Guidance Services and Extra Tours 6- The days and times of the tours specified in the program may change according to the open/closed status of the museums and archeological sites at the destinations and the weather conditions as determined by the guide. Different guides may accompany our guests during the tours. 7- Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are conducted to provide a general introduction to the cities through guided vehicle narration and do not include entrances to museums or archeological sites, lasting for a maximum of 2-3 hours. Panoramic tours, including other tours indicated in the program, are not the responsibility of the Agency if they cannot be conducted due to permissions being denied by local authorities on the relevant dates and times, road closures due to any events, or if the tours become impossible due to weather conditions. Some tours may be conducted using public transport or on foot where vehicle access to closed roads is not permitted. 8- Our guide may change the days of the city tour and/or additional tours based on the content of our tours, the number of participants, and the closure status of the museum and archeological sites. This applies to potential changes that may arise with flight schedules as well. 9- Important considerations for our tours conducted via speed boats include not consuming heavy meals and not drinking excessive amounts of water just before boarding the boat. Guests with complaints related to the stomach, back, neck, and pregnant guests are required to inform their guides of their conditions. 10- There is no refund for services included in the prices for tours or meal services if participation is not provided. Flight Information 11- The Agency acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger, and in the event of any dispute, the relevant provisions of Turkish legislation, as well as the Hague Protocol and Warsaw Convention, shall apply. 12- Delays or changes in flight times may occur on scheduled and charter flights. The Agency is obliged to notify these changes as soon as possible. The passenger has accepted the risk of changes/cancellations of the flight times at the time of purchasing the trip. 13- Children aged 0-2 only pay the airport tax fee. 14- According to the airline's rules; if the departure flight of round-trip tickets is not used, the return flight will be canceled by the airline. 15- The check-in and boarding procedures for individuals participating in tours with flights are personal responsibilities, and these procedures must be carried out by the guests at the airport before the flight, at the relevant airline counters, or online via the airline's websites. 16- Last-minute delays and gate changes during flights are announced audibly at the airports and shown on the information boards at the location. This information must be monitored personally by the guests. 17- The Agency does not bear any responsibility for passengers who are not present at the specified airport at the times notified in accordance with the airline's rules, do not complete check-in and boarding procedures on time, or complete the procedures on time but do not board the plane. All expenses for obtaining new round-trip tickets and transfers needed for guests who miss their flights to join the tour are the guests' responsibility. 18- The general luggage weight for outgoing flights from Turkey is 20 kg. This weight may vary according to the airline and the country being visited. If internal flights exist in the destination country, this luggage weight may drop to 15 kg. Excess luggage weight/price rules are determined by airlines and are not under the Agency's responsibility. 19- For guests who wish to upgrade their plane tickets using miles (to business or first class); upgrade procedures can be performed based on the airline's (please check the airline you are a member of) availability after the tickets are issued. No mileage guarantee is provided for each flight. Please check whether the tickets of the program are from a class that can be upgraded. 20- Some airlines may charge extra fees for meals and online check-in services. Other Matters 21- The Agency does not accept responsibility for any changes or cancellations made directly by the guest communicating with the hotel. In this case, the Agency's cancellation conditions will apply. 22- When the names of the hotels are not specified in the tour program, but only category information is provided and/or optional offers are made for the same destination, the Agency will inform the guest 48 hours before the tour departure. 23- During special periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, and sports tournaments, hotels may be used at a greater distance from the specified locations or kilometers. In such cases, the Agency will inform the guests 15 days before the tour departure. 24- At the time of registration for the purchased tour; the guest must accurately enter/declare the name, date of birth, and passport number as it appears on the passport into the system. Flight tickets are issued according to this information. Penalty fees for cancellations or changes resulting from incorrect information will be charged to the guests. 25- To use your mobile phones abroad, it is necessary to check whether your phone is enabled for international use by contacting the company it belongs to before leaving Turkey. 26- The check-in time for accommodation in hotels is 15:00, and the check-out time is 12:00. 27- Requests related to the room (high floor, close to common areas, smoking/non-smoking, bed type) made by the Agency will be communicated to the hotel. The rooms reserved will be arranged based on the guest's preferences as much as possible, according to the availability of the hotel. The fulfillment of these requests depends on the availability at the time of check-in, and the Agency cannot guarantee them. 28- The breakfast provided at hotels differs from the rich traditional Turkish breakfast. It is generally served with limited options known as continental breakfast consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee and may be served in a separate hall designated for groups. 29- In some cases, a double bed may be provided instead of a twin-bedded room. Many European hotels offer rooms with two beds that can be combined as needed. 30- The children and extra bed policy may vary by hotel and room types. 31- All types of extra beds and baby cribs are provided upon request and must be approved by the hotel according to availability. 32- The capacity for additional beds or baby cribs in the room is 1 (maximum). 33- In triple rooms, there is an application for extra beds; the bed allocated for the 3rd person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Guests accept that they have acknowledged the potential tightness and bed types due to the additional beds in reservations of triple rooms and/or those with children. 34- If the number of children and their ages staying with adults in hotel reservations are incorrectly declared by guests, the relevant hotels may charge an additional fee. In such a case, the responsibility lies with the guest who made the incorrect declaration. Hotels may request identification for age verification for children. 35- In reservations for 2 adults + 1 child, there may not be a separate bed for the child. Child prices are only valid when the child is accompanying two adults. Child discounts apply only for "one child" who meets the age group staying with the two adults. 36- The daily changes in the exchange rate are reflected in the TL prices. The rates applicable at the time of payment are valid. Any additional requests and some extra services (mini-bar, ironing, etc.) that will be received at the hotel will be subject to extra charge by the hotel. These expenses are not included in the purchase price and are paid directly to the hotel during your stay. 37- Some countries have different practices regarding city, tourism, or local taxes. All kinds of city, tourism, or other taxes applied in this way are collected by the hotel from the guest at the entrance or exit. 38- The distances given in the programs are based on maps. Travel times may be extended due to traffic, weather conditions, the geographical position of the traveled country, road works, and conditions. 39- The Agency can change the order of the cities in the program and the main airline to be flown without altering the content of the program in mandatory situations or when deemed necessary. 40- Personal belongings, bags, suitcases, passports/ID cards of participants in the tour are under their own responsibility, and the Agency is not responsible for forgotten/lost/stolen items. Should forgotten items be found, the costs incurred for delivering the items to the country and/or the person belong to the owner of the item. 41- Participants in the tour are required to carry their travel health insurance policy and any relevant medications and reports if they have any health issues. 42- For possible additional expenses, a photo ID/passport issued by official institutions and a credit card or cash deposit may be required by the hotel upon check-in. The return of any deposits requested upon check-out is an operation between the hotel and the guest, and the Agency does not intervene. Otherwise, responsibility rests with the passenger. 6- Guests under the age of 18 traveling alone or only with one parent may be asked to provide a document showing the joint consent of both parents during entry/exit from the country; therefore, it is recommended that minors and their parents be cautious in this regard.
