Arriving at 05:20 local time, we will head to Amsterdam with our vehicle waiting at the airport. Our city tour of Amsterdam begins upon arrival. In Amsterdam, the capital city of the Netherlands, which is bordered by Germany in the east and Belgium in the south, we will visit places such as Dam Square, Central Station, National Monument, Royal Palace, Flower Market, and the Red Light District. After our tour of this historical and university city, we continue to Brussels. Brussels, one of the most notable stops on the Benelux tours, stands out with its versatility. Overnight stay at the hotel. 5th Day: Paris After breakfast at the hotel, guests who wish can join the optional Splendid Paris Masterpieces & Seine River Boat Tour (Eiffel Tower & Seine River Cruise & Montmartre Artists' Hill & Sacré-Cœur Basilica & Notre-Dame Cathedral) for an additional fee of 100 Euros. Our first stop will be the symbol of the city, the Eiffel Tower, which millions of tourists visit every year. You will have the chance to see Paris from above by ascending to the 2nd floor of the Eiffel Tower. Then we will embark on a boat tour on the Seine River, which divides Paris. During the boat tour, you will see historical buildings on both banks. Next, we will take a funicular up to Montmartre Hill, the highest point in Paris. On this hill, where important artists like Pablo Picasso, Henri de Toulouse-Lautrec, Dalida, Vincent Van Gogh, and Jean Marais left their mark, Sacré-Cœur Basilica will be our first point of visit. After closely visiting this structure, we will take a break in Tertre Square, where you can do some shopping or have your portrait done. Among the sites we will see during this extraordinary tour are the Reims Cathedral, which was added to the UNESCO World Heritage List in 1991, the Palace of Tau, Saint Remi Basilica, and the Porte de Mars. After the tour, we will proceed to Metz. Metz is a charming city located in the Lorraine region of France, between Nancy and Luxembourg. Upon arrival, we will start our city tour of Luxembourg. We will visit the Notre-Dame Cathedral, Ducal Palace, Town Hall, and Constitution Square. After our visit to Trier, we will head to Remich, a tax haven where you can do the cheapest shopping during our tour. Due to Luxembourg's low tax policies and its border location, you can buy products like chocolates, coffee, and alcoholic beverages at very affordable prices. Lastly, we will visit Schengen, where the borders of Germany, France, and Luxembourg meet, and where the agreement eliminating passport controls between EU member countries was signed. In this village, known for its important wine regions, you will have the chance to taste local wines and see the monument and the building where the Schengen Agreement was signed.
