1st Day Istanbul – Düsseldorf – Amsterdam
Meet at Istanbul Airport International Departures terminal in front of Turkish Airlines counter 3 hours before flight. After baggage, ticket, and passport procedures, depart on Turkish Airlines flight TK 1523 at 08:00 to Düsseldorf. Upon arrival at 09:25 local time, meet your vehicle for a city tour of Düsseldorf, one of Germany’s major cities of culture, art, and industry, where you will see Rheinturm revolving restaurant, Schloss Benrath home to notable German thinkers, shopping street Königsallee, and the green areas of Horfgarten. After the tour, drive to Amsterdam. In Amsterdam, the capital of the Netherlands bordering Germany to the east and Belgium to the south, explore Dam Square, Central Station, National Monument, Royal Palace, Flower Market, and Red Light (Kırmızı Fener Street). After the tour, transfer to your hotel. Overnight stay at the hotel.
2nd Day Amsterdam – Zaanse Schans – Marken – Volendam – Giethoorn – Amsterdam
After breakfast at the hotel, guests can optionally join an extra tour called the Magnificent Fairytale Villages and Canals Tour (100 Euros), which includes Zaanse Schans, Marken, Volendam, and Giethoorn Hobbit Village. Beginning at Zaanse Schans, a charming 17th-century village with working historic windmills and untouched nature, experience an open-air museum-like feel. Next, visit Marken, a historic island now connected to the mainland, and then Volendam, with its characteristic houses, lively port, and traditional costumes, famous for seafood and cheese. The last stop is Giethoorn, considered one of the most beautiful and fairy-tale-like places in Europe. Known as the “Dutch Venice,” it gained fame from the 1958 film “Fanfare,” and attracts over 800,000 tourists annually. After the tour, return to the hotel for overnight.
3rd Day Amsterdam – Bruges – Ghent – Brussels
After breakfast, depart for Brussels. Optionally join an extra tour called the Magnificent Cities Bruges & Ghent Tour (75 Euros). First stop is Bruges, renowned for its beauty, medieval architecture, canals, narrow streets, bridges, historic buildings, and squares, and UNESCO World Heritage status since 1991. Then, visit Ghent, an ancient city established in the 1400s at the confluence of Scheldt and Lys rivers, known as one of the richest cities of the Middle Ages with historic monuments and a university. After the tour, proceed to Brussels, one of the most prominent stops in Benelux, known for its cosmopolitanism and diverse attractions. Key sights include the Royal Palace, Chinese and Japanese Houses, Brussels Cathedral, Grand Place, Stock Exchange, Atomium monument, and Manneken Pis statue. Followed by transfer to the hotel and free time for the night.
4th Day Brussels – Paris
After breakfast, head to Paris, one of the world's most romantic cities. Upon arrival, see Charles de Gaulle and Arc de Triomphe, Champs Elysees, Louvre Museum and its Pyramid, Etoile Square, Grand Palais and Petit Palais Exhibition Palaces, Concorde Square and Obelisk, French Parliament Building, Alexandre III Bridge, Seine River, Napoleon’s Tomb, and Eiffel Tower. After the city tour, transfer to the hotel and enjoy free time.
5th Day Paris
After breakfast, optional extra tour called the Magnificent Paris Masterpieces & Seine River Cruise (100 Euros) is available, including Eiffel Tower (access to the second floor), Seine River boat tour, Montmartre Artist Hill, Sacré-Cœur Basilica, and Notre Dame Cathedral. First, visit the iconic Eiffel Tower and go up to the second level for a panoramic view. Then, take a boat tour on the Seine, viewing historic sites from the river. Ascend Montmartre via cable car, visit Sacré-Cœur, then enjoy shopping and portrait drawing at Tertre Square. Next, visit the Notre Dame Cathedral, built between 1137 and 1180 by King Louis VII to showcase Paris’ political, economic, and cultural power. Short photo stop afterwards. Return to the hotel. Alternatively, guests can join an optional night tour called the Magnificent Lights of Paris (30 Euros), where the city’s main boulevards and landmarks are illuminated at night. Return to the hotel for overnight.
6th Day Paris – Luxembourg
After breakfast, journey to Luxembourg. Upon arrival, a city tour includes Notre Dame Cathedral, Duke’s Palace, City Hall, and Constitution Square. Optionally, participate in an extra tour called the Magnificent History & Mosaics Tour covering Trier, Remich, and Schengen (55 Euros). First, visit Trier, the oldest city in Germany founded before 15 BC, located on the Moselle River. Key sites include Porta Nigra, Roman ruins, St. Peter’s Cathedral, Church of Our Lady, Konstantin Basilica, and the house of Karl Marx. Then, move to Remich, a tax haven with low prices on chocolates, coffee, and alcoholic beverages. Finally, visit the Schengen Agreement monument, the site where border controls among the EU nations were abolished in 1985, and enjoy local wine tasting. Return to the hotel for the night.
7th Day Luxembourg – Strasbourg
After breakfast, depart for Strasbourg, one of France’s most beautiful cities and the heart of Alsace. Explore historical medieval streets of the old town, with its half-timbered houses, ancient churches, and ateliers. See the Strasbourg Cathedral, Rohan Palace, Kleber Square, and the Petit France neighborhood with traditional Alsace houses. Optionally, join the “Magnificent Alsace Fairytale Villages” Tour (100 Euros), visiting Eguisheim, Colmar, Kaysersberg, and Riquewihr. Begin at Eguisheim, awarded “Favorite French Village” in 2013, known for colorful houses and photos. Continue to Colmar, famous for well-preserved cobbled streets, Saint Martin’s Cathedral built from pink stones, Little Venice, Maison Pfister, and Maison des Têtes. Return to the hotel in Strasbourg or nearby for overnight.
8th Day Strasbourg – Freiburg – Basel
After breakfast, check out and depart for Freiburg, Germany, a historic city near the Black Forest, characterized by Gothic architecture and lush nature. Tour highlights include Münster Cathedral, Markthalle, Münsterplatz, Rathausplatz, Kaiser-Joseph Street, Augustinerplatz, Adelhauser Platz, and Bertha-Gürzenich-Spring. Then, head to Basel, Switzerland. The city features a blend of modern and historical structures, with landmarks such as Basel Cathedral, Marktplatz, Government Building, and Hotel Les Trois Rois. Enjoy a city tour before heading to Basel Airport. After baggage, ticket, and passport procedures, depart on Turkish Airlines flight TK1926 at 18:05 to Istanbul. Arrival at 23:10 local time marks the end of the tour.
