ISTANBUL – STUTTGART – STRASBOURG – (Colmar Tour) – FREIBURG – ALSACE/BASEL We arrive at Istanbul Airport International Terminal 3 hours before the flight, complete baggage drop-off, ticketing, and passport control, and then fly to Stuttgart on Turkish Airlines scheduled flight TK1701 at 07:50. Upon arrival at Stuttgart Airport at 09:50 local time, we depart to arrange our Strasbourg city tour. Strasbourg, located at the border of Germany, Switzerland, and France, and also the largest city in the Alsace region, will welcome us with the beauty of a painting, as if straight out of a fairy tale. During our panoramic walking tour in the car-free center and streets of Strasbourg, which was added to the UNESCO World Heritage List in 1988 and has hosted the European Parliament since 1992, we will see Gutenberg Square and Statue, Notre Dame Cathedral, the city’s most important structure located right in its heart, and Kammerzell House, the oldest building in the city, which still serves as a hotel and restaurant today. After the Strasbourg tour, we head to Freiburg. On the way, guests who wish may join the optional Colmar Tour (60 Euro). In this tour, we move to the fairytale town of Colmar and see the Old Customs House, Pfister House, the colorful houses around the Rhine River, and the city’s most famous district, Petite Venise (Little Venice). In this unique setting surrounded by the Rhine River and canals, you will have the opportunity to enjoy many delicious foods and buy various souvenirs. After the Colmar tour, we continue our journey to Freiburg. In Freiburg, the city of happy people, where only low-carbon vehicles have been allowed to enter since 2010 and transportation is mainly provided by tram and bicycle, traces of the historical and architectural cultures of Germany, France, Austria, Spain, and Sweden, under whose patronage the city has been throughout history, can be seen. During our city tour in Freiburg, also known as the capital of the Black Forest (Schwarzwald), we will see the city’s most important symbol, Freiburg Cathedral, the charming streets with Freiburg’s unique small water channels, Martin’s Tor, the medieval gate of the city, and Rathausplatz. After the tour, we arrive at our hotel in the Alsace/Basel region. Upon arrival at the hotel, room assignment and free time to rest. ALSACE/BASEL – (Milan Masterpieces and Como Tour) – OUTLET – MILAN After breakfast and check-out, we depart for Milan. On the way, guests who wish may join the optional Milan Masterpieces and Como Tour (90 Euro). Our first stop on the tour will be Lake Como. Upon arrival, we visit the famous Lake Como, known for its luxurious lifestyle and natural beauty, home to summer houses of Hollywood stars, European elites, and the world jet set, and enjoy a photo break with the lake’s unique scenery. After free time in Como, we arrive at the center of Milan, our second stop. Milan, one of Europe’s fashion capitals, is also known for its cuisine, opera, and churches. Although recognized as Italy’s business and financial capital, it is also the right destination for shopping and dining. During our city tour in Milan, main sights include the famous opera house La Scala, Duomo Square and Cathedral, and Porta Romano. After the Milan Masterpieces Tour, we are given a short free time and then depart for our hotel in the Milan region. On the way, we organize our outlet center visit. At the outlet center, which hosts stylish stores of world-famous prestigious brands, cafes and restaurants, and personal activity areas, we offer free time for quality shopping at affordable prices. After this free time, we arrive at our hotel in the Milan region, where room assignment and free time to rest follow. MILAN – ST. MORITZ – BERNINA EXPRESS / RED TRAIN – MILAN After breakfast, we depart for St. Moritz for an unforgettable and breathtaking train journey on the Bernina railway line. Upon arrival in St. Moritz, one of Switzerland’s natural wonders and a favorite destination of the jet set, and after free time and a short orientation tour depending on the Bernina Express train schedule, we head to the station for the unforgettable and magical train journey on the Bernina Express / Red Train. Built between 1898 and 1904, this world-famous line, now listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is a dream for many travelers. During this fairy-tale journey, we will enjoy extraordinary scenery and have the chance to photograph it. After approximately 2 hours of enjoyable train travel, we arrive at Tirano Station and return to our hotel in the Milan region by the vehicle waiting for us. MILAN – (Sirmione & Garda Tour) – (Venice Masterpieces Tour) – VENICE After breakfast and check-out, we depart for our hotel in the Venice region. On the way, guests who wish may join the optional Sirmione & Garda Tour (60 Euro). Welcoming us with the Scaligero Castle dating back to the 13th century, Sirmione, the pearl of Lake Garda, offers a panoramic walk where we will see the bougainvillea-covered buildings and houses of the town that has attracted tourists with its medieval streets, and enjoy a pleasant tour accompanied by the scent of lemon trees surrounding the area. After free time for a pleasant sightseeing walk, we continue our journey to our hotel in the Venice region. On the way, guests who wish may join the optional Venice Masterpieces Tour (85 Euro – including vaporetto and city entrance fees). In the first part of our Venice tour, we will see major iconic structures such as St. Mark’s Square, built from stone and marble with its columns brought from Istanbul, St. Mark’s Basilica, the Doge’s Palace, designed and used as a symbol of magnificence and power, the Clock Tower, the Bridge of Sighs, and the historic Campanile Bell Tower. Afterwards, we will enjoy a pleasant walk through Venice’s streets, connected by bridges and stretching along narrow canals. After the tour, we continue to our hotel in the Venice region. Upon arrival, room assignment and free time to rest. VENICE – HALLSTATT – SALZBURG – ISTANBUL After breakfast and check-out, we depart for Hallstatt. During our journey to Hallstatt, you will be able to take unforgettable photos accompanied by the enchanting views of Alpine villages and glacial lakes. In Hallstatt, a fairy-tale land listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site with its untouched nature, you will have the opportunity to take a walk and enjoy nature. After the Hallstatt tour, we head to Salzburg Airport for our return flight to Istanbul. Upon arrival at the airport, after baggage drop-off, check-in, and passport control, we fly to Istanbul on Turkish Airlines direct scheduled flight TK1384 at 19:30. Arrival at Istanbul Airport at 23:00 local time and end of the tour.
