Guests must follow this information themselves. 17- Wtatil is not responsible if guests fail to be present at the specified airport at the times announced in accordance with airline rules, fail to complete check-in and boarding on time, or complete check-in and boarding on time but do not board the aircraft. Guests who miss the flight are responsible for all costs related to obtaining new round-trip tickets and transfers in the destination area necessary to join the tour. 18- In general, the baggage allowance for flights departing from Turkey is 20 kg. This may vary depending on the airline and destination country. If there are domestic flights in the destination country, the baggage allowance on these domestic flights may be reduced to 15 kg. The allocated rooms are selected according to the guest’s preferences, depending on hotel availability. Fulfillment of these requests is subject to availability at check-in and cannot be guaranteed by Wtatil. 28- Breakfast offered at hotels differs from the rich breakfast commonly known in Turkish cuisine. It is generally served as a continental breakfast, consisting of limited options such as butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall assigned to the group. 29- In some cases, a double room may have one double bed instead of twin beds. Most European hotels offer rooms with two beds that can be joined if necessary. 30- Child and extra bed policies may vary depending on each hotel and room type. 31- Any extra bed or baby cot is provided upon request and subject to hotel availability, and must be approved by the hotel. 32- The capacity for an extra bed or baby cot in the room is 1 (maximum). 33- In triple rooms, an extra bed arrangement is used; in such rooms, the bed assigned to the third person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Extra beds are folding beds and coach beds. Our guests are deemed to have accepted the possible cramped space in rooms and the bed type caused by extra beds added to standard rooms in triple room and/or child reservations. 34- If the number and ages of children staying with adults specified in the hotel reservation are declared incorrectly by our guests, the relevant hotels may charge an additional fee. In such cases, responsibility lies with the guest who made the incorrect declaration. The hotel may request identification to determine the age of children. 35- In reservations for 2 adults + 1 child, there may not be a separate bed for the child. Child rates are valid only if the child stays with two adults. Child discounts apply only to the “single child” who falls within the age group staying with 2 adults. 36- Daily exchange rate fluctuations are reflected in TL prices. The exchange rate at the time of payment applies. Your additional requests, some extra services you receive at the hotel (minibar, ironing, etc.) are subject to extra charges by the hotel. These costs are not included in the purchase price and are paid directly to the hotel during your stay. 37- Some countries have different practices regarding city, tourism, or local taxes. Any such city, tourism, or other taxes are collected by the hotel from the guest at check-in or check-out. 38- Distances given in the programs are map-based. Travel times may be longer due to traffic, weather conditions, the geographical location of the destination country, roadworks, and similar conditions. 39- Wtatil may, when necessary or deemed appropriate, change the order of cities in the program and the main airline to be used, without altering the content of the program. 40- Personal belongings, bags, suitcases, passports/IDs of participants are under their own responsibility, and Wtatil is not responsible for forgotten/lost/stolen items. If forgotten items are found, the costs incurred in delivering them to the country and/or person are borne by the owner. 41- Participants in the tour are required to carry their travel health insurance policies and, if they have any health problems, the relevant medications and medical reports with them. 42- Upon hotel check-in, a photo ID/passport issued by official authorities and a credit card or cash deposit may be requested by the hotel for possible extra expenses. The refund of the deposit requested at check-out is a matter between the hotel and the guest, and Wtatil has no involvement. Visa and Passport 43- A visa requirement applies for Turkish citizens. 44- Our guests’ passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the end date of travel. 45- For border crossings/customs checks, your passport must have at least 2 blank pages for entry/exit stamps. 46- Being exempt from visa for entry into the countries on this tour does not mean that entry into or exit from the country is guaranteed; the passport police have the authority to refuse entry or exit, and Wtatil is not responsible for this, as responsibility lies with the passenger. 47- Guests who are not Turkish citizens or who hold dual citizenship and will join the tour using their other country’s passport must personally consult the relevant consulates regarding the visa procedures applied by the destination country to the passport they will use; otherwise, Wtatil will not be responsible for any resulting consequences. 48- To avoid issues with customs police at the border of the destination country due to torn, worn, wet, and/or similarly damaged passports, passports must be renewed. Otherwise, responsibility lies with the passenger. 49- For guests under 18 traveling alone or with only one parent, there is a possibility that border police may request a document showing the mutual consent of both parents. Therefore, we recommend that under-18 guests and their parents pay special attention to this matter.
