Need to Know
The times specified in the program have been obtained from Turkish Airlines and Princess Cruises. Our agency is not responsible for any changes that may occur in the times. Therefore, our agency reserves the right to make changes to the program due to any such time changes. Cruise travel is one of the most hygienic and regulated sectors of tourism. All our guests are deemed to have undertaken to comply with all rules specified by the cruise company during their journey, especially those regarding hygiene and cleanliness. Participants in the tour are required to be medically fit for travel. Our agency bears no responsibility if passengers who are not mentally or physically fit for travel jeopardize travel safety and are therefore not accepted onboard by the cruise company or are removed from the tour. All guests participating in the tour are deemed to have accepted this condition. Of the evening meals you will have during the cruise, 2 are formal dinners. On these nights, in the main restaurant, male guests are expected to wear a suit and female guests are expected to wear evening dresses. THE CRUISE COMPANY AND THE CAPTAIN RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CHANGE THE ROUTE AND PORT SCHEDULES BEFORE OR DURING THE TOUR. Smoking is strictly prohibited in areas other than those specified on the ship (smoking is absolutely not allowed in cabins). At check-in, every passenger without exception (only 1 person in couples) must present a credit card to the ship’s reception or make a cash deposit when receiving cabin keys. As a result of this presentation, an average pre-authorization of 300 USD will be charged to each credit card. The reason for this is to cover your onboard expenses after check-in. Onboard purchases (for drinks, soft drinks, or alcoholic beverages) can be made using magnetic cards provided by the ship’s reception. Cash is not accepted anywhere on board except at the casino. You can view all your expenses from the television in your cabin. As your cruise date approaches, you will be able to complete your online check-in through the Princess app that you need to install on your mobile phone. You will be able to obtain the necessary information from your agency one week before your trip. At the beginning of our cruise journey, luggage tags with specific numbers and codes for all of our group’s suitcases will be sent to you together with your cruise ticket. You must print them out in advance and attach them to your suitcases at the cruise port. There will also be enough tags available at the port for guests who are missing them. Your luggage may not arrive in your cabin until late in the evening on the first day the ship departs. This is due to congestion and crowds and is definitely the responsibility of the ship. Therefore, it is advisable to keep essential items for your first day on board in a small carry bag and bring them with you. It is essential that you strictly adhere to the ship’s departure times. You must board the ship no later than 60 minutes before the departure time at each port. Otherwise, you may not be able to board. Our agency will not be responsible for such a situation. At the end of the cruise, you must collect your luggage, attach the tags that will have been left in your cabins the night before, and leave them outside your cabin doors by 00:00. After disembarkation, our group will collect their luggage from the station where the bags are located. WE STRONGLY REQUEST THAT EACH GUEST CHECK AND COLLECT THEIR OWN LUGGAGE. Detailed information will also be provided by your guide on the ship. Passports that are older than 10 years cannot be used for departure abroad, even if they are still valid. Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the end date of the tour. VALID UK AND SCHENGEN VISAS ARE REQUIRED FOR THE TOUR. Your passport must not be torn or worn out. ALL GUESTS ARE REQUIRED TO CARRY THEIR ROUND-TRIP AIR TICKETS AND CRUISE TICKETS WITH THEM. We recommend that our guests activate international usage on their mobile phones. US Dollars are used on board and credit cards are accepted. On land, Pound and Euro are used.
