IZMIR – MILAN – (Boat Tour to Portofino) – NICE We arrive at Izmir Adnan Menderes Airport International Terminal 3 hours prior to the flight to complete the baggage check, ticket and passport control procedures, and then we fly to Milan at 03:25 with Turkish Airlines’ direct and special flight TK3451. We arrive at Milan Malpensa Airport at 05:25 local time and depart to organize our city tour of Milan with our private vehicle waiting for us at the airport. Milan, one of Europe’s fashion capitals, is also known for its cuisine, opera, and churches. Although recognized as Italy's business and financial capital, Milan is also the right address for shopping and dining experiences. During our city tour, we will see famous landmarks such as the renowned opera house La Scala, Duomo Square and Cathedral, and Porta Romano. After the city tour of Milan, we head towards Nice. Guests who wish can join the optional Boat Tour to Portofino program (€65) organized along the way. Portofino, surrounded by colorful houses and known for its beauty that has inspired songs, offers narrow streets, green hills, and the turquoise Mediterranean with picturesque scenery that leaves its visitors enchanted. After our visit to Portofino, we continue our journey to Nice. Upon arrival at our hotel in the Nice area, we check into our rooms and enjoy free time to relax. NICE – (Cannes & Nice Tour) – (Eze & Monaco & Monte Carlo Tour) After breakfast, we offer a full day of free time. During this free time, guests who wish can participate in the optional Cannes & Nice Tour (€70) program. We will first head to Cannes, known for hosting the annual Cannes Film Festival, with its sparkling sea and golden sandy beaches. During our city tour, we will see the old city, which is the first settlement of Cannes, and we will have the chance to shop and see souvenir shops as we walk through the narrow, winding, and traffic-free streets of the old city. After visiting La Croissette Boulevard and Meynadier Street, which hosts many luxury restaurants, shops, and hotels along the Cannes beach, we will have free time before arriving in Nice. During our Nice tour, we will see Promenade des Anglais, Nice Harbor, Massena Square, Flower Market, and the Courthouse. After our Nice tour, we will have free time, during which guests can join the optional Eze & Monaco & Monte Carlo Tour (€80). In this tour, we will first visit Eze Village, one of the most famous villages with its stunning views of Cote d’Azur, where we will visit a perfume factory where you can test beautiful and famous perfumes and purchase them at reasonable prices. The second stop of our tour will be Monaco, the world's second smallest country and a fairytale kingdom located in the French Riviera. After arriving, we will conduct a panoramic city tour of Monte Carlo, the focal point of luxury and grandeur. After the tour, we will return to our hotel in the Nice region. NICE – (Annecy Tour) – GENEVA After breakfast and checking out of the hotel, we head to Geneva. Accompanied by magnificent natural scenery, we will travel through the Alps, also known as the roof of Europe, with views of Mont Blanc. Along the way, guests who wish can join the optional Annecy Tour (€50). Known as the “Venice of the Alps” thanks to its canals and the Thiou River, Annecy's unique structure and the extraordinary location between mountains and lake captivate visitors. During our visit, we will see the Chateau d’Annecy, built in the 17th century and restored in 1947, St. Maurice Church, and Palais de l’Isle, which is a popular photo point. After a short free time by Lake Annecy, we will complete our tour and continue our journey to Geneva. Upon arrival at our hotel in the Geneva area, we check into our rooms and have free time to relax. GENEVA – (Train Tour to Swiss Alpine Villages: Interlaken & Lauterbrunnen Tour) – BERN – ALSACE / BASEL After breakfast and checking out of the hotel, we organize our city tour. Geneva, known as the “French of Switzerland” and located along the shores of Lake Geneva, is a magnificent city where history, culture, science, and nature combine. With international organizations (CERN, World Health Organization, UEFA, FIFA, United Nations) centered in Geneva, the city serves a significant cultural and administrative role. During our tour of Geneva, we will explore places like St. Pierre Cathedral, the Jet d’Eau fountain which symbolizes Geneva and rises to 140 meters, and the Reformation Monument. After the city tour, we head towards Bern. Upon arrival in Bern, guests who wish can join the optional Train Tour to Swiss Alpine Villages: Interlaken & Lauterbrunnen Tour (€80). Our first visit will be to Interlaken, which gets its name from being situated between Lake Brienz and Lake Thun. Here, renowned for its natural beauties and breathtaking views, we will conduct a tour of the region's important hotels, casinos, and shopping streets. We will see panoramic views of the historic Victoria Jungfrau Hotel and Höhematte Park. After free time for photography and environmental exploration, we will proceed to our next stop, Lauterbrunnen, by moving to the train station. After about a 20-minute train ride from Interlaken, we will arrive in Lauterbrunnen. You will feel the valley's deep structure and steep rock walls upon exiting the station. While walking to the village center, we will see the magnificent structure of Staubbach Falls, which hangs towards the valley floor, and will have the opportunity to take photos. Lauterbrunnen is known for its small settlements arranged along a valley which hosts 72 waterfalls and hiking trails. We will conduct a walking tour along the designated route within the village, capturing images of the region's traditional chalet architecture, the