If no visa application has been submitted, the visa and travel health insurance will also be cancelled and refunded. If the guest purchased the domestic connecting flight independently from a provider other than the agency, they cannot claim any refund from the agency in the event of the tour’s cancellation by the agency. The guest accepts in advance, upon purchasing the tour, any material and moral losses that may arise from the cancellation, and the agency cannot be held responsible in this regard.
• If sufficient participation is not achieved, the agency reserves the right, in good faith, not to cancel the tour. In this case, as the tour will be provided individually for the guest, the guide service included in the package will only cover the round-trip transfer to and from abroad.

The agency cannot make any commitment regarding refunds for additional services.
Guiding Services and Optional Tours
• The days and times of the tours specified in the program may be changed by the guide depending on the opening/closing status of museums and historical sites at the destination and weather conditions. Different guides may accompany guests during the tours.
• Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours organized for the general introduction of the cities, conducted with commentary by the guide from inside the vehicle, and do not include museum or site entrance fees, lasting at most 2–3 hours. If panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program, cannot be carried out because the local authorities do not allow visits or entry on the relevant day and time, or due to closed roads because of any event, or if weather conditions make the tour impossible, the agency is not responsible for the inability to perform such tours. Some tours may be conducted by public transportation or on foot where possible in areas with closed roads or where vehicle access is not permitted.
• The guide may change the days of city tours and/or additional tours, depending on the tour content, participant numbers, and the closure status of museums and historical sites. This also applies to changes that may occur in flight times.
• Important points to consider on tours conducted with speed boats: heavy meals should not be eaten immediately before boarding the boat, and large amounts of water should not be consumed. Guests with stomach, back, or neck complaints, as well as pregnant guests, should inform their guide.

About Flights
• The agency is an intermediary between the airline and the passenger; in the event of any dispute, the relevant provisions of Turkish law, as well as the Hague Protocol and the Warsaw Convention, shall apply.
• Delays or flight time changes may occur on scheduled and charter flights. The agency is obliged to notify these changes as soon as possible. The passenger has purchased the trip accepting the risk of flight time changes/cancellations.
• Children aged 0–2 pay only the airport tax.
• According to airline rules, if the outbound flight of round-trip tickets is not used, the return flight will be cancelled by the airline.
• For participants in tours with flights, check-in and boarding procedures are personal responsibilities and must be completed by the guest before the flight at the airport, via the relevant airline counters, or online on the airline’s website.
• Last-minute delays and gate changes during flights are announced via airport loudspeakers and displayed on information boards in the terminal. Guests must monitor this information themselves.
• The agency is not responsible for guests who do not arrive at the designated airport at the times specified in accordance with airline rules, do not complete check-in and boarding on time, or complete check-in and boarding on time but do not board the plane. Guests who miss their flight are responsible for all expenses related to obtaining new round-trip tickets and any transfers, etc., required to join the tour.

The agency cannot be held responsible for any issues arising from incorrect declarations. Airline tickets must be issued with exactly the same first and last name as shown in the passport. Therefore, the passport name, date of birth, and passport number are authoritative. The agency is not responsible for ticket issues arising from missing information.
