ISTANBUL – BERGAMO – MILAN – NICE
After completing baggage drop-off, ticketing, and passport control procedures at Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen Airport International Terminal, we depart on Pegasus Airlines scheduled flight PC1211 at 08:50 to Milan. Upon arrival at Milano Bergamo Airport at 10:10 local time, we head to Milan city center to arrange our city tour. Milan, one of Europe’s fashion capitals, is also known for its cuisine, opera, and churches. Although recognized as Italy’s business and financial capital, Milan is also the right destination for shopping and dining experiences. During our city tour in Milan, key sights include the famous opera house La Scala, Duomo Square and Cathedral, and Porta Romano. After the Milan city tour, we depart for our hotel in the Nice region. Upon arrival at our hotel in the Nice region, we check into our rooms and have free time to rest.
NICE – (Cannes & Nice Tour) – (Eze & Monaco & Monte Carlo Tour)
After breakfast, we offer a full day of free time. During this free time, guests who wish may join our optional Cannes & Nice Tour (70 Euro). On this tour, we first head to Cannes. Famous for hosting the annual Cannes Film Festival, Cannes boasts a sparkling sea and golden sandy beaches. During our city tour in Cannes, we will first see the old town, the city’s first settlement. As we walk through the narrow, winding, traffic-free streets of the old town, you will have the opportunity to see souvenir shops and do some shopping. After our visit to La Croisette Boulevard, which stretches along the Cannes coast and is home to many luxury restaurants, shops, and hotels, and Meynadier Street, we proceed to Nice, where we will see Promenade des Anglais, Nice Harbor, Massena Square, the Flower Market, and the Courthouse. Following our Nice tour, during the free time offered, guests who wish may join our optional Eze & Monaco & Monte Carlo Tour (80 Euro). On this tour, our first stop is Eze Village, one of the most famous villages of the Côte d’Azur with its magnificent views, where we visit a perfume factory where you can test beautiful and famous perfumes and purchase them at affordable prices. Afterward, our second stop is the principality of Monaco, located on the French Riviera and, after Vatican City, the world’s smallest state. Upon arrival, we will carry out a panoramic city tour of Monte Carlo, the center of luxury and splendor. After the tour, we return to our hotel in the Nice region.
NICE – (Annecy Tour) – GENEVA
After breakfast and check-out from the hotel, we depart for Geneva. On the way, guests who wish may join our optional Annecy Tour (50 Euro). Known as “the Venice of the Alps” thanks to the canals passing through it and the Thiou River, Annecy captivates visitors with its network of canals and its extraordinary location between mountains and lake. During our tour, Château d’Annecy, built in the 17th century and restored in 1947, St. Maurice Church, and the Palais de l’Isle, a favorite spot for photography enthusiasts, will be seen panoramically. After a short free time on the shores of Annecy Lake, the 3rd largest lake in France, we complete our tour and continue our journey to Geneva. Upon arrival at our hotel in the Geneva region, we check into our rooms and have free time to rest.
GENEVA – BERN – (Switzerland Alpine Villages by Train: Interlaken & Lauterbrunnen Tour) – ALSACE / BASEL
After breakfast and hotel check-out, we will take our Geneva city tour. Known as the “French side of Switzerland,” Geneva is located on the shores of Lake Geneva and is a magnificent city where history, culture, science, and nature come together. The presence of the headquarters of international organizations (CERN, World Health Organization, UEFA, FIFA, United Nations) in Geneva gives the city a central role in terms of culture and administration. In Geneva, where museums, parks, historical monuments and streets, and fresh air come together, key sights during our tour include St. Pierre Cathedral, the Jet d’Eau fountain, which has become the symbol of Geneva and rises up to 140 meters, and the Reformation Wall. After the city tour, we depart for Bern. Bern is one of the few cities in Europe that has remained unchanged since the Middle Ages. Due to this historical character, it is included on the UNESCO World Heritage List. Located within Switzerland and with German as its official language, Bern also reflects German cultural influences in its architecture. After our tour in Bern, guests who wish may join our optional Switzerland Alpine Villages by Train: Interlaken & Lauterbrunnen Tour (80 Euro). Our first stop will be Interlaken. Named “inter-lakes” because of its location between Lake Brienz and Lake Thun, Interlaken is famous for its natural beauty and breathtaking views. Important hotels, casinos, and shopping streets of the region are on our walking tour route. The Victoria Jungfrau Hotel and Höhematte Park, one of the city’s historical symbols, will be seen panoramically. After free time for photos and sightseeing, we head to the train station for the next stop, Lauterbrunnen. After about a 20-minute train ride from Interlaken, we arrive in Lauterbrunnen. We will feel the deep structure of the valley and the steep rock walls as soon as we leave the station. Walking toward the village center, we will see the fascinating structure of Staubbach Falls hanging down toward the valley floor and have the chance to photograph it panoramically. Lauterbrunnen is known for its small settlements lined along the valley and hiking paths, home to 72 waterfalls. Along the route determined within the village, we will photograph the traditional chalet architecture, the natural formations surrounding the valley floor, and the wonderful nature-like paradise scenery. We complete our tour by returning to Interlaken. After the tour, we depart for our hotel in the Alsace/Basel region. Upon arrival at our hotel in the Alsace/Basel region, we check into our rooms and have free time to rest.
