1st Day ISTANBUL – ROME (ROME MASTERPIECES & VATICAN ALBANO LAKE & NEMI STRAWBERRY VILLAGE & OUTLET)

We meet at the international departures terminal of Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen Airport three hours before the flight. After luggage, ticket, and boarding procedures, we will take our flight to Rome with AJet Airlines. After our arrival, we will have a panoramic city tour of Rome with our private bus that will be waiting for us at the airport. Guests who wish can join the optional extra tour of Rome masterpieces & Vatican (St. Peter's) and Albano Lake & Nemi Strawberry Village & Outlet (95 Euros). During our tour, we will see the Castel Sant’Angelo, where Cem Sultan was imprisoned, the Venice Square where Mussolini addressed the public, the II. Vittorio Emanuele monument, the Colosseum, which hosted gladiatorial battles, the Trevi Fountain made famous by the film Sweet Life, and the Spanish Steps with its 135 steps and submerged boat fountain. Then we will continue to visit Castel Gondolfo, known as Nemi Village, with its colorful houses adorned with flowers, stone streets, and charming shops selling the famous natural strawberries, where you will feel like in a fairy tale with stunning lake views. During our visit to Castel Gondolfo, situated by the shores of Lake Albano, we will see the Pope’s summer palace in this area and take a walk. In this unique town that has been used as a summer residence by many Roman emperors in history, we will take a small journey through history. Afterward, we will move to the outlet for shopping. 2nd Day ROME – (NAPLES & POMPEII)

After breakfast at the hotel, free time. Guests who wish can join the optional extra tour of Naples & Pompeii (95 Euros). In our Naples city tour, we will see Plebiscito Square, the Royal Palace built in the 17th century, Castel Nuovo (New Castle), the Basilica of San Francesco di Paola inspired by San Pietro Square and Pantheon in Rome, the Galleria Umberto I with shops, the Teatro di San Carlo built in 1737 and listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site, and Naples Harbor. Then, we will visit Pompeii, one of the world's most famous archaeological sites, located at the foot of Mount Vesuvius, which destroyed the city in AD 79. After long-term excavations by archaeologists starting in 1748, the city was uncovered in all its liveliness. Among the sights we will see are the Basilica, the Forum, the House of Fauna, restaurants, baths, and bakeries. After the tour, we will transfer back to your hotel in Rome. 3rd Day ROME – FLORENCE (PISA & SAN GIMIGNANO)

After breakfast at the hotel, we will move to Florence. After our arrival, we will have a panoramic city tour of Florence. During our tour, we will see the Arno River that divides Florence, the Ponte Vecchio bridge famous for its jewelers, Palazzo Vecchio where the Medici Family ruled Florence, Piazza Della Signoria hosting the statues of Hercules and David, the Duomo of Santa Maria del Fiore which has the 3rd highest dome in Italy and the famous Baptistery. Guests who wish can join the optional extra tour of Pisa & San Gimignano (50 Euros). Our tour will take us to see the Leaning Tower of Pisa and the Miracoli Square, then we will explore San Gimignano, a medieval town surrounded by the world's finest and varied vineyards and famous for its porcini and truffle cheese, dating back to the 14th century and surrounded by walls. 4th Day FLORENCE – (CINQUE TERRE & PORTOFINO)

After breakfast at the hotel, free time. Guests who wish can join the optional extra tour of Cinque Terre & Portofino (130 Euros). We set off towards La Spezia. Upon arrival, we will take the local train to start discovering the Cinque Terre villages, which are like pearls strung along the Ligurian coast and listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. In this unique geography resembling a postcard, we will experience unforgettable moments with its pastel-colored houses blending with the sea, landscapes on steep rocks, and narrow streets. During our tour, we will visit the Manarola village surrounded by terraced vineyards and the romantic Vernazza village built on the cliffs leading to the sea, taking photo breaks and free time to capture the spirit of the region. Guests can take short walks by the sea and enjoy the flavors unique to the Italian Riviera at small cafes. Then we will move to Portofino. After a pleasant 30-minute boat ride from the Santa Margherita Ligure town surrounded by lush hills, we will reach Portofino, famous for its colorful houses and luxury marina. You can stroll along the coast and enjoy coffee at cafes capturing the essence of this charming seaside village. After the tour, we will transfer back to our hotel in Florence and have free time. 5th Day FLORENCE – (VERONA & LAKE GARDA) – VENICE

