DAY 1 ISTANBUL – ROME
Meeting at Istanbul Airport at the Turkish Airlines counter in the international departures terminal. After baggage and ticket procedures, departure for Rome. Arrival in Rome local time. We proceed to Rome with our private vehicle and guide waiting for us. Upon arrival, we take a panoramic Rome city tour. During our tour, we will see by bus the Vatican (San Pietro), Castel Sant'Angelo, the remains of the Circo Massimo stadium from the Ancient Roman period, and the streets dating back to the Baroque Period, which are among the city’s most valuable treasures. After a short photo break at the Colosseum, free time in the afternoon after the tour. In the evening, those who wish may join the extra Roman Night Tour (45€), where we will see the famous squares we did not see before in Rome and spend enjoyable time walking through its streets. After the tour, transfer to our hotel and overnight at the hotel.
DAY 2 ROME
After breakfast, free day. For those who wish, we depart with our guide for the extra Albano Lake & Nemi Roman Villages (Strawberry Village) & Castelli Romani Outlet (95€) tour, a region with unique natural beauty. We visit the Nemi village, famous for its wild strawberries, where the Popes spent their summers. In the continuation of the tour, at Castel Romano Designer Outlet, there is shopping opportunity at this center where we will find many famous brands. Following this tour, those who wish may join the extra Rome Monuments and Masterpieces (65€) tour. On this tour, in the imperial city of Rome, which shaped European civilization and bears witness to 23 centuries of history, we will see the ancient Pantheon temple, Piazza Navona with its Baroque architecture and famous fountain, the Trevi Fountain where it is said that anyone who tosses in a coin will return to Rome, the Spanish Steps famous for street performers, Castel Sant'Angelo and its bridge. Prepare to get lost in the ancient stories and historical texture of Rome on this tour, where you will explore the city step by step with your guide. After the tour, transfer to our hotel and overnight at the hotel.
DAY 3 ROME – FLORENCE – MONTECATINI
After breakfast, we depart for Florence. Upon arrival in Florence, our panoramic city tour will begin by photographing the historical streets and squares of Florence, and we will conclude our panoramic tour at Piazza Della Repubblica (Republic Square). After a short break, those who wish may continue to explore Florence, the capital of the Renaissance and a UNESCO World Heritage Site, step by step with our guide. In the afternoon, there is an opportunity to join the extra Medici’s Legacy: Renaissance Works (45€) tour. During this tour, we will examine in detail the monuments of this historic city, accompanied by Florence’s history and the life stories of Florentine artists and scientists who shaped the Renaissance. On our tour, we will see Palazzo Vecchio, where the Medici family ruled Florence; Piazza Della Signoria, home to the Hercules and David statues, one of the masterpieces of the Renaissance; the Uffizi Art Gallery; Ponte Vecchio, the city’s oldest bridge, and the Medici Corridor; the House of Dante Alighieri, the famous literary master and author of the Divine Comedy epic poem from the 13th century; Santa Maria del Fiore Duomo with the 3rd tallest dome in Italy; the Baptistery famous for its “Gates of Paradise”; and Florence’s famous historical markets. After the tour, transfer to our hotel and overnight at the hotel.
DAY 4 FLORENCE (MONTECATINI)
After breakfast, free day. For those who wish, we depart with our guide for the Big Tuscany tour (145€). The places to be seen on our tour include Pisa, San Gimignano, and Volterra. Pisa is famous for its leaning tower, considered one of the world’s most important historical monuments. During the panoramic visit, we will see the Pisa Tower, the cathedral, the baptistery, and Miracle Square, and our guests may take photos in this historic city. San Gimignano (The City of 13 Towers): In this city, built by rival noble families in the 12th and 13th centuries, we visit Cisterne Square, considered the center. Here, you can shop at reasonable prices. Volterra is a medieval walled town that smells of history in every corner and has also been featured in Hollywood films and series (Game of Thrones, Twilight Zone, etc.). This unique Tuscan town, whose past dates back to the Etruscans and Romans, offers visitors many opportunities. During our visit to Volterra, we will walk through its narrow streets and squares from the Middle Ages, accompanied by a magnificent view of the Tuscan Valley. Places to be seen include the Roman Theater, the remains of the forum area, Priori Square, the town’s main square, and the Volterra Cathedral, built in the 12th century. During free time, you may taste cheese and the famous wines from the small shops in town and sip coffee at the historic cafés in the square. After the tour, transfer to our hotel and overnight at the hotel.
DAY 5 FLORENCE (MONTECATINI) - VENICE
After breakfast, we leave our hotel and head դեպի Venice. Upon arrival, we begin a panoramic city tour on the island of Venice. Our stops include St. Mark’s Square, Basilica, Doge’s Palace, the Clock Tower, Bridge of Sighs, and the historic Campanile Bell Tower. Those who wish may join the extra Gondola (30€) tour organized by your guide. In addition, you can join the Grand Canal (55€) tour, where you will see all the beauty and historical structures of the city on a special boat ride through the Grand Canal, which passes through the middle of the historic island and has become Venice’s symbol. After the tour, transfer to our hotel and overnight at the hotel.
DAY 6 VENICE-BOLOGNA - ISTANBUL
After breakfast, check-out procedures and departure from the hotel. For those who wish, there is an extra Verona & Venice Designer Outlet tour (125€) organized by our guide. In Verona, the birthplace of Romeo and Juliet, the two young lovers whose story was written by Shakespeare in the 15th century, we will see Juliet’s House, the arena completed in 30 A.D. where gladiator games were held in the Veneto Region, and Erbe and Signori squares. We then continue to the Venice Designer Outlet shopping tour. In this tour, a shopping opportunity awaits you at Designer Outlet Noventa Di Piave, where you can find world-famous brands together. At the end of the tour, we head to the airport at the time determined by our guide. Departure for Istanbul on Turkish Airlines. Arrival in Istanbul local time and the end of our tour.
