Day 1 ISTANBUL – MADRID – SALAMANCA – CIUDAD RODRIGO We meet at Istanbul Airport international departures terminal three hours before the flight. After baggage, ticket, and boarding procedures, we take our Turkish Airlines scheduled flight to Madrid, and after arrival we proceed to our private coach waiting for us at the airport. Our panoramic city tour begins. Places to be seen include Puerto del Sol, Plaza Mayor, Paseo de la Castellana, the bullring, Gran Via, and Plaza de Espana. We then depart with our guests for the Salamanca tour. During our city tour, after experiencing the magnificent atmosphere of Plaza Mayor, which is on the UNESCO World Heritage List, we will explore the historical areas of Salamanca University and get to know the city’s educational heritage closely. Then, by visiting Salamanca Cathedral, where you can see the elegance of Gothic and Renaissance architecture, we will discover the city’s historical and cultural fabric. At the end of the tour, we visit Ciudad Rodrigo. After seeing Ciudad Rodrigo, a medieval town with its walls, cathedral, and castle, transfer to our hotel and free time. Accommodation at our hotel. Day 2 CIUDAD RODRIGO – PORTO After breakfast at the hotel, we depart with our guests for Porto and begin our city tour. Places to be seen include Bento Station, Sao Francisco Church, the Stock Exchange Palace, Porto Cathedral, historical wine cellars, Liberty Square, Batalha Square, the Ribeira District, the city’s oldest and most typical settlement area, Torre dos Clérigos Tower, Santa Catarina, the city’s most famous shopping street, Don Luis I Bridge, Arrabida Bridge, and Boa Vista, the city’s new and modern district. At the end of the tour, transfer to our hotel in Porto and free time. Accommodation at our hotel. Day 3 PORTO – NAZARE – FATIMA – OBIDOS – LISBON After breakfast at the hotel, we depart with our guests for Lisbon. On the way, we will take our Obidos & Nazare & Fatima tour. On our tour, we visit Fatima, known as Portugal’s sacred place, Nazare, a charming fishing town with a beautiful coastline, and Obidos, with its two-story white houses and historic walls covered with ivy. After the tour, we head to Lisbon and, upon arrival, take a panoramic Lisbon city tour. Places to be seen on our tour include Rossio Square, Belem Tower, Monument to the Discoveries, Marquis of Pombal Square, Jeronimos Monastery, and Santa Justa Elevator. Day 4 LISBON – SINTRA – CABO DA ROCA – CASCAIS – ESTORIL After breakfast at the hotel, we set out for our Atlantic Beauties tour. First, while heading to the historic city of Sintra, we have the opportunity to see the magnificent views of the Sintra mountains accompanied by 19th-century romantic architecture and vibrant colors. Passing through the narrow and cobblestone streets of the UNESCO-protected historic city of Sintra, we visit its impressive fountains and walk through its hidden passages. Next, we are greeted by dramatic views and trails along the cliffs at Cabo da Roca, the westernmost point of mainland Europe. Then we go to Cascais, a seaside town on the Atlantic coast where the nobles of the 19th century used to spend their summer holidays. We end our tour in Estoril, located in the Portuguese Riviera, the most luxurious area of the Iberian Peninsula. With its luxury hotels, luxury beaches, and the famous Estoril Casino, Estoril will be one of the unique regions that will fascinate you with its glamorous lifestyle. After the tour, transfer to your Lisbon hotel and free time to rest. Accommodation at our hotel. Day 5 LISBON – HUELVA After breakfast at the hotel, we depart for Huelva and upon arrival, a Huelva city tour. On our tour, we will discover Huelva, located in southwestern Spain. This beautiful city in the Andalusia region is known for its historical and cultural richness. First, we will see La Merced Cathedral, one of the city’s most important historical structures. This Baroque-style cathedral will fascinate us with its impressive architecture. Then we will see the Monument to Columbus statue, connected to Christopher Columbus’s voyages to America. This monument is a symbol highlighting Huelva’s important role in the Age of Discovery. While walking around the city, we will encounter narrow streets and typical Andalusian houses. Later, we will walk along the Odiel River to discover Huelva’s natural beauty. After the tour, transfer to your hotel in Huelva and free time. Accommodation at our hotel. Day 6 HUELVA – RONDA – GRANADA After breakfast at the hotel, we depart with our guests for Ronda. Ronda is notable for being the last fortress in the peninsula to be surrendered by the Umayyads to the Spaniards as they withdrew. For this reason, it has been shaped by both Islamic and Christian influences and stands out with its enduring traces. Built on a large rock on both sides of a steep limestone ravine, it is a typical white Andalusian village and home to one of the oldest bullrings in