1e Dag: Istanbul – Hamburg We meet at 07:00 at the international departures terminal of Sabiha Gökçen Airport. After baggage and ticket procedures, we fly to Hamburg at 09:50 with AJet Airlines scheduled flight VF77. Upon arrival at 11:15 local time, we complete passport control and move towards the city center with our private vehicle waiting for us. After arrival, we begin our panoramic Hamburg city tour. In Hamburg, one of the most important port cities in Northern Germany, our panoramic tour will show us the main areas reflecting the city’s architectural character. After viewing the Binnenalster Lake in the city center and the elegant buildings around it panoramically, the Hamburg City Hall (Rathaus), one of Hamburg’s most iconic landmarks, will be visited from the outside panoramically. Along the panoramic route, the city’s landmarks such as St. Michael’s Church, the red-brick warehouse district Speicherstadt, which is on the UNESCO World Heritage List, the modern port district HafenCity, and the banks of the Elbe River will be seen in brief passes. At the end of our panoramic tour, guests who wish may join the optional Hamburg Masterpieces Tour and Lübeck Tour. Afterwards, transfer to our hotel. After check-in, free time. Optional Tour: Hamburg Masterpieces Tour – 35 Euro per person First, we visit the area where the city’s iconic Elbphilharmonie building is located, and with a short walk in HafenCity, we get to know the modern port layout and new residential areas. Then we move to the Speicherstadt Warehouse District, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and enjoy a pleasant walk among the red-brick historic buildings and canals. Guests who wish may visit Miniatur Wunderland. We continue our program with the historic Elbe Tunnel under the Elbe River, and after a short walk, we stop for a photo break at the Landungsbrücken harbor area. Finally, we make a panoramic pass along Elbchaussee to Blankenese, seeing one of the city’s most prestigious districts. Afterwards, free time until the hour determined by our guide. Optional Tour: Lübeck Tour – 60 Euro per person Lübeck has the largest port on the Baltic Sea coast in Germany and is on the UNESCO World Heritage List. Marienkirche (St. Mary’s Church), the Romanesque cathedral whose construction began in 1173 during the reign of Henry III, the magnificent Town Hall (Rathaus), built in a style combining Gothic and Renaissance elements, the Tower Gate (Burgtor) (1444), and Holsten Gate (Holstentor) (1477) are among the places to be seen during our Lübeck city tour. 2nd Day: Hamburg After breakfast, free time. Guests who wish may join the optional Bremen Tour. Overnight at our hotel in Hamburg. Extra Tour: Bremen Tour – 80 Euro per person On our Bremen tour, while walking through the old town, we feel as if we are in a fairy-tale land. Winding cobblestone streets, steep roofs, and lattice windows of the incredibly beautiful 500-year-old brick houses look as if they were drawn with a pen... New businesses and shops, the Town Hall from the Renaissance period, the 800-year-old St. Peter’s Cathedral, and the historic Merchant’s House are among the sights in the old town. The new Bremen on the left bank of the Weser River is known as Europe’s garden city. Lovely houses, three-lane boulevards, flower beds, and gardens are truly worth seeing! This area is also home to the Bremen Town Musicians statue. While taking souvenir photos, we continue the Bremen tour by seeing the 1405 Government House, the symbol of freedom, the Roland Statue made in 1537, the Fall Tower, Böttcher Street, and the Bremen Parliament built in a modern style. At the end of the tour, we return to Hamburg. 3rd Day: Hamburg – Berlin After breakfast, we depart for Hamburg. En route, guests who wish may join the Potsdam & Berlin Designer Outlet Tour. Upon arrival in Berlin, we begin our panoramic city tour. First, we see the Brandenburg Gate, one of the city’s symbols, from the outside panoramically. Then we pass through Alexanderplatz Square and the area around the TV Tower, reflecting Berlin’s modern face. Checkpoint Charlie, one of the crossing points of the Cold War era, will be seen panoramically, and a short panoramic pass will be made along East Side Gallery, where a section of the Berlin Wall is exhibited. After the Potsdam tour, we head to Berlin Designer Outlet, which appeals to shopping lovers. In this open-air shopping village, you will have the opportunity to shop with discounts of up to 30–70% at famous brands such as Armani, Adidas, Michael Kors, Nike, and Tommy Hilfiger. Extra Tour: Berlin Masterpieces Tour – 35 Euro per person We move to the area where the Reichstag, Germany’s first parliament building, is located and have the opportunity to see its impressive architecture up close. Our program continues in the Museum Island area. On this historic island, where the Berlin Cathedral is located, we take a guided walk and feel the atmosphere of the city’s cultural center. Then we go to Potsdamer Platz, representing Berlin’s modern face, and explore the area in detail on foot. Another important point of this tour is Checkpoint Charlie, the most symbolic area of the Berlin Wall era. Here, we get to know the area we previously passed from afar in the panoramic tour more closely with our guide and take a photo break. Then we move to East Side Gallery to visit the world-famous painted section of the Berlin Wall for a longer time and on foot. At the end of our program, after a short free time around Alexanderplatz, we return to the hotel. 4th Day: Berlin – Istanbul After breakfast, we check out of the rooms and have free time until transfer time. At the time determined by our guide, we transfer to the airport. We fly to Istanbul on AJet Airlines scheduled flight VF58 at 13:40. Arrival at Sabiha Gökçen Airport at 18:35 and end of our tour.
