With its fairy tale nature and historical buildings, wooden houses, medieval churches, cathedrals, and numerous works of art, it is truly a place worth visiting. Strasbourg also has historical importance as the place where the French national anthem "La Marseillaise" was written, presenting itself as a city where Alsace culture is blended with French architecture. During our city tour, we will visit Strasbourg Cathedral, Rohan Palace, Kleber Square, and the traditional Alsace Houses in the Petit France area. After the tour, those who wish can participate in the optional tour of the Magnificent Fairy Tale Villages of Alsace (Eguisheim & Colmar & Kaysersberg & Riquewihr) for an additional fee (100 Euros). Throughout the tour, we will seize every opportunity to take photos, starting with our first visit to Eguisheim. The colorful houses reflecting the typical architecture of the Alsace region create the postcard view of Eguisheim. After the tour, we will move to Colmar, famous for its medieval buildings, Gothic-style churches, and colorful houses that have been preserved well until today. While wandering through Colmar's well-preserved streets, we will see St. Martin Cathedral, built entirely from pink stones, Little Venice reminiscent of the Italian city of Venice with its small canals, Maison Pfister, one of Colmar's oldest houses, and Maison des Tetes, a Renaissance building adorned with faces. Our third stop is Kaysersberg, a medieval town in France and a fascinating part of the Alsace region. Known for its colorful houses, narrow streets, and historical texture, the prominent symbol of the town is the Château de Kaysersberg castle from the 13th century. The Sainte-Croix Church located in the town center attracts attention with its Gothic architecture. After our tour, we move to Riquewihr, one of the most enchanting villages in Alsace, known for its colorful flower-adorned old houses, narrow streets, and medieval texture surrounded by walls. During our tour, we will also see the remains of Riquewihr Castle and walk along the old city walls to feel the medieval atmosphere. After the tour, we will transfer to our hotel in Strasbourg.