natural formations surrounding the valley floor, and the heavenly natural sceneries. After returning to Interlaken by train, we will complete our tour. Afterward, we return to Bern for our city tour. Bern is one of the only cities in Europe that has remained unchanged since the Middle Ages. Due to this historical fabric, it is included in the UNESCO World Cultural Heritage List. Located within Switzerland's borders, Bern has a German-speaking population, and traces of German culture can also be seen in its architecture. Our tour of Bern, which is built around the Aare River, will conclude, and we will proceed to our hotel in the Alsace / Basel region. Upon arrival at the hotel, we will check into our rooms and have free time to relax. ALSACE / BASEL – (Alsace Pearls: Colmar & Riquewihr Tour) – STRASBOURG – FREIBURG – ALSACE / BASEL After breakfast, we head towards Strasbourg. Along the way, guests who wish can participate in the optional Alsace Pearls: Colmar & Riquewihr Tour (€80). During the tour, we will first visit the storybook town of Colmar and see landmarks like the Old Customs House, the Pfister House, and the colorful houses that surround the Rhine River in the town’s most famous area, Petite Venise (Little Venice). Here, visitors can find tasty food according to their taste and also buy many souvenirs. Our next stop will be Riquewihr, famous for its flowered balconies, unique shops, and cobblestone streets, which survived World War II with minimal damage and whose tower houses the Dolder Museum, preserving the city’s history with documents. After our visit in Riquewihr, we will proceed to Strasbourg. Strasbourg, located at the intersecting borders of Germany, Switzerland, and France, and the largest city of the Alsace region, will charm us with its storybook-like, picturesque beauty. Listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1988 and home to the European Parliament since 1992, we will conduct a panoramic city tour on foot in the pedestrian-only center and streets of Strasbourg, where we will see the Gutenberg Square and Monument, the Notre Dame Cathedral, the most important structure in the city, and the Kammerzell House, the oldest house in the city that still operates as a hotel and restaurant. After the Strasbourg tour, we will have free time before heading to Freiburg, a model of green urbanism where only low carbon level vehicles have been allowed since 2010. In Freiburg, known as the capital of the Black Forest (Schwarzwald), we will conduct a city tour where we can see traces of the historical and architectural cultures of Germany, France, Austria, Spain, and Sweden, which the city came under throughout history. Notable sites include Freiburg Cathedral, charming streets with small water canals unique to Freiburg, the medieval gate Martin’s Tor, and Rathausplatz. After the tour, we return to our hotel in the Alsace / Basel region. ALSACE / BASEL – HEIDI’S VILLAGES – ST. MORITZ – BERNINA EXPRESS / RED TRAIN – MILAN After breakfast and checking out of the hotel, we head to take the unforgettable and breathtaking train journey on the Bernina railway line. Accompanied by the sights of Heidi’s Village, which reminds us of the images we have seen in our childhood, filled with vast mountains and green meadows where our beloved character Heidi lives with her grandfather and friend Peter, we will embark on this panoramic journey. Afterward, we proceed to St. Moritz, a natural wonder in Switzerland and a hotspot for the jet set. Upon arrival in St. Moritz, we will have a short free time depending on the train departure time on the UNESCO World Heritage Bernina railway line, followed by moving to the station for our unforgettable Bernina Express / Red Train journey, which will embellish our dreams. Built between 1898 and 1904 and now included in the UNESCO World Heritage List, we will witness extraordinary scenery during this fairytale-like journey lasting approximately 2 hours and will have the chance to take photos. After arriving at Tirano Station, we take our vehicle to reach our hotel in the Milan region. We check into our rooms and have free time to rest. MILAN – OUTLET – (Como Tour) After breakfast and checking out of the hotel, we head to our famous outlet tour, where we can find products from well-known brands at reasonable prices. After enjoying shopping at this famous outlet center, which hosts a variety of prestigious stores, cafes, and restaurants, we will proceed to Milan Malpensa Airport for our flight back to Izmir. Along the way, guests who wish can participate in the optional Como Tour (€50). Como is a center that stands out with its historical buildings and organized city structure, located in the Lombardy region. The city squares, cathedral, and shoreline offer visitors an easily accessible area to explore. Lake Como, one of Italy’s most famous lakes, completes the region's natural scenery with surrounding hills, lakeside settlements, and organized transportation routes. The area around the lake is frequently visited year-round, striking a balanced beauty between the city and nature. In our Como & Lake Como visit, we will first reach the Como city center, where we will see the cathedral area, squares, and waterfront from the outside. After that, we will have free time by the shores of Lake Como; visitors can stroll around, take photos, or explore the area. After our free time, we will complete our tour and continue our journey towards Malpensa Airport. MILAN – IZMIR Upon our arrival at the airport, we will complete our baggage check, check-in, and passport control procedures, and then we will fly back to Izmir at 01:00 with Turkish Airlines’ direct flight TK3450. We arrive at Izmir Adnan Menderes Airport at 04:45 and conclude our tour.