After breakfast at the hotel, we will depart for Venice. Guests who wish can join the optional extra tour of Verona & Lake Garda (50 Euros) organized by the guide. We will move towards Verona, one of the most impressive cities in Northern Italy. Verona presents a blend of history, romance, and the Italian lifestyle with its magnificent arena from the Roman period, stone bridges from the Middle Ages, and lively squares. During our tour, we will see the symbolic points of the city, taking a pleasant exploration in its narrow streets. Then, we will proceed towards Lake Garda, one of the largest and most impressive lakes in Northern Italy. We will enjoy pleasant moments surrounded by nature with the view of the lakes at the foothills of the Alps, and we will have free time by the lakeside to savor this peaceful atmosphere. 6th Day VENICE (QUEEN OF ADRIATIC VENICE AND GONDOLA TOUR)

After breakfast at the hotel, free time. Guests who wish can join the optional extra Adriatic Queen Venice and Gondola Tour (95 Euros - Vaporetto and city entrance fees included). During our tour in Venice, commentary will be provided on the Vaporetto while we see key iconic monuments, such as St. Mark's Square made of stone and marble with columns brought from Istanbul, St. Mark's Basilica, the Doge's Palace symbolizing glory and power, the Clock Tower, the Bridge of Sighs, and the historic Campanille Bell Tower. Guests who wish can join the optional extra tour of Murano & Burano (45 Euros). Murano and Burano Islands are two separate islands in Venice. Both islands are popular due to their unique characteristics. Murano Island is famous for glass craftsmanship, while Burano Island has a different reputation for lace embroidery and lace craftsmanship. Especially Burano Island stands out for its five-island appearance. These islands are connected by bridges. After the tour, we will transfer back to your hotel in Venice and have free time for rest. 7th Day VENICE – (LAKE COMO & LAKE LUGANO) – MILAN

After breakfast at the hotel, we will depart for Milan. Afterward, we will have a panoramic city tour of Milan. We will see the Duomo of Milan, the 2nd largest cathedral in Italy which took 500 years to complete, the fortress, and the Galleria Vittorio Emmanuele, home to the world’s most famous fashion stores. Guests who wish can join the optional extra tour of Lake Como & Lake Lugano (50 Euros). Lugano Lake, presenting a refined mixture of Swiss and Italian at the foothills of the Alps, will enchant you with its turquoise waters, palm trees, and postcard-like views. Then we will proceed to our Como tour. Renowned for its luxurious lifestyle and natural beauties, Lake Como hosts summer homes of Hollywood stars and European elites. After the tour, we will transfer back to your hotel in Milan and have free time for rest. Accommodation at our hotel.

8th Day MILAN – BERGAMO – ISTANBUL

After early morning check-out procedures at our hotel, we will transfer to Bergamo Airport at the time specified by your guide. After luggage and passport procedures, we will take our flight with Ajet Airlines to Sabiha Gökçen Airport. With our arrival in Istanbul, our tour and services come to an end.

