ISTANBUL – BERGAMO – MILAN
After arriving at Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen Airport’s International Terminal and completing baggage drop-off, ticketing, and passport control procedures 3 hours before departure, we fly to Milan on Pegasus Airlines scheduled flight PC1213 at 14:20. Upon arrival at Milan Bergamo Airport at 16:10 local time, we head to Milan city center to carry out our city tour. Milan, one of Europe’s fashion capitals, also stands out for its cuisine, opera, and churches. Although known as Italy’s business and financial capital, Milan is also the right destination for shopping and dining experiences. During our city tour, famous sights such as the La Scala opera house, Duomo Square and Cathedral, and Porta Romano are among the main places to be seen. At the end of the Milan city tour, we transfer to our hotel in the Milan region. Upon arrival at the hotel, room assignment and free time to rest.
MILAN – (Como & Lugano Tour) – ST. MORITZ – HEIDI’S VILLAGES – ALSACE/BASEL
After breakfast and check-out from the hotel, we head to St. Moritz. On the way, guests who wish may join the optional Como & Lugano Tour (80 Euro). In our tour, we first travel to Como. Upon arrival, we visit Lake Como, famous for hosting the summer residences of Hollywood celebrities, European elites, and the world jet set, and we take a photo break accompanied by the lake’s unique scenery. After a short free time in Como, we arrive in Lugano. In our tour, we take a peaceful walk along Lake Lugano, located within Switzerland, and enjoy the stunning nature and remarkable views that will captivate us. At the end of the tour, we continue our journey to St. Moritz. We arrive in St. Moritz, Switzerland’s natural wonder and a favorite destination of the jet set. After free time and a short orientation tour, we continue toward our hotel in the Alsace/Basel region. Following a panoramic journey through the scenery of Heidi’s Villages, featuring vast mountains and green meadows in the Alps—the memorable setting from the cartoon of our beloved heroine Heidi, who lived in the Alps with her grandfather and her closest friend Peter—we arrive at our hotel in the Alsace/Basel region and have free time for room assignment and rest.
ALSACE / BASEL – (Alsace Pearls: Colmar & Riquewihr Tour) – STRASBOURG – FREIBURG – ALSACE / BASEL
After breakfast, we head to Strasbourg. On the way, guests who wish may join the optional Alsace Pearls: Colmar & Riquewihr Tour (80 Euro). In our tour, we first go to the fairy-tale town of Colmar, where we will see the Old Customs House, Pfister House, and the city’s most famous district, Petite Venise (Little Venice), with its colorful houses around the Rhine River. In the unique atmosphere surrounded by the Rhine River and canals, you will have the opportunity to enjoy many delicious foods according to your taste as well as purchase souvenirs. Our next stop in the tour is Riquewihr, famous for its vineyards, flower-filled balconies, distinctive row of shops, car-free cobblestone streets, buildings that somehow survived World War II without damage, and charming cafés; with its tower housing the Dolder Museum, which preserves the town’s story through documents, it will feel like a Grimm fairy tale. After our visit in Riquewihr, we continue our journey to Strasbourg. Located at the border of Germany, Switzerland, and France, and also the largest city in the Alsace region, Strasbourg welcomes us like a painting straight out of a fairy tale. Added to the UNESCO World Heritage List in 1988 and hosting the European Parliament since 1992, Strasbourg’s car-free center and streets will be explored on foot during our panoramic city tour; Gutenberg Square and Statue, Notre Dame Cathedral, the city’s most important structure at its very heart, and Kammerzell House, the oldest house in the city and still operating today as a hotel and restaurant, are among the places we will see. After free time following the Strasbourg tour, we head to Freiburg, one of the finest examples of green urbanism. In Freiburg, where only low-carbon vehicles have been allowed to enter since 2010 and transportation is largely by tram and bicycle, we will see the traces of the historical and architectural cultures of Germany, France, Austria, Spain, and Sweden, which have all influenced the city throughout history. Also known as the capital of the Black Forest (Schwarzwald), our city tour in Freiburg includes the Freiburg Cathedral, the city’s most important symbol, the charming streets with Freiburg’s unique small water channels, Martin’s Gate, the medieval city gate, and Rathausplatz. After the tour, we return to our hotel in the Alsace region.
