome. After arrival, panoramic Rome city tour. During our tour, we see by bus the Vatican (San Pietro), Castel Sant’Angelo, the ruins of Circo Massimo stadium from ancient Rome, and the streets from the Baroque period. A short photo stop will be given at the Colosseum, and after the tour there will be free time in the afternoon. In the evening, for those who wish, departure for the extra Rome night tour (45€), where you will see the famous squares we have not seen before in Rome and enjoy a pleasant time walking through its streets. After the tour, transfer to our hotel and overnight at the hotel.
DAY 2 ROME
After breakfast, free day. For those who wish, with our guide’s extra arrangement, departure for the Albano Lake & Nemi Roman villages (Strawberry Village) & Castelli Romani Outlet (95€) tour, a region of natural beauty where the popes spent their summers and where you will visit Nemi village, famous for its wild strawberries. In the continuation of the tour, there is shopping opportunity at Castel Romano Designer Outlet, where you will find many famous brands. After this tour, for those who wish to continue the day, extra Rome Monuments and Masterpieces (65€) tour. In this tour, we will explore the Pantheon temple, one of the oldest monuments of the city that has shaped European civilization for 23 centuries, Piazza Navona, which has become the city’s most famous square with its Baroque architecture and famous fountain, the Trevi Fountain, where legend says those who throw a coin will return to Rome, the Spanish Steps famous for street performers, Castel Sant’Angelo and the bridge, all among the places to be seen. Get ready to lose yourself in the ancient stories and historical texture of Rome on this tour, where you will explore the city step by step with your guide. DAY 3 ROME-FLORENCE (MONTECATINI)
After breakfast, we depart for Florence. Upon arrival in Florence, our panoramic city tour begins. In our tour, we start by photographing Florence’s historical streets and squares and conclude the panoramic tour at Piazza Della Republica (Republic) Square. After a short break, those who wish may continue to discover Florence, the capital of the Renaissance and a UNESCO World Heritage site, step by step with our guide. In the afternoon, there is an opportunity to join the extra Medici’s Footsteps Renaissance Works (45€) tour. In this tour, we will examine in detail the monuments of this historic city, accompanied by the history of Florence and the lives of Florentine artists and scientists who shaped the Renaissance period. During the tour, we will see Palazzo Vecchio, where the Medici family ruled Florence, Piazza Della Signoria, home to the Hercules and David statues, Uffizi Art Gallery, the historic Ponte Vecchio bridge, and the Medici Corridor, the house of the famous literary master Dante Alighieri, author of the Divine Comedy epic poem in the 13th century, Santa Maria del Fiore Duomo with the 3rd highest dome in Italy, the Baptistery famous for its “Gates of Paradise,” and Florence’s famous historic markets. DAY 4 FLORENCE (MONTECATINI)
After breakfast, free day. For those who wish, we depart with our guide for the Great Tuscany tour (145€). In our tour, Pisa - San Gimignano - Volterra are among the places to be seen. Pisa is famous for its leaning tower, considered one of the world’s most important historical monuments. During the panoramic visit, Pisa Tower, the cathedral, the baptistery, and Miracoli Square will be visited, and those who wish may take photos in this historic city. San Gimignano, the City of 13 Towers, features Cisterne Square, considered the center of the city, built by rival noble families in the 12th and 13th centuries. Here, shopping can be done at affordable prices. Volterra is a medieval walled town rich in history, which has also been featured in Hollywood films and series (Game of Thrones, Twilight Zone, etc.). With its origins in Etruscan and Roman times, this unique Tuscan town offers visitors many opportunities. During our visit to Volterra, we will walk through its narrow medieval streets and squares, accompanied by magnificent views of the Tuscan Valley. Among the sights are the Roman Theater, the ruins of the forum area, the main square called Priori Square, and the Volterra Cathedral built in the 12th century. During free time, you may taste cheese and the famous wines from the town’s small shops and sip your coffee in the historic cafes in the square. DAY 5 FLORENCE (MONTECATINI)-VENICE
After breakfast, we leave our hotel and head for Venice. Upon arrival, we begin our panoramic city tour on Venice Island. San Marco Square, Basilica, Doge’s Palace, Clock Tower, Bridge of Sighs, and the historic Campanile Bell Tower are our exploration stops. Those who wish may join the extra Gondola (30€) tour arranged by your guide. You may also join the Grand Canal tour (55€), where you can see all the beauty and historical structures of the city on the special boats we will use to travel along the Grand Canal, which runs through the very center of the historic island and has become a symbol of Venice. After the tour, transfer to our hotel and overnight at the hotel.
DAY 6 VENICE
After breakfast, free day. For those who wish, they may join the extra Verona & Venice Designer Outlet tour (125€) arranged with our guide. In Verona, the birthplace of Romeo and Juliet, the two young lovers written by Shakespeare in the 15th century, the tour includes Juliet’s House, the arena completed in A.D. 30 where gladiator games were held in the Veneto Region, and the Erbe and Signori squares. The tour then continues to the Venice Designer Outlet shopping tour, where affordable brand shopping awaits you at Designer Outlet Noventa Di Piave, where you can find world-famous brands all together. After the tour, transfer to our hotel and overnight at the hotel.
DAY 7 VENICE-MILAN
After breakfast, we depart for Milan and, upon arrival, begin our panoramic city tour. During the Milan city tour, sights include the Scala Theater, where world-famous artists such as Maria Callas, Pavarotti, and Leyla Gencer have performed, Duomo or Cathedral Square, and Vittorio Emanuele Gallery, with time also available for shopping. After the tour, those who wish may join the extra Como Lake (75€) tour arranged by our guide. In this tour, we will see the world-famous Como, located at the foot of the Alps. Como is a city in Italy’s Lombardy region and borders Switzerland. The lake with the same name lies between Switzerland and Italy. The Swiss side of the lake lies at the foot of the Alps and is known as a summer destination for celebrities and the jet set. The breathtaking view of the lake will amaze you. After the tour, transfer to our hotel and overnight at the hotel.
DAY 8 MILAN-ISTANBUL
After breakfast and check-out from the hotel, we transfer to the airport and depart for Istanbul with Turkish Airlines. Arrival in Istanbul at local time and end of the tour
