Cancellation and Changes 4- In our tours, tickets for transportation are arranged at the time of reservation. Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the tour departure date will result in the ticket price not being refundable and a penalty will be applied. 5- Guests have the right to cancel without penalty by informing the Agency in