ISTANBUL – BASEL – STRASBOURG – (Alsace Pearls: Colmar & Riquewihr Tour) – ALSACE / BASEL We are flying to Basel with Turkish Airlines flight number TK1923 at 07:40. After arriving at Basel Airport at local time 09:45, we will transfer to Strasbourg with our private vehicle. Strasbourg, located at the borders of Germany, Switzerland, and France, and the largest city in the Alsace region, will greet us like a fairytale, in a picturesque beauty. Strasbourg, which was added to the UNESCO World Heritage List in 1988 and has hosted the European Parliament since 1992, will be explored during our panoramic city tour on foot in its pedestrian-only center. Among the sights we will see are Gutenberg Square and its Statue, the Notre Dame Cathedral, the most important building in the city's heart, and the Kammerzell house, which is the oldest house in the city and continues to serve as a hotel and restaurant. After the Strasbourg tour, we will head to our hotel in the Alsace region following some free time. On the way, guests who wish can join the extra Alsace Pearls: Colmar & Riquewihr Tour (80 Euro). Our tour will first take us to the fairytale city of Colmar, where we will see the Old Customs House, the Pfister house, and the colorful buildings around the Rhine River, including the famous Petite Venise (Little Venice). You will have the chance to find many delicious foods to suit your taste and shop for souvenirs in this unique setting surrounded by the Rhine River and canals. The next stop of our tour will be Riquewihr, famous for its vineyards, flower-adorned balconies, unique row of shops, car-free cobbled streets, buildings that somehow survived World War II, and charming cafes, including the Dolder Museum which carries the city's story to the present with documents. After exploring Riquewihr, we continue our journey to our hotel in the Alsace region. Upon arrival at the hotel, we will check into our rooms and have free time to relax. ALSACE – HEIDI'S VILLAGES – (Milano Masterpieces and Como Tour) – MILAN After breakfast and checking out from the hotel, we will embark on a panoramic journey alongside the breathtaking views of Heidi's Villages, reminiscent of our childhood memories with the beloved character Heidi, who lives with her grandfather Peter among the vast mountains and green meadows. After this journey, we will head towards Milan. Guests who wish can join the extra Milano Masterpieces and Como Tour (65 Euro). Our first stop will be Como. Upon arrival in Como, we will visit the famous Lake Como, known for housing Hollywood stars and European wealthy individuals, and take a break for photos against the stunning views of the lake. After some free time in Como, we will head to Milan city center. Milan, one of the fashion capitals of Europe, is also known for its cuisine, opera, and churches. While we take a city tour, we will see famous places including the opera house La Scala, Duomo Square and Cathedral, and Porta Romano. After the Milano Masterpieces Tour, we will transfer to our hotel. Check into the rooms and enjoy free time to relax. MILAN – ST. MORITZ – BERNINA EXPRESS / RED TRAIN – MILAN After breakfast, we will move towards St. Moritz for an unforgettable journey on the Bernina railway line. Upon reaching St. Moritz, a natural wonder and a hotspot for jet-setters in Switzerland, we will have free time depending on the train departure schedule and then proceed to the Bernina Express / Red Train for a magical and enchanting train journey. Built between 1898 and 1904, this world-famous line is now part of the UNESCO World Heritage List and promises to be a dream for many travelers; during our fairy-tale journey, we will have the chance to see and photograph extraordinary landscapes. After approximately a 2-hour scenic train ride, we will arrive at Tirano Station and return to our hotel in the Milan area. MILAN – OUTLET – (Boat Tour of Portofino) – NICE After breakfast and checking out from the hotel, we will proceed to visit an outlet center. After enjoying free and pleasant shopping time in the famous outlet center, home to prestigious shops, cafes, and restaurants, we will continue our journey to Nice. Guests who wish can join the extra Boat Tour of Portofino (65 Euro). Portofino, surrounded by colorful houses, has inspired songs with its beauty; its narrow streets, vibrant homes, green hills, and turquoise Mediterranean Sea create breathtaking views. After visiting Portofino, we will continue our journey towards Nice. After arriving at our hotel in the Nice area, we will check into our rooms and have free time to relax. NICE – (Cannes & Nice Tour) – (Eze & Monaco & Monte Carlo Tour) After breakfast, we offer a full day of free time. During this free time, guests can join the extra Cannes & Nice Tour (70 Euro). Our first stop will be Cannes, renowned for hosting the annual Cannes Film Festival, with its beautiful sea and golden sandy beaches. During our city tour, we will first explore the old town, the city’s first settlement, and enjoy walking through narrow, winding streets devoid of traffic while visiting souvenir shops. After our stroll along the coast of Cannes featuring many luxurious restaurants, shops, and hotels, we will head to Nice. In Nice, we will see Promenade des Anglais street, Nice Harbor, Massena Square, Flower Market, and Palace of Justice. After the Nice tour, guests can join the extra Eze & Monaco & Monte Carlo Tour (80 Euro). Our first stop will be Eze Village, one of the most famous villages in Cote d’Azur, where we will visit a perfume factory to test and purchase beautiful and famous perfumes at reasonable prices. Following this, we will move to Monaco, the world's second smallest state after the Vatican, and conduct a panoramic city tour of Monte Carlo. After the tour, we will return to our hotel in the Nice region. NICE – (Annecy Tour) – GENEVA After breakfast and checking out from the hotel, we will travel to Geneva. As we journey through magnificent natural landscapes, we will admire the view of Mont Blanc, known as the roof of Europe, at the joint borders of France, Switzerland, and Italy. Guests who wish can join the extra Annecy Tour (50 Euro). Known as the “Venice of the Alps” due to its canals and Thiou River, Annecy captivates visitors with its stunning position between mountains and lakes. During our tour, we will see the 17th-century Chateau d’Annecy, restored in 1947, St. Maurice Church, and the Palais de l’Isle, a photogenic spot. After a brief free time by Lake Annecy, we will complete our tour and continue to Geneva. Upon arrival at our hotel in the Geneva area, we will check into our rooms and have free time to relax. GENEVA – (GOLDEN PASS Express Train to Lausanne & Montreux and Fairy Tale Castles Tour) – (Gruyeres Tour) – BERN – ALSACE / BASEL After breakfast and checking out from the hotel, we will conduct our city tour. Known as the "French of Switzerland," located on the shore of Lake Geneva, Geneva is an extraordinary city where history, culture, science, and nature meet. The presence of international organizations (CERN, World Health Organization, UEFA, FIFA, United Nations) in Geneva elevates the city to a central position in culture and administration. Our tour will include the St. Pierre Cathedral, the iconic Jet d’Eau fountain rising up to 140 meters, and the Reformation Monument. After the city tour, we will head towards Bern. Guests who wish can join the extra GOLDENPASS Express train ride to Lausanne & Montreux and Fairy Tale Castles Tour (95 Euro). Our first stop will be Lausanne, known for hosting the Lausanne Treaty signed on July 24, 1923, which holds significant importance in national history. With its Medieval buildings, D’Ouchy Castle, palaces, cathedrals, and museum buildings, Lausanne transports visitors deep into history, enhanced by its location on the shores of Lake Geneva. After our tour in Lausanne, we will proceed to Montreux, a city famous for its historical buildings and natural beauty, as well as the statue of Freddie Mercury which adds to its cultural significance. In Montreux, after a short visit, we will embark on the GOLDENPASS Express for an exquisite journey into the Swiss Alps. Starting from Montreux, our train ride will present breathtaking views of lakes and mountain silhouettes. After this enchanting train journey, we will continue our travel to Bern. Guests who wish can join the extra Gruyeres Tour (40 Euro). Gruyeres, chosen as the most beautiful village in Switzerland in 2014 and the homeland of the world-famous Gruyere cheese, retains its medieval character and charms visitors with its flower-adorned houses and streets. After our exploration in Gruyeres, we will reach Bern. Bern, one of the only cities in Europe that have remained unchanged since the Middle Ages, is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site due to its historical fabric. Built around the Aare River, during our city tour in Bern, we will see the influence of German culture in its architecture. After the city tour, we will return to our hotel in the Alsace / Basel region. Upon arrival, we will check into our rooms and have free time to relax. ALSACE / BASEL – ISTANBUL After breakfast and checking out from the hotel, we will depart for Basel Airport for our return flight to Istanbul. After arriving at the airport and completing our baggage check, check-in, and passport control, we will fly to Istanbul with Turkish Airlines flight number TK1924 at 10:40. We will arrive in Istanbul Airport at 15:50 and conclude our tour.