the world. Places to be seen include Casa Del Rey Moro, Palacio Mondragon, and Puente Nuevo. At the end of the tour, transfer to our hotel in Granada and free time. Accommodation at our hotel. Day 7 GRANADA – ALHAMBRA – CORDOBA – SEVILLE After breakfast at the hotel, we take a panoramic Granada city tour. Among the places to be seen in the historic streets of Granada are Grand Via, La Rambla Square, the Arab Bazaar, and the Town Hall Square, with traces of the Umayyad and Abbasid periods. Then our guests may join the Alhambra Palace tour (subject to availability of the palace) (excluding harem entrance). On this tour, we will visit the Alhambra Palace, famous for its Arabesque architecture, pools, and gardens, and listed as a UNESCO World Cultural Heritage Site. Then we head to Cordoba. Upon arrival, a panoramic city tour. Cordoba is a wonderland with its astonishing architecture, glorious history, whitewashed walls, and winding streets. Located in the Andalusia region of southern Spain, Cordoba was one of the most populous cities in the world in the 10th and 11th centuries. In that period, this city, where Jews, Christians, and Muslims lived in peace, became one of Europe’s most important cultural centers thanks to the contributions of its important philosophers, scientists, and artists. During the Cordoba city tour, which is on the UNESCO World Cultural Heritage list, places we will see include the world’s 3rd largest mosque/cathedral, the Kurtuba Mosque – (panoramic) – Mezquita, the Alcazar Palace, and the Renaissance-era Jewish Quarter. After our tour, transfer to your hotel in Seville and free time. Accommodation at our hotel. Day 8 SEVILLE – MALAGA – ISTANBUL After breakfast at the hotel, check-out from the rooms and a panoramic Seville city tour. Places we will see include Spain Square, the Golden Tower, and the Maria Luisa Park, famous for its pools and gardens, as well as the Santa Cruz district. Then, at the time indicated by our guide, we transfer to Malaga airport. After baggage, ticket, and customs procedures, we depart for Istanbul on a Turkish Airlines scheduled flight. With our arrival at Istanbul Airport, our tour and services come to an end. Need to Know
GENERAL TERMS 1- General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently of the tour program. 2- If sufficient participation for the trip cannot be provided, Wtatil may cancel the tour up to 21 days before the tour date. In this case, the cancellation information will be communicated to the guest. The full amount of the tour fee will be refunded to the guest. For additional services purchased outside the tour; domestic connecting flights purchased from Wtatil will also be refunded to the guest, but if visa services or travel health insurance have already been used for a visa application on behalf of the guest, these services cannot be refunded since they have been used. If the guest has purchased the domestic connecting flight from a different service provider independent of Wtatil, they cannot request any refund from Wtatil in case the trip is canceled by Wtatil. The guest acknowledges and accepts in advance the potential financial and moral losses resulting from the cancellation of the tour and cannot hold Wtatil responsible. 3- In case sufficient participation for the trip cannot be provided, Wtatil has the right to show goodwill by not canceling the tour. In this case, since the tour will be provided individually for the guest, the included guide service will only cover the international arrival-departure transfers. Cancellation and Change 4- Guests have the right to cancel without penalty by notifying Wtatil in writing up to 30 days before the date of the tour, except for airline tickets that have already been paid and/or contracted with the airline. If there are less than 31 days left until the start date of the trip, the guest may cancel by paying a penalty fee of 50% of the remaining tour fee. If there are 15 days or less until the start date of the trip, they may cancel by paying the full tour fee as a penalty. In case of a cancellation request, the refund terms for additional services such as domestic connections, visa services, and travel health insurance may vary based on the duration of the cancellation request, so it is necessary to inquire in advance about the refund policy. Wtatil cannot guarantee the refund of additional services. Guiding Services and Extra Tours 5- The days and hours of the tours specified in the program may be changed by the guide based on the status of open/closed museums and archaeological sites at the places to be visited and the weather conditions. Different guides may accompany guests during the tours. 6- The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are organized for the general introduction of the cities and are conducted in a panoramic manner from within the vehicle without including museum or archaeological site entries and last a maximum of 2-3 hours. Panoramic tours and other tours indicated in the program are not the responsibility of Wtatil if they cannot take place due to restrictions imposed by local authorities on the day and time of the tour or if they become impossible due to weather conditions. Some tours may be conducted via public transport or on foot where entry is prohibited due to closed roads or where vehicle access is not permitted. 7- Our guide may make changes to the days of city tours and/or additional tours based on the content of the tours, participant numbers, and the status of the closure of museums and archaeological sites. This also applies to any changes that may occur in flight times. 8- Important considerations for tours to be conducted with Speed Boats include avoiding heavy meals and excessive water intake immediately before boarding the boat. Guests with complaints of stomach, back, neck issues, as well as pregnant guests, should inform their guide of their conditions. 9- There are no refunds for services indicated in the prices, such as meal services, if guests do not participate. About Flights 10- Wtatil acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger, and in case of any disputes, the relevant provisions of Turkish law, the Hague Protocol, and the Warsaw Convention will apply. 11- There may be delays or changes in flight times for scheduled and charter flights. Wtatil is obliged to notify these changes as soon as possible. The passenger accepts the risk of changes/cancellations in flight times when purchasing the trip. 12- Children aged 0-2 only pay the airport tax fee. 13- According to airline regulations, if the outbound flight of a round-trip airline ticket is not used, the return flight is canceled by the airline. 14- Check-in and boarding procedures for those participating in tours by air are personal responsibilities, and these procedures must be carried out by the guest at the airport, at the relevant airline counters, or online on the airline's website prior to the flight. 15- Last-minute delays and gate changes during flights are announced vocally at airports and are displayed on the information boards at the airport. This information must be followed personally by the guests. 16- Wtatil is not responsible for guests who are not present at the indicated airport at the specified times according to airline regulations, do not complete check-in and boarding procedures on time, or complete them on time but do not board the plane. All expenses related to obtaining new round-trip airline tickets and necessary transfers for guests who miss the flight will be borne by them. 17- The general luggage weight for outgoing flights from Turkey is 20 kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline and the destination country. If there are domestic flights in the destination country, this luggage weight may decrease to 15 kg. Excess luggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not the responsibility of Wtatil. 18- For guests wishing to upgrade their airline tickets using miles (to business or first class); upgrade processes can be carried out based on the availability of the airline (check the airline you are a member of) after the tickets are issued. No mileage guarantee is provided for each flight. Check whether the tickets in the program are in upgradeable classes. 19- In some airlines, services for meals and online check-in may incur extra charges. Other Matters 20- Wtatil will not accept responsibility for any changes or cancellation transactions made directly by the guest with the hotel. In this case, Wtatil's cancellation conditions will apply. 21- In cases where hotel(s) are provided only by category information without specifying hotel names in the tour program and/or options are offered for the same destination, Wtatil will inform the guests 48 hours prior to the departure of the trip. 22- During special periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, and sports tournaments, hotels may be used at distances greater than the specified locations or km. In such cases, Wtatil will provide information 15 days prior to the departure date of the tour. 23- During the registration process for the purchased tour, the guest must enter/state their name as it appears on the passport, date of birth, and passport number correctly in the system. Flight tickets are issued according to this information. Penalties for ticket cancellations or changes due to incorrect information will be charged to the guests. 24- To use your mobile phone abroad, check whether your phone is enabled for international use before leaving Turkey by contacting your service provider. 25- The hotel check-in time is 15:00, and the check-out time is 12:00. 26- Requests related to the room (high floor, close to public areas, smoking/non-smoking, bed type) are communicated to the hotel by Wtatil. Every effort will be made to ensure that the reserved rooms align with the guest's preferences based on the availability of the hotel. The realization of these requests is contingent upon the hotel's availability at the time of check-in and can’t be guaranteed by Wtatil. 