ALSACE / BASEL – (Pearls of Alsace: Colmar & Riquewihr Tour) – STRASBOURG – FREIBURG – ALSACE / BASEL
After breakfast, we depart for Strasbourg. On the way, guests who wish may join our optional Pearls of Alsace: Colmar & Riquewihr Tour (80 Euro). On this tour, we first visit the fairy-tale town of Colmar, where we will see the Old Customs House, the Pfister House, and Petite Venise (Little Venice), the most famous part of the city with its colorful houses around the Rhine River. In this unique setting surrounded by the Rhine River and canals, you will have the opportunity to taste many delicious foods and buy many souvenirs. Our next stop in the Alsace region is Riquewihr, famous for its vine-covered landscapes, flower-filled balconies, charming rows of shops, car-free cobblestone streets, buildings that somehow escaped damage during World War II, and cozy cafés; with its tower housing the Dolder Museum that preserves the city’s story through documents, it resembles a Grimm fairy tale. After our visit to Riquewihr, we continue our journey to Strasbourg. Strasbourg, located on the borders of Germany, Switzerland, and France and also the largest city in the Alsace region, welcomes us like a painting straight out of a fairy tale. Listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1988 and home to the European Parliament since 1992, Strasbourg’s traffic-free center and streets will be explored on foot during our panoramic city tour, where we will see Gutenberg Square and Statue, Notre Dame Cathedral, the city’s most important landmark located in the heart of the city, and Kammerzell House, the oldest house in the city, which still serves as a hotel and restaurant. After the Strasbourg tour and free time, we head to Freiburg, one of the best examples of green urbanism. In Freiburg, where only low-carbon-emission vehicles have been allowed to enter since 2010 and transportation is mainly provided by tram and bicycle, our city tour will reveal traces of the historical and architectural cultures of Germany, France, Austria, Spain, and Sweden, which have all ruled the city throughout history. Known as the capital of the Black Forest (Schwarzwald), Freiburg’s city tour includes the city’s most important symbol, Freiburg Cathedral, charming streets with small water canals unique to Freiburg, Martin’s Gate, the city’s medieval gate, and Rathausplatz. After the tour, we return to our hotel in the Alsace region.
ALSACE – HEIDI’S VILLAGES – (Como & Lugano Tour) – MILAN
After breakfast and hotel check-out, we continue with a panoramic journey through Heidi’s Villages, filled with the lush green meadows and endless mountains of the Alps that bring back fond childhood memories of the lovable heroine Heidi, who lived with her grandfather and her best friend Peter, before heading to Milan. On the way, guests who wish may join our optional Como & Lugano Tour (80 Euro). On this tour, we first depart for Lugano. In Lugano, located within Switzerland, we will take a peaceful walk along the shores of Lake Lugano, which will captivate us with its unique nature, wonderful views, and city park, and enjoy the magnificent scenery while taking photos. After free time in Lugano, we continue to the second part of our tour in Como. Upon arrival, we visit Lake Como, famous for its luxury lifestyle and natural beauty, home to summer houses of Hollywood celebrities, European elites, and the world’s jet set, and we stop for photos while enjoying the lake’s unique view. After free time in Como, we continue our journey to Milan. Upon arrival at our hotel in the Milan region, we check into our rooms and have free time to rest.
Milan – St. MORITZ – BERNINA EXPRESS / RED TRAIN – MILAN
After breakfast and hotel check-out, we depart for an unforgettable and dreamlike train journey on the Bernina railway line. We arrive in St. Moritz, Switzerland’s natural wonder and a favorite destination of the jet set, and after free time and a short orientation tour that may be possible depending on the Bernina Express / Red Train departure time on the UNESCO World Heritage Bernina railway line, we reach the station for the unforgettable and enchanting train journey. Built between 1898 and 1904 and now listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, this world-famous line that fulfills many travelers’ dreams offers extraordinary views and excellent opportunities for photography during the magical journey lasting about 2 hours. After arriving at Tirano Station, we return to our hotel in the Milan region by our waiting vehicle.
MILAN – BERGAMO – ISTANBUL
After breakfast and hotel check-out, we depart for Bergamo Airport for our return flight to Istanbul. On the way, we will visit an outlet center. After free time for pleasant and affordable shopping at this famous outlet center, home to prestigious brands, cafés, restaurants, and leisure areas that shape Italy’s fashion trends, we continue to Bergamo Airport. Upon arrival at the airport, after completing baggage drop-off, check-in, and passport control procedures, we fly to Istanbul on Pegasus Airlines scheduled flight PC1214 at 17:15. Arrival at Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen Airport at 20:55 local time and end of the tour.
