Day 1: Istanbul – Pristina - Skopje

Meeting at the agency desk in the departure terminal of Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen Airport. Departure to Pristina, the capital of Kosovo, at 09:25 on Ajet Airlines flight VF101. Following a comfortable flight, arrival at 10:05 local time. After completing entry procedures, our panoramic city tour by private vehicle will include Germia Park, the Kosovo Museum, the Fatih Sultan Mehmed Mosque built by the Ottomans in the 15th century, the 18th-century Yaşar Pasha Mosque, and the tomb of Ottoman Sultan Murad Hüdavendigâr I, who was killed on the Kosovo Field as a result of the Battle of Kosovo in 1389. Following the city tour, departure for Skopje. Upon arrival in Skopje, our city tour begins. Among the places we will see in Skopje, the birthplace of our famous poet Yahya Kemal Beyatlı, are the Mustafa Pasha Mosque, Murat Pasha Mosque, Kapan Han, Sulu Han, and the Stone Bridge. We continue our walk along the banks of the Vardar River, enjoying views of the Turkish and Jewish neighborhoods on the opposite side of the river. During this walk, Macedonia Square, the Ottoman Bridge, and Davut Pasha Bath will be seen from the outside, after which we will enter the Turkish Bazaar. The Clock Tower, one of Skopje’s landmark monuments and built in the 16th century, the Sultan Murat Mosque, built in the 14th century, and the İsa Bey Mosque, also dating from the same century, will be seen, followed by free time in the Turkish Bazaar. After the free time, our guests who wish may join the optional Balkan night tour, featuring unique Balkan music and cuisine, along with traditional dance performances by a folklore troupe. Day 2: Skopje

After breakfast, free time all day. Our guests who wish may join the optional Grand Macedonia Tour. Following the tour, transfer to the hotel. Overnight at our hotel in Skopje.

Grand Macedonia Tour Price per Person: 75 Eur

Following breakfast, during this full-day tour, we will first stop in Tetovo (Kalkandelen) to visit the Painted Mosque. We then continue our journey to Ohrid. Upon arrival in Ohrid, our city tour begins. We will take a tour introducing the historic city of Ohrid, which was one of the important Ottoman bases in the Balkans. During the tour, we will see the Monument to Saints Cyril and Methodius, 9th-century Byzantine monks believed to have developed the Cyrillic Alphabet, the Church of Hagia Sophia, the Ancient Theater dating from the Roman period, Samoil’s Fortress, St. Clement Monastery and St. Panteleimon Church, the Tomb of Sinan Çelebi, Plane Tree Square, the Turkish Bazaar, the Halveti Lodge, the New Bazaar, Ohrid Market, and Lake Ohrid. Following the Ohrid tour, we depart for Bitola (Manastır). On the way, we will view panoramically the palace of Niyazi of Resne, one of the famous figures of the Committee of Union and Progress. Upon arrival, during our city tour of Bitola (Manastır), we will visit the Turkish Bazaar, Bedesten, İshak Mosque, New Mosque, the Military High School from which Atatürk graduated, and the Atatürk Museum. We then return to Skopje via Prilep. Transfer to our hotel.

Day 3: Skopje – Pristina - Istanbul

After breakfast, departure for Pristina Airport. On the way, our guests who wish may join the optional Matka Canyon Tour. Following the tours, we continue our journey to Pristina. After completing the boarding procedures, we will fly to Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen Airport at 18:00 on Ajet Airlines’ scheduled flight VF102. Following a comfortable flight, arrival in Istanbul at 20:40 and the end of our tour. We bid you farewell, hoping to see you again on your next journey.
