1. DAY ISTANBUL – ROME
Meeting at the Turkish Airlines counter in the international departures terminal at Istanbul Airport. After baggage and ticket procedures, departure for Rome. Arrival in Rome according to local time. Upon arrival, we head to Rome with our private vehicle and guide. After arrival, we take a panoramic Rome city tour. During our tour, we view by bus the Vatican (St. Peter’s), Castel Sant’Angelo (the Castle of the Holy Angels), the remains of the Circo Massimo stadium from ancient Roman times, and the streets dating back to the Baroque period. A short photo stop will be given at the Colosseum, and after the tour there will be free time in the afternoon. In the evening, for those who wish, we depart for the extra Rome Night Tour (45€), where we will see famous squares not seen before in Rome and enjoy pleasant time walking through its streets. After the tour, transfer to our hotel and overnight at the hotel.
2. DAY ROME
After breakfast, free day. For those who wish, we depart with our guide for the extra tour of the Albano Lake & Nemi Roman Villages (Strawberry Village) & Castelli Romani Outlet (95€), an area with a unique natural beauty. We visit the region where the popes spent their summers and the Nemi village, famous for its wild strawberries and natural scenery. In the continuation of the tour, we have shopping opportunities at Castel Romano Designer Outlet, where we find many famous brands. After this tour, for those who wish, there is also the extra Rome Monuments and Masterpieces Tour (65€). In this tour, we explore the ancient Pantheon temple, one of the oldest monuments in the city that shaped European civilization over 23 centuries, Piazza Navona with its Baroque architecture and famous fountain, the Trevi Fountain where, according to legend, those who throw a coin into it will return to Rome, the Spanish Steps famous for street performers, Castel Sant’Angelo - the Castle of the Angels and its bridge. Get ready to lose yourself in the ancient stories and historical texture of Rome on this tour with your guide. After the tour, transfer to our hotel and overnight at the hotel.
3. DAY ROME – FLORENCE – MONTECATINI
After breakfast, we depart for Florence. Upon arrival in Florence, our panoramic city tour begins with photos of the historical streets and squares of Florence, ending at Piazza della Repubblica. After a short break, for those who wish, we continue discovering Florence, the capital of the Renaissance and a UNESCO World Heritage Site, step by step with our guide. In the afternoon, there is an opportunity to join the extra Medici Traces and Renaissance Works Tour (45€). On this tour, we will examine in detail the monuments of this historical city, accompanied by the history of Florentine artists and scientists who shaped the Renaissance period. During the tour, we will see Palazzo Vecchio, where the Medici family ruled Florence, Piazza della Signoria, one of the masterpieces of the Renaissance and home to the statues of Hercules and David, the Uffizi Art Gallery, the historic Ponte Vecchio, Florence’s oldest bridge and the Medici Corridor, the House of Dante Alighieri, the famous literary master and author of the epic Divine Comedy from the 13th century, the Santa Maria del Fiore Duomo with the 3rd tallest dome in Italy, the Baptistery famous for its “Gates of Paradise,” and Florence’s famous historic markets. After the tour, transfer to our hotel and overnight at the hotel.
4. DAY FLORENCE (MONTECATINI)
After breakfast, free day. For those who wish, we depart with our guide for the Great Tuscany Tour (145€). In this tour, the places to be visited are Pisa, San Gimignano, and Volterra. Pisa is famous for its leaning tower, one of the world’s most important historical monuments. During the panoramic visit, the Leaning Tower of Pisa, the cathedral, the baptistery, and Piazza dei Miracoli will be visited, and those who wish can take photos in this historic city. San Gimignano, the “City of 13 Towers,” will be visited through Cisterne Square, the center of the city built by rival noble families in the 12th and 13th centuries. Here, shopping at affordable prices is possible. Volterra is a medieval walled town steeped in history and has also been featured in Hollywood films and TV series (Game of Thrones, Twilight Zone, etc.). This unique Tuscan town, whose past dates back to the Etruscans and Romans, offers many opportunities to visitors. During our visit to Volterra, we will walk through its narrow medieval streets and squares accompanied by magnificent views of the Tuscan Valley. Places to be seen include the Roman Theatre, the remains of the forum area, Priori Square, the main square of the town, and the Volterra Cathedral built in the 12th century. During free time, you can taste cheese and famous wines from the town’s small shops and sip coffee in the historic cafés in the square. 5. DAY FLORENCE (MONTECATINI) - VENICE
After breakfast, we leave our hotel and depart for Venice. Upon arrival, we begin our panoramic city tour on Venice Island. San Marco Square, the Basilica, the Doge’s Palace, the Clock Tower, the Bridge of Sighs, and the historic Campanile Bell Tower are among our stops. Those who wish can join the extra Gondola Tour (30€) organized by your guide. In addition, you can join the Grand Canal Tour (55€), where you will see all the beauty and historic structures of the city on a special boat ride through the Grand Canal, which runs through the middle of the historic island and has become the symbol of Venice. After the tour, transfer to our hotel and overnight at the hotel.
6. DAY VENICE - ISTANBUL
After breakfast, check-out procedures and departure from the hotel. Those who wish can join the extra Verona & Venice Designer Outlet Tour (125€), organized with our guide. In Verona, the birthplace of Romeo and Juliet, the two young lovers written by Shakespeare in the 15th century, we will see Juliet’s House, the arena completed in 30 A.D. where gladiator games were held in the Veneto Region, and Piazza Erbe and Piazza Signori. The tour continues with a transfer for the Venice Designer Outlet shopping tour. In this tour, the Designer Outlet Noventa di Piave awaits you with the opportunity to shop for discounted branded products from world-famous brands. At the end of the tour, we head to the airport at the time determined by our guide. Departure to Istanbul with Turkish Airlines. Arrival in Istanbul according to local time, and the end of our tour.
