1. DAY                      ISTANBUL – BOLOGNA – ROME We meet our valued guests in front of the Turkish Airlines counter at the International Departures Terminal of Istanbul Airport. After baggage and ticket procedures, we depart on the scheduled Turkish Airlines flight. Upon arrival, we meet our private coach waiting for us at the airport and continue with a panoramic Rome city tour. During our city tour, we will see Castel Sant’Angelo, where Cem Sultan was imprisoned, Venice Square where Mussolini addressed the public, the Vittorio Emanuele II Monument, the Colosseum, which hosted gladiator fights, the Trevi Fountain made famous by the film La Dolce Vita, Spanish Steps consisting of 135 steps, and the ship-shaped fountain located at the Spanish Steps. After the tour, transfer to our hotel. Overnight at the hotel. 2. DAY                      ROME After breakfast at the hotel, free time. Guests who wish may join the extra tour organized by our guide, Outlet & Lakes Region & Vatican Tour (80€ per person). After visiting the natural beauty area where the popes spend their summer months and the village of Nemi, famous for its wild strawberries, we have free time for shopping at the Castel Romano Outlet, one of Italy’s most famous shopping centers. Afterwards, we head to St. Peter’s Square, regarded as the center of Christianity. Upon arrival, free time to visit the Basilica and the Square. Guests who wish may join the extra tour organized by our guide, Rome by Night Tour (35€ per person). Overnight at the hotel. *The extra tours offered today are combined operations. If purchased separately, transportation to the tour start/end points will be on an individual basis. 3. DAY                      ROME – FLORENCE After breakfast at the hotel, we depart for Florence. Guests who wish may join the en-route extra tour organized by our guide, Orvieto Tour (35€ per person). After visiting the ancient city center and Orvieto Duomo in Orvieto, which has an important place in Italy’s art and general history and features extraordinary natural beauty, we continue to Florence. Upon arrival, we take a panoramic Florence city tour. During our tour, we will see the Arno River that divides Florence into two, the Ponte Vecchio bridge famous for its jewelers, Palazzo Vecchio where the Medici Family ruled Florence, Piazza della Signoria, home to the masterpieces of Hercules and David, the Duomo of Santa Maria del Fiore with the 3rd highest dome in Italy, and the Baptistery famous for its doors. At the end of the tour, transfer to our hotel in Montecatini. Overnight at the hotel. 4. DAY                      FLORENCE After breakfast at the hotel, free time. Guests who wish may join the extra tour organized by our guide, Pisa & Portofino Tour (110€ per person). In this tour, after seeing the Leaning Tower of Pisa and the Piazza dei Miracoli, we travel by boat to the world-famous Portofino town, which is featured in songs. You will never get enough of this small settlement located within a national park. After the tour, transfer to the hotel. Overnight at the hotel. 5. DAY                      FLORENCE – VENICE After breakfast at the hotel, we set off for Venice. Guests who wish may join the en-route extra tour organized by our guide, Bologna Tour (35€ per person). In this tour, we will see Piazza Maggiore, regarded as Bologna’s center, Neptune Fountain located just behind the square, the Old Stock Exchange Building, Europe’s first university building, Quadrilatero (the old market), and the Garisenda and Asinelli Towers, which have become symbols of Bologna. After the tour, we continue to Venice. Upon arrival, we take a panoramic Venice city tour. After arriving at Tronchetto Square, we take a short boat ride to San Marco Square. During our city tour, we will see the famous St. Mark’s Square and Basilica, the Bridge of Sighs where prisoners took one last look at Venice before entering prison, the Grand Canal and the Rialto Bridge on it, the Doge’s Palace, the Bell and Clock Tower, and the Church of San Giorgio Maggiore. After the tour, free time. Guests who wish may join the optional Gondola Tour, the symbol of Venice, organized by our guide (40€ per person). After free time, transfer to the hotel. Overnight at the hotel. 6. DAY                      VENICE – BOLOGNA – ISTANBUL After breakfast at the hotel, transfer to Bologna Airport depending on the flight time. After completing baggage and check-in procedures, we depart for Istanbul on the scheduled Turkish Airlines flight. Upon arrival, the tour and our services come to an end.
