MALTA TOUR - (4 NIGHTS - 5 DAYS) - AIR MALTA

DAY 01: ISTANBUL AIRPORT – MALTA Meeting with our valued guests at 08:30 at the Air Malta counter by entering through Gate 3 at Istanbul Airport. After the check-in procedures, we depart for Malta at 11:35 on Air Malta flight KM785. Arrival in Malta at 12:15 local time. We take a panoramic Valletta tour with our waiting vehicle. Places we will see include the Grandmaster’s Palace, Upper Barrakka Gardens, the Parliament Building, St. John’s Cathedral (from the outside), and the National Library. At the end of the tour, transfer to our hotel, check-in, room allocation, and free time. DAY 02: MALTA After breakfast at the hotel, free time for shopping and personal activities. Guests who wish may join the optional “Malta Island Tour & Three Cities Tour” organized by their guide. First, we take our panoramic island tour. Then we visit the first settlement of the Maltese Knights, known as the Three Cities. Afterwards, we head to Marsaxlokk. It is a lively Mediterranean village famous for its harbor adorned with fish restaurants and colorfully painted fishing boats, and for its beautiful houses that reflect the colors and texture of the island. In its vibrant market, you can find organic products. It also has special importance for us as the area where Ottoman troops first landed on the island of Malta. After the photo stop here and free time for lunch, we return to our hotels. Guests who wish may join the optional “Mosta & Mdina & Rabat (Game of Thrones) Tour” organized by their guide. We begin our full-day excursion by departing from the hotel. Our first stop is the Church of Santa Maria Assunta, which has the third-largest dome in Europe. After seeing the 200 kg bomb dropped by Nazi aircraft during World War II inside this large church in Mosta and receiving detailed information from our guide about the church’s interior and exterior architecture, we enter Mdina, the old capital where unforgettable scenes from Game of Thrones were filmed. After learning from our guide about the Government Palace, Casa Inguanez Mansion, the Cathedral, and the Carmelite Church in Mdina, we will take a break at the famous Fontanella Cafe, known for its cakes, with a magnificent view. Guests who wish can taste the cafe’s world-famous cakes and enjoy their coffee or tea while taking in the scenery. From there, after a walk in Rabat, we move to Sliema, the modern side of Malta. After some free time there, we return to our hotel. Then we transfer to the airport with our waiting vehicle. After baggage and check-in procedures, we depart for Istanbul at 06:00 on Air Malta scheduled flight KM784. Arrival in Istanbul at 10:35 local time and end of our tour. DAY 04: MALTA - ISTANBUL After breakfast at the hotel, early in the morning we check out of our rooms and hand the keys to the reception. Then we transfer to the airport with our waiting vehicle. After baggage and check-in procedures, we depart for Istanbul at 06:00 on Air Malta scheduled flight KM784. Arrival in Istanbul at 10:35 local time and end of our tour.