ALSACE / BASEL – BERN – (Switzerland Alpine Villages by Train: Interlaken & Lauterbrunnen Tour) – GENEVA
After breakfast and hotel check-out, we head to Bern. Bern is one of the very few cities in Europe that has remained unchanged since the Middle Ages. Due to this historical texture, it is included in the UNESCO World Heritage List. Located within Switzerland and with German as its official language, Bern’s architecture also reflects German cultural influence. After our tour in Bern, guests will have free time and those who wish may join the optional Switzerland Alpine Villages by Train: Interlaken & Lauterbrunnen Tour (80 Euro). Our first stop on this tour is Interlaken. Named “inter-lakes” because it is situated between Lake Brienz and Lake Thun, Interlaken is famous for its natural beauty and the mesmerizing views associated with it. The region’s important hotels, casinos, and shopping streets are along our walking tour route. Victoria Jungfrau Hotel, one of the city’s historical symbols, and Höhematte Park are among the places we will see panoramically. After free time for photos and sightseeing, we move to the train station to head to our next stop, Lauterbrunnen. After approximately a 20-minute train journey from Interlaken, we arrive in Lauterbrunnen. We will feel the deep structure of the valley and the steep rock walls as soon as we leave the station. While walking toward the village center, we will see the enchanting Staubbach Falls cascading down toward the valley floor panoramically and have the chance to photograph it. Lauterbrunnen is known for its small settlements lined along the valley, home to 72 waterfalls, and its walking paths. On our walking tour along the designated route inside the village, we will photograph the traditional chalet architecture of the region, the natural formations surrounding the valley floor, and the wonderful natural landscapes that feel like heaven. We return to Interlaken and complete our tour. After the tour, we head to Geneva and upon arrival we arrange our city tour. Geneva, known as “the French side of Switzerland,” is a magnificent city located on the shores of Lake Geneva, where history, culture, science, and nature come together. The presence of the headquarters of international organizations in Geneva (CERN, the World Health Organization, UEFA, FIFA, the United Nations) gives the city a central cultural and administrative importance. During our visit to Geneva, where museums, parks, historic monuments, streets, and clean air come together, the main places to be seen are St. Pierre Cathedral, the Jet d’Eau fountain, which has become the symbol of Geneva and rises up to 140 meters, and the Reformation Wall. After the city tour, we arrive at our hotel in the Geneva region. Upon arrival at the hotel, room assignment and free time to rest.
GENEVA – (Annecy Tour) – NICE
After breakfast and hotel check-out, we depart for Nice. On the way, guests who wish may join the optional Annecy Tour (50 Euro). Known as the “Venice of the Alps” thanks to the canals flowing through it and the Thiou River, Annecy captivates visitors with its canal-based structure and its extraordinary location between mountains and a lake. During our visit, the Château d’Annecy, built in the 17th century and restored in 1947, St. Maurice Church, and the Palais de l’Isle, a favorite spot for photography enthusiasts, will be seen panoramically. After a short free time offered on the shores of Lake Annecy, the third largest lake in France, we complete our tour and continue our journey to Nice. Upon arrival at our hotel in the Nice region, room assignment and free time to rest.
NICE – (Cannes & Nice Tour) – (Eze & Monaco & Monte Carlo Tour)
After breakfast, we offer a full day of free time. During this free time, guests who wish may join the optional Cannes & Nice Tour (70 Euro). In this tour, we first head to Cannes. Famous for hosting the annual Cannes Film Festival, Cannes has a sparkling sea and golden beaches. During our city tour, we first see the old town, the city’s first settlement. During a walk through its narrow, winding, and traffic-free streets, we will have the chance to see souvenir shops and shop. After our visit to the La Croisette Boulevard, which stretches along the Cannes coastline and is home to many luxury restaurants, shops, and hotels, and Meynadier Street, we enjoy free time and then arrive in Nice. During our Nice tour, the sights include Promenade des Anglais, Nice Harbor, Massena Square, the Flower Market, and the Courthouse. During the free time following the Nice tour, guests who wish may join the optional Eze & Monaco & Monte Carlo Tour (80 Euro). On this tour, our first stop is Eze Village, one of the most famous villages on the magnificent coastline of the Côte d’Azur, where we visit a perfume factory where you can test beautifully famous perfumes and buy them at affordable prices. After the tour, our second stop is Monaco, the world’s second smallest country after the Vatican, located on the French Riviera. Upon arrival, we will carry out our panoramic city tour of Monte Carlo, the center of luxury and splendor. After the tour, we return to our hotel in the Nice region.
NICE – (Portofino by Boat Tour) – OUTLET – MILAN
After breakfast and hotel check-out, we set off toward Milan. On the way, guests who wish may join the optional Portofino by Boat Tour (65 Euro). Surrounded by colorful houses, Portofino is a place of remarkable beauty that inspired songs with its charm. Its narrow streets, colorful houses, green hills, and turquoise Mediterranean scenery make it a truly captivating destination. After our Portofino visit, we continue our journey to Milan. Along the way, we will visit an outlet center. After free time for pleasant and affordable shopping at the famous outlet center, which hosts prestigious stores, cafés, restaurants, and leisure areas in Italy, the country that sets global fashion trends, we arrive at our hotel in the Milan region. Upon arrival at the hotel, room assignment and free time to rest.
MILAN – BERGAMO – ISTANBUL
After breakfast and hotel check-out, we depart for Bergamo Airport for our return flight to Istanbul. Upon arrival at the airport, after completing baggage drop-off, check-in, and passport control procedures, we fly to Istanbul on Pegasus Airlines scheduled flight PC1212 at 11:45. Arrival at Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen Airport at 15:25 local time and end of the tour.