Need to Know
GENERAL TERMS 1- General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently of the tour program. 2- If sufficient participation for the trip cannot be provided, Wtatil may cancel the tour up to 21 days before the tour date. In this case, the cancellation information will be communicated to the guest. The full amount of the tour fee will be refunded to the guest. For additional services purchased outside the tour; domestic connecting flights purchased from Wtatil will also be refunded to the guest, but if visa services or travel health insurance have already been used for a visa application on behalf of the guest, these services cannot be refunded since they have been used. If the guest has purchased the domestic connecting flight from a different service provider independent of Wtatil, they cannot request any refund from Wtatil in case the trip is canceled by Wtatil. The guest acknowledges and accepts in advance the potential financial and moral losses resulting from the cancellation of the tour and cannot hold Wtatil responsible. 3- In case sufficient participation for the trip cannot be provided, Wtatil has the right to show goodwill by not canceling the tour. In this case, since the tour will be provided individually for the guest, the included guide service will only cover the international arrival-departure transfers. Cancellation and Change 4- Guests have the right to cancel without penalty by notifying Wtatil in writing up to 30 days before the date of the tour, except for airline tickets that have already been paid and/or contracted with the airline. If there are less than 31 days left until the start date of the trip, the guest may cancel by paying a penalty fee of 50% of the remaining tour fee. If there are 15 days or less until the start date of the trip, they may cancel by paying the full tour fee as a penalty. In case of a cancellation request, the refund terms for additional services such as domestic connections, visa services, and travel health insurance may vary based on the duration of the cancellation request, so it is necessary to inquire in advance about the refund policy. Wtatil cannot guarantee the refund of additional services. Guiding Services and Extra Tours 5- The days and hours of the tours specified in the program may be changed by the guide based on the status of open/closed museums and archaeological sites at the places to be visited and the weather conditions. Different guides may accompany guests during the tours. 6- The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are organized for the general introduction of the cities and are conducted in a panoramic manner from within the vehicle without including museum or archaeological site entries and last a maximum of 2-3 hours. Panoramic tours and other tours indicated in the program are not the responsibility of Wtatil if they cannot take place due to restrictions imposed by local authorities on the day and time of the tour or if they become impossible due to weather conditions. Some tours may be conducted via public transport or on foot where entry is prohibited due to closed roads or where vehicle access is not permitted. 7- Our guide may make changes to the days of city tours and/or additional tours based on the content of the tours, participant numbers, and the status of the closure of museums and archaeological sites. This also applies to any changes that may occur in flight times. 8- Important considerations for tours to be conducted with Speed Boats include avoiding heavy meals and excessive water intake immediately before boarding the boat. Guests with complaints of stomach, back, neck issues, as well as pregnant guests, should inform their guide of their conditions. 9- There are no refunds for services indicated in the prices, such as meal services, if guests do not participate. About Flights 10- Wtatil acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger, and in case of any disputes, the relevant provisions of Turkish law, the Hague Protocol, and the Warsaw Convention will apply. 11- There may be delays or changes in flight times for scheduled and charter flights. Wtatil is obliged to notify these changes as soon as possible. The passenger accepts the risk of changes/cancellations in flight times when purchasing the trip. 12- Children aged 0-2 only pay the airport tax fee. 13- According to airline regulations, if the outbound flight of a round-trip airline ticket is not used, the return flight is canceled by the airline. 14- Check-in and boarding procedures for those participating in tours by air are personal responsibilities, and these procedures must be carried out by the guest at the airport, at the relevant airline counters, or online on the airline's website prior to the flight. 15- Last-minute delays and gate changes during flights are announced vocally at airports and are displayed on the information boards at the airport. This information must be followed personally by the guests. 16- Wtatil is not responsible for guests who are not present at the indicated airport at the specified times according to airline regulations, do not complete check-in and boarding procedures on time, or complete them on time but do not board the plane. All expenses related to obtaining new round-trip airline tickets and necessary transfers for guests who miss the flight will be borne by them. 17- The general luggage weight for outgoing flights from Turkey is 20 kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline and the destination country. If there are domestic flights in the destination country, this luggage weight may decrease to 15 kg. Excess luggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not the responsibility of Wtatil. 18- For guests wishing to upgrade their airline tickets using miles (to business or first class); upgrade processes can be carried out based on the availability of the airline (check the airline you are a member of) after the tickets are issued. No mileage guarantee is provided for each flight. Check whether the tickets in the program are in upgradeable classes. 19- In some airlines, services for meals and online check-in may incur extra charges. Other Matters 20- Wtatil will not accept responsibility for any changes or cancellation transactions made directly by the guest with the hotel. In this case, Wtatil's cancellation conditions will apply. 