27- The breakfast served in hotels may differ from the rich Turkish breakfast to continental breakfast, generally consisting of limited options such as butter, jam, bread, and tea or coffee, and may be served in a separate area allocated for groups. 28- In some cases, a double bed may be provided instead of a twin-bedded room. Most European hotels offer rooms with two beds that can be combined if needed. 29- Child and extra bed policies may vary according to each hotel and room type. 30- All requests for extra beds and baby cots are subject to availability and must be confirmed by the hotel. 31- The capacity for extra beds or baby cots in the room is 1 (maximum). 32- In triple rooms, there is an application for extra beds; the bed designated for the third person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Extra beds consist of folding and/or coach beds. Guests acknowledge and accept that they are aware of the potential crowding and bed types because of extra beds in triple rooms and/or in reservations with children. 33- If the number of children staying with adults and the ages of the children are mistakenly declared in hotel reservations, the relevant hotels may charge additional fees. In such cases, the responsibility lies with the guest who made the incorrect declaration. Hotels may ask for identification to assess the ages of children. 34- In reservations with 2 adults and 1 child, there may not be a separate bed for the child. Child prices are valid only if the child is staying with two adults. Child discounts are valid only for "one child" staying in accordance with the age group next to two adults. 35- The daily currency exchange rates are reflected in the TL prices. Current rates apply at the time of payment. Additional requests, some extra services (minibar, ironing, etc.) received at the hotel are subject to extra charges. These expenses are not included in the purchase cost and are paid directly to the hotel during your stay. 36- Some countries may have different applications regarding city, tourism, or local taxes. Any city, tourism, or other taxes that are being applied will be collected from the guests by the hotel during check-in or check-out. 37- The travel distances provided in the programs are based on maps. Travel durations may be extended due to traffic, weather conditions, the geographical location of the country visited, road construction, and conditions. 38- Wtatil may change the order of cities in the program and/or the main airline to be flown without altering the content of the program as deemed necessary. 39- Personal belongings, bags, luggage, passports/identity cards of participants in the tour are under their own responsibility, and Wtatil is not responsible for forgotten/lost/stolen items. In case of the recovery of forgotten items, the expenses for delivery to the country and/or the person are the responsibility of the item owner. 40- Participants in the tour are required to carry their travel health insurance policy and any relevant medications and reports for any health issues. 41- A photo ID/passport and a credit card or cash deposit may be requested by the hotel for potential extra expenses at check-in. The refund of the deposit requested during check-out is a transaction between the hotel and the guest, and Wtatil has no intervention in this matter. Visa and Passport 42- There is no visa requirement for Turkish citizens. 43- Guests must ensure that their passports are valid for at least 6 months beyond the end date of travel. 44- To have the entry-exit stamp placed in your passport at customs crossings/borders, there must be at least 2 blank pages in your passport. 45- Being exempt from visa requirements for entry into the countries on this tour does not mean entry/exit will be permitted; the passport police have the authority to prevent entry/exit, and Wtatil is not responsible for this situation; the responsibility lies with the passenger. 46- Non-Turkish citizens or those holding dual citizenship who will participate in the tour using their other country's passport must personally check the visa procedures applied by the country they will be traveling to with the relevant consulates, otherwise, Wtatil will not be responsible for the consequences. 47- To avoid issues at the border customs with damaged, torn, wet, and/or similarly damaged passports, it is necessary to renew passports. Otherwise, the responsibility lies with the passenger. 48- Guests under 18 years of age who are traveling alone or accompanied by only one parent should be aware that the immigration officers may ask for a document demonstrating the joint consent of both parents at country entry-exits; thus, it is advised that minors and their parents pay attention to this matter.
