1. Day Istanbul – Bologna – Milan
Meeting 3 hours before the flight at the Turkish Airlines counter in the international departures terminal of Istanbul Airport. After baggage, ticket, and passport procedures, we depart for Bologna on Turkish Airlines flight TK 1321 at 09:10. Upon arrival at 09:55 local time, we begin our panoramic city tour with the vehicle waiting for us at the airport. Bologna is a historic settlement in northern Italy, established in a region nestled among the Apennine Mountains and standing out for its cultural richness. During our city tour, the sights to be seen include Piazza Maggiore, San Petronio Basilica, Palazzo Podestà, and the Town Hall. After the tour, we head to Milan. In Milan, a city with a rich historical and cultural background, sights to be seen include Castello Sforzesco (Milan Castle) with its magnificent architecture, Galleria Vittorio Emanuele, one of the world’s oldest shopping arcades, the magnificent Duomo Cathedral, and La Scala, one of the world’s largest opera houses. 2. Day Milan
After breakfast at the hotel, guests who wish may join the extra tour of the Splendid Lakes Tour (Como & Lugano) and Outlet Center. (75 Euro) Our first stop on the tour is Como. This city, named after the Como Lake with which it is closely associated, is a unique nature-filled attraction visited intensively from all over the world. In addition to its architectural beauty reflecting Gothic and Renaissance styles, Como also draws attention with the houses owned by world-famous names such as Madonna and George Clooney. After the tour, our second stop is Lugano. Lugano Lake is a breathtaking lake located in southern Switzerland at the foot of the Alps. This lake brings together the cultural and natural features of both Switzerland and Italy. After visiting this city, which is famous for its magnificent views and elegant shopping streets, we stop at the outlet for shopping among world-famous brands. After the tour, transfer to our hotel. 3. Day Milan – Genoa – Nice
After breakfast at the hotel, we depart for our Genoa city tour. Genoa, a port city whose name comes from its resemblance to a kneecap, is located in the Liguria region and serves as the regional capital. Genoa, selected as the European Capital of Culture in 2004, has a long historical background. The city began to make a name for itself in the 5th century BC, and is also important as the capital of the Genoese state and the hometown of the famous explorer Christopher Columbus. Places to be seen during our city tour include Piazza de Ferrari, San Lorenzo Cathedral, and the Torre Della Lanterna Tower. After the tour, we depart for Nice, France. Known as the “Pearl of the French Riviera,” Nice is one of the leading attractions with its historical richness, magnificent beaches, and lively atmosphere. 4. Day Nice – Paul De Vence & Antibes & Cannes – Nice
After breakfast at the hotel, guests who wish may join the extra tour of Splendid Towns and Cities (Paul De Vence & Antibes & Cannes). (80 Euro) Our first stop is Paul De Vence. Famous for its medieval streets, stone houses, and walls, this town is an important point for art and culture lovers and is home to many art galleries and workshops. 5. Day Nice – Marseille – Aix En Provence – Marseille
After breakfast at the hotel, we set off for Marseille. Marseille is a large and lively port city located on the Mediterranean coast in the south of France. One of the oldest cities on the Mediterranean, Marseille has a rich history in terms of history, culture, and maritime tourism, and was the ‘European Capital of Culture’ in 2013. Upon arrival, the places we will see include Notre Dame de la Garde Basilica, the Old Port, and Marseille Cathedral. After the tour, free time. Guests who wish may join the extra tour of France’s Hidden Paradise (Aix En Provence). (55 Euro) Aix-en-Provence is a historic and elegant city located in the Provence region in southern France. Aix is famous for its wide avenues and squares in the city center, historic buildings, and art and cultural events. It attracts visitors with both its historical richness and its lively atmosphere. During our city tour here, the Four Dolphins Fountain, the Priests’ Fountain, Albertas and Cardeurs Squares, Saint Sauveur Cathedral, and Cours Mirabeau will be among the sights to be seen. 6. Day Marseille – Barcelona
After breakfast at the hotel, we depart for Barcelona. Upon arrival, our city tour begins. Washed by the warm waters of the Mediterranean, this magnificent city offers a unique blend of history, art, culture, and entertainment. The city is like an open-air museum adorned with the unique works of Antoni Gaudí. During our city tour in this beautiful city, the sights to be seen include La Sagrada Familia Church, Christopher Columbus Monument, Montjuïc Hill, La Rambla Street, Spain and Catalunya Squares, the Bullring, and the Olympic Port. 7. Day Barcelona & Girona & Figueres & Dalí Museum & Barcelona
After breakfast at the hotel, guests who wish may join the extra tour of the Splendid Pearls of Northern Catalonia (Girona & Figueres & Dalí Museum). (75 Euro) Our first stop is Girona. A historic city located in northeastern Catalonia, about 100 kilometers north of Barcelona, Girona is famous for its medieval narrow streets, historic buildings, museums, churches, and walls. During our tour here, the Lion Statue, Cathedral Square, and the famous Jewish Quarter (El Call) will be among the sights to be seen. After the tour, we head to Figueres. Figueres is a city located northeast of Girona and is known as the birthplace of Salvador Dalí. The city is closely associated with the life and works of the famous Spanish painter Salvador Dalí. The most important tourist attraction in Figueres is the Salvador Dalí Museum. Dalí established this museum in the place where he was born, to leave something behind and exhibit his works there. 8. Day Barcelona & Park Güell & Gothic Quarter – Barcelona – Istanbul
After breakfast at the hotel, guests who wish may join the extra tour of Gaudí’s Splendid Masterpiece (Park Güell) & Gothic Quarter. (70 Euro) Our first stop is Park Güell. One of Antoni Gaudí’s magnificent works, Park Güell is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Known as the fairy-tale park, it creates a magical atmosphere with its colorful stairways and imaginary pavilions. After seeing this magnificent work by Gaudí, our second stop is the Gothic Quarter. In the Gothic Quarter, you can feel the enchanting atmosphere of the Middle Ages with its narrow, labyrinth-like streets, Gothic churches, romantic squares, and Roman walls. Among the most important structures in the district are Barcelona Cathedral, Plaça Reial (Royal Square), Plaça del Rei (King’s Square), and La Rambla. After the tour, we head to the airport. After baggage and ticket procedures, we depart for Istanbul on Turkish Airlines flight TK 1856 at 18:30. Upon arrival at 00:05 local time, our tour comes to an end.
