The Pearl of the Magnificent Uzbekistan Silk Road - Departure on March 20 with THY (Special for Eid al-Fitr)

Day 1 Istanbul – Tashkent Meeting at Istanbul Airport, international departures terminal, in front of the Turkish Airlines counter 3 hours before the flight. (It is necessary to be at the airport the evening before the departure date specified in the tour.) After baggage, ticket, and passport procedures, depart for Tashkent on Turkish Airlines flight TK368 at 01:40. Upon arrival in Tashkent at 08:15 local time, our private vehicle and guide waiting for us at the airport will start our city tour. Tashkent is the capital and largest city of Uzbekistan and one of the most important cultural, commercial, and industrial centers in Central Asia. With a history dating back to the 2nd century BC, Tashkent has hosted many civilizations throughout history and has been one of the important points of the Silk Road. This city, where the modern and traditional blend together, stands out with its historical structures and dynamic city life. During our city tour, we will see the Barak Khan Madrasa, the Kaffal Shashi Mausoleum, the Tilla Sheikh Mosque, the original copy of the Holy Quran from the period of Hazrat Osman located in the Directorate of Religious Affairs, the Kukeldash Madrasa, the famous Tashkent Metro, and the renowned Tashkent Bazaar. After the tour, transfer to our hotel and free time. Dinner and overnight at the hotel. Day 2 Tashkent – Samarkand After breakfast at the hotel, we depart for Samarkand. Located at a strategic point on the Silk Road, this historic city is the cultural and commercial center of Central Asia and one of the oldest and most enchanting cities of Uzbekistan. Places we will visit include Hazrat Imam Maturidi, Hazrat Ubaydullah Ahrar, Afrosiyab Archaeological Museum, paper workshops where production is carried out using 8th-century techniques, Gur-e Amir (Emir Timur), Registan Square, Ulugh Beg Madrasa, Ulugh Beg Observatory, Sher-Dor Madrasa, Tilla Kari Madrasa, Kukeldash Madrasa, Siyab Bazaar, and Shah-i-Zinda Mausoleum. After the tour, transfer to our hotel and free time. Dinner and overnight at the hotel. Day 3 Samarkand – Bukhara After breakfast at the hotel, we depart for Bukhara. Bukhara is one of Uzbekistan’s oldest and most historic cities and holds great importance as Central Asia’s cultural and religious center. With its history spanning thousands of years, Bukhara has been an important city of education and culture in the Islamic world. Listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, Bukhara resembles an open-air museum with its historic buildings, madrasas, mosques, and baths. During the city tour, the places we will see include Lyabi-Hauz Mosque, the Jewish Quarter, the Poi Kalyan Complex, the Kalyan Minaret built by the Karakhanids, the first Turkic-Islamic state, the Mir Arab Madrasa, Ulugh Beg Madrasa, and the Chor Minor Madrasa. After the tour, transfer to our hotel and free time. Dinner and overnight at the hotel. Day 4 Bukhara – Khiva After breakfast at the hotel, departure for Khiva, the heart of Khorezm. Upon arrival in Khiva, we check into our hotel and have free time. At the time determined by our guide, we will have dinner among Khiva’s unique architectural beauties. After dinner, we take a magical walk through the streets of Khiva, once a special stop for exhausting desert journeys. After the excursion, accommodation at our hotel in Khiva. Day 5 Khiva After breakfast at the hotel, our Khiva city tour begins. During the city tour in this beautiful city, we will visit Itchan Kala, listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and the ancient Khiva fortress Kunya-Ark, as well as the Juma Mosque, Islam Khodja madrasa and minaret, Allah Quli Khan Madrasa, Muhammad Amin Khan Madrasa, Muhammad Rahim Khan Madrasa, Shergazi Khan Madrasa, Pahlavan Darvaza Gate, and Tas Khauli Caravanserai. After the tour, free time for shopping in Khiva’s enchanting bazaars. Dinner and overnight at our hotel in Khiva. Day 6 Khiva – Urgench – Istanbul After an early breakfast and hotel check-out, transfer to the airport at the time determined by our guide. After baggage, ticket, and passport procedures, depart for Istanbul on Turkish Airlines flight TK263 at 08:45. Upon arrival at 11:10 local time, the tour ends.
