ISTANBUL – ZURICH – (Lucerne Tour) – MILAN
We arrive at Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen Airport International Terminal 3 hours before departure and, after completing baggage drop, ticketing, and passport control, we fly to Zurich on Pegasus Airlines scheduled flight PC947 at 08:40. Upon arrival at Zurich Airport at 09:45 local time, we meet our private vehicle waiting for us and head to Zurich city center for a panoramic city tour. In our Zurich tour, the places to be seen panoramically include Fraumünster Church, Grossmünster Church, the Swiss National Museum, the Opera House, Lake Zurich, the Clock Tower, the Old Guild Houses, Zurich Altstadt (Old Town), and Bahnhofstrasse (Station Street), which has a lively and colorful atmosphere surrounded by world-famous shops. After the Zurich tour and a short free time, we depart for our hotel in the Milan region. On the way, guests who wish may join the optional Lucerne Tour (50 Euro). During our tour in Lucerne, one of Switzerland’s most popular tourist centers, famous for its nature and festivals held throughout the year, we will have the chance to photograph views of Mount Pilatus and Mount Rigi, see the Musegg Wall and the Lion Monument in the old town where old houses are located, as well as the city’s symbol, the Chapel Bridge, and the Jesuit Church dating back to the 17th century. After the Lucerne Tour, we continue our journey to Milan. Upon arrival at our hotel, room assignment and free time for rest.
MILAN – (Milan Masterpieces and Outlet Tour) – (Como Tour)
After breakfast, we offer a full day at leisure. During this free time, guests who wish may join the optional Milan Masterpieces and Outlet Tour (85 Euro). First, we head to Milan city center to carry out our Milan Masterpieces Tour. Milan, one of Europe’s fashion capitals, is also known for its cuisine, opera, churches, and priceless works of art such as Leonardo da Vinci’s fresco The Last Supper. Although it is Italy’s business and financial capital, Milan is also the right address for shopping, nightlife, and dining. During our city tour, the famous opera house La Scala, Duomo Square and Cathedral, La Galleria where many famous brands are located and where you can shop with pleasure, and Porta Romano will be among the places seen. After the Milan Masterpieces Tour, we reach the outlet center, our second stop on the program. The outlet center, home to stylish stores of many prestigious brands, cafes and restaurants, and leisure areas, offers free time for affordable and quality shopping. After the tour, during the free time provided, guests who wish may join the optional Como Tour (50 Euro). In our tour, we will visit Lake Como, famous for its luxurious lifestyle and natural beauty, home to the summer residences of Hollywood celebrities, European elites, and the world jet set, and we will enjoy a photo stop with the lake’s unique scenery. After the tour, we return to our hotel in the Milan region and offer free time to rest.
MILAN – BERNINA EXPRESS & RED TRAIN – ST. MORITZ – ALSACE / BASEL
After breakfast and hotel check-out, we arrive at Tirano train station for an unforgettable and dreamlike train journey on the Bernina Express & Red Train. During this magical journey on the world-famous Bernina Train, built between 1898 and 1904 and now included in the UNESCO World Cultural Heritage List, we will enjoy and photograph extraordinary scenery. After an approximately 2-hour pleasant train ride, we arrive in St. Moritz. Following a sightseeing tour and a short free time in St. Moritz, the natural wonder of Switzerland and the favorite destination of the jet set, which also happens to be the homeland of Heidi, the beloved character who left a smiling memory in all our childhoods while living in the Alps with her grandfather and her best friend Peter, we depart for our hotel in the Alsace/Basel region. Upon arrival at the hotel, room assignment and free time for rest.
ALSACE / BASEL – (Alsace Icons: Colmar & Riquewihr & Obernai Tour) – (Strasbourg Tour)
After breakfast, we offer a full day at leisure. During this free time, guests who wish may join the optional Alsace Icons: Colmar & Riquewihr & Obernai Tour (95 Euro). First, we visit the fairy-tale town of Colmar, where we will see the Old Customs House, Pfister House, and Petite Venise (Little Venice), the most famous part of the city, with its colorful houses around the Rhine River. In this unique setting surrounded by the Rhine River and canals, you will have the opportunity to taste many delicious foods and buy various souvenirs. Our next stop is Riquewihr, famous for its vineyards, flower-filled balconies, unique row of shops, cobblestone streets closed to car traffic, buildings that somehow survived the Second World War without damage, and charming cafés, as well as its tower housing the Dolder Museum, which preserves the town’s history with documents. After our visit in Riquewihr, we head to Obernai. In Obernai, where charming buildings resembling cookies welcome us, our tour will include the town’s most famous square, Place de Marche, the statue of St. Odile, the patron saint of the Alsace region, and the fountain built in her honor, as well as Place de l’Etoile, the square where the cookie-like buildings are most commonly seen. After the sightseeing tour in Obernai, during the free time provided, guests who wish may join the optional Strasbourg Tour (40 Euro). Our first stop will be Strasbourg. Located on the borders of Germany, Switzerland, and France, and also the largest city in the Alsace region, Strasbourg welcomes us like a scene from a fairy tale, with the beauty of a painting. Listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1988 and home to the European Parliament since 1992, Strasbourg’s vehicle-free center and streets will be explored on foot during our city tour. Among the places to be seen are Petite France, famous for its Alsace houses and which will make us feel right in the middle of a fairy tale land, Gutenberg Square and its statue, the Notre Dame Cathedral, the city’s most important structure located at its very heart, and Kammerzell House, the city’s oldest building, which still serves as a hotel and restaurant today. After the Strasbourg city tour and the free time provided, we return to our hotel in the Alsace region.
ALSACE / BASEL – ZURICH – ISTANBUL
After breakfast and hotel check-out, we depart for Zurich Airport for our return flight to Istanbul. Upon arrival at the airport, after completing baggage drop, check-in, and passport control procedures, we fly to Istanbul on Pegasus Airlines scheduled flight PC950 at 14:50. Arrival at Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen Airport at 19:40 local time and the end of our tour.