21- In cases where hotel(s) are provided only by category information without specifying hotel names in the tour program and/or options are offered for the same destination, Wtatil will inform the guests 48 hours prior to the departure of the trip. 22- During special periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, and sports tournaments, hotels may be used at distances greater than the specified locations or km. In such cases, Wtatil will provide information 15 days prior to the departure date of the tour. 23- During the registration process for the purchased tour, the guest must enter/state their name as it appears on the passport, date of birth, and passport number correctly in the system. Flight tickets are issued according to this information. Penalties for ticket cancellations or changes due to incorrect information will be charged to the guests. 24- To use your mobile phone abroad, check whether your phone is enabled for international use before leaving Turkey by contacting your service provider. 25- The hotel check-in time is 15:00, and the check-out time is 12:00. 26- Requests related to the room (high floor, close to public areas, smoking/non-smoking, bed type) are communicated to the hotel by Wtatil. Every effort will be made to ensure that the reserved rooms align with the guest's preferences based on the availability of the hotel. The realization of these requests is contingent upon the hotel's availability at the time of check-in and can’t be guaranteed by Wtatil. 27- The breakfast served in hotels may differ from the rich Turkish breakfast to continental breakfast, generally consisting of limited options such as butter, jam, bread, and tea or coffee, and may be served in a separate area allocated for groups. 28- In some cases, a double bed may be provided instead of a twin-bedded room. Most European hotels offer rooms with two beds that can be combined if needed. 29- Child and extra bed policies may vary according to each hotel and room type. 30- All requests for extra beds and baby cots are subject to availability and must be confirmed by the hotel. 31- The capacity for extra beds or baby cots in the room is 1 (maximum). 32- In triple rooms, there is an application for extra beds; the bed designated for the third person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Extra beds consist of folding and/or coach beds. Guests acknowledge and accept that they are aware of the potential crowding and bed types because of extra beds in triple rooms and/or in reservations with children. 33- If the number of children staying with adults and the ages of the children are mistakenly declared in hotel reservations, the relevant hotels may charge additional fees. In such cases, the responsibility lies with the guest who made the incorrect declaration. Hotels may ask for identification to assess the ages of children. 34- In reservations with 2 adults and 1 child, there may not be a separate bed for the child. Child prices are valid only if the child is staying with two adults. Child discounts are valid only for "one child" staying in accordance with the age group next to two adults. 35- The daily currency exchange rates are reflected in the TL prices. Current rates apply at the time of payment. Additional requests, some extra services (minibar, ironing, etc.) received at the hotel are subject to extra charges. These expenses are not included in the purchase cost and are paid directly to the hotel during your stay. 36- Some countries may have different applications regarding city, tourism, or local taxes. Any city, tourism, or other taxes that are being applied will be collected from the guests by the hotel during check-in or check-out. 37- The travel distances provided in the programs are based on maps. Travel durations may be extended due to traffic, weather conditions, the geographical location of the country visited, road construction, and conditions. 38- Wtatil may change the order of cities in the program and/or the main airline to be flown without altering the content of the program as deemed necessary. 39- Personal belongings, bags, luggage, passports/identity cards of participants in the tour are under their own responsibility, and Wtatil is not responsible for forgotten/lost/stolen items. In case of the recovery of forgotten items, the expenses for delivery to the country and/or the person are the responsibility of the item owner. 40- Participants in the tour are required to carry their travel health insurance policy and any relevant medications and reports for any health issues. 41- A photo ID/passport and a credit card or cash deposit may be requested by the hotel for potential extra expenses at check-in. The refund of the deposit requested during check-out is a transaction between the hotel and the guest, and Wtatil has no intervention in this matter. Visa and Passport 42- There is no visa requirement for Turkish citizens. 43- Guests must ensure that their passports are valid for at least 6 months beyond the end date of travel. 44- To have the entry-exit stamp placed in your passport at customs crossings/borders, there must be at least 2 blank pages in your passport. 45- Being exempt from visa requirements for entry into the countries on this tour does not mean entry/exit will be permitted; the passport police have the authority to prevent entry/exit, and Wtatil is not responsible for this situation; the responsibility lies with the passenger. 46- Non-Turkish citizens or those holding dual citizenship who will participate in the tour using their other country's passport must personally check the visa procedures applied by the country they will be traveling to with the relevant consulates, otherwise, Wtatil will not be responsible for the consequences. 47- To avoid issues at the border customs with damaged, torn, wet, and/or similarly damaged passports, it is necessary to renew passports. Otherwise, the responsibility lies with the passenger. 48- Guests under 18 years of age who are traveling alone or accompanied by only one parent should be aware that the immigration officers may ask for a document demonstrating the joint consent of both parents at country entry-exits; thus, it is advised that minors and their parents pay attention to this matter.
