- Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are organized for the general introduction of cities and are panoramic tours conducted with guidance from inside the vehicle, without including entrance to museums and historical sites, lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours. If panoramic tours cannot be conducted because local authorities do not allow visiting, entry, or due to closed roads caused by any activity, as well as if it is impossible to conduct the tour due to weather conditions, Wtatil is not responsible for these unavailable tours. Some tours may be conducted via public transport or on foot due to closed roads or points where vehicle entry is not allowed.

- Our guide may change the days of city tours and/or additional tours, depending on the content of our tours, the number of participants, and the status of museums and historical sites being closed. This also applies to potential changes in flight times.

About Flights

- Wtatil acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the airline, and in cases of disputes, the relevant provisions of Turkish legislation, as well as the Hague Protocol and the Warsaw Convention, will apply.

- There may be delays or changes in flight times for scheduled and charter flights. Wtatil is obligated to notify these changes as soon as possible. The passenger has purchased the trip acknowledging the risk of changes/cancellations in flight times.

- Children aged 0-2 only pay the airport tax fee.

- According to airline rules; if the outbound flight of a round-trip plane ticket is not used, the return flight is canceled by the airline.

- Check-in and boarding procedures for individuals participating in tours with flights are personal responsibilities, and these must be carried out by the guests at the airport, at the relevant airline counters, or online on the airline companies' websites prior to the flight.

- Last-minute delays and gate changes during flights are announced verbally at the airports and displayed on the information boards in the area. This information must be monitored by the guests themselves.

- Wtatil is not responsible for guests who are not present at the specified airport during the hours notified in accordance with airline rules, who do not complete check-in and boarding procedures on time, or who complete check-in and boarding procedures on time but do not board the flight. All expenses related to obtaining new departure-return tickets and transfers in the destination area for guests who miss their flight will be their own responsibility.

- The general baggage weight for flights departing from Turkey is 20 kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline and destination country. If there are domestic flights in the destination country, this baggage weight may drop to 15 kg. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not the responsibility of Wtatil.

- For our guests wishing to upgrade their tickets with miles (to business or first class); upgrade procedures can be carried out by the airline (please check the airline you are a member of) based on availability after tickets are issued. A mileage guarantee is not provided for every flight. Please check if the program's tickets are from a class that can be upgraded.

- Some airlines may charge extra for food and drink and online check-in services.

Other Matters

- Wtatil will not accept any responsibility for changes or cancellations made directly by the guest by contacting the hotel. In this case, Wtatil's cancellation conditions will apply.

- In cases where hotels are listed only with category information or options are presented for the same destination without specifying hotel names in the tour program, the hotel name will be notified to the guest by Wtatil 48 hours before the start of the trip.

- During special periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, and sports tournaments, hotels may be used at distances further than the specified locations or kilometers. In such cases, Wtatil will inform the guest 15 days before the travel date.

- When registering for the purchased tour, the guest must correctly enter/declare the name as it appears on the passport, date of birth, and passport number in the system. Airline tickets are issued based on this information. Any penalties arising from incorrect information leading to the cancellation or change of airline tickets will be charged to the guests.

- To use mobile phones abroad, please check with your service provider before leaving Turkey to ensure that your phone is open for international use.

- The check-in time for accommodation at hotels is at 15:00, and the check-out time is at 12:00.

- Wtatil will communicate room-related requests (high floor, close to common areas, smoking/non-smoking, bed type) to the hotel. Every effort will be made to ensure that reserved rooms correspond to the guests' preferences according to the hotel's availability. The fulfillment of these requests depends on the availability at check-in and cannot be guaranteed by Wtatil.

- Breakfast offered at hotels may differ from the rich breakfast commonly found in Turkish cuisine. Generally, it is served as a continental breakfast consisting of limited options such as butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate dining room designated for groups.

- In some cases, there may be a double bed instead of a twin room. Most European hotels provide rooms with 2 beds that can be combined when necessary.

- The child and extra bed policy may vary by hotel and room type.

- Any extra beds and baby cribs are provided upon request and based on hotel availability and must be approved by the hotel.

- The maximum capacity of extra beds or baby cribs in the room is 1 (one).

- In triple rooms, there is the application of an extra bed, and the bed allocated for the 3rd person in these types of rooms is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. The extra beds may consist of folding beds and beds called coach beds. Our guests acknowledge that they accept any potential tightness in the rooms due to extra beds added to standard rooms and the type of beds in reservations for triple rooms and/or with children.

- If the number of children and their ages staying with adults in hotel reservations are falsely declared by our guests, the relevant hotels may charge additional fees. In such cases, the responsibility lies with the guest who made the incorrect declaration. The hotel may request identification to verify the ages of the children.

- In reservations of 2 adults + 1 child, there may not be a separate bed for the child. Child prices are only valid if the child is staying with two adults. Child discounts are valid for one "single child" staying with two adults in the age group.

- Daily currency exchange is reflected in TL prices. The exchange rates valid at the time of payment apply. Additional requests and extra services you obtain at the hotel (minibar, ironing, etc.) will be subject to extra charges by the hotel. These expenses are not included in the price at the time of purchase and are paid directly to the hotel during your stay.

- Some countries have different applications regarding city, tourism, or local taxes. All such city, tourism, or other taxes that are applied will be collected from the guests by the hotel upon entry or exit.

- The travel distances provided in the programs are based on maps. Travel times may extend due to traffic, weather conditions, geographical location of the country visited, road works, and conditions.

- Wtatil may, in cases of necessity or as deemed appropriate, change the order of cities in the program without altering the content of the program and change the main airline to be flown.

- Guests participating in the tour are solely responsible for their personal belongings, bags, suitcases, passports/identities, and Wtatil is not responsible for any forgotten/lost/stolen items. In cases where forgotten items are found, the expenses for delivering them to the country and/or person will be borne by the owner of the item.

- Guests participating in the tour are required to carry their travel health insurance policies and any medications and reports for existing health issues.

- For possible extra expenses, official photo identification/passport and credit card or cash deposits may be requested by the hotel at check-in. The deposit requested at check-out is a transaction between the hotel and the guest, and Wtatil has no intervention in this matter.

Visa and Passport

- Guests must ensure that their passports are valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel's conclusion.

- At customs crossings/border gates, to ensure an entry-exit stamp is embossed on your passport, there must be at least 2 blank pages in the passport.

- Being exempt from visa requirements for the countries in this tour does not mean that entry/exit to the country will be possible; the passport police have the authority to refuse you entry into or exit from the country, and Wtatil is not responsible for this situation; the responsibility lies with the passenger.

- Guests who are not Turkish citizens or have dual citizenship and will be participating in the tour using another country's passport must inquire directly with the relevant consulates regarding the visa procedures applied by the country they will be traveling to. Wtatil will not be responsible for any outcomes resulting from failure to do so.

- In order to avoid issues with customs police at the border crossing of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet, and/or similarly damaged passports; passports must be renewed. Otherwise, the responsibility lies with the passenger.

- Guests under 18 years of age are advised to be aware of the likelihood that a joint consent document from both parents may be requested by the police officials at country entry-exit points when traveling alone or with only one parent. We recommend that guests under 18 and their parents pay attention to this matter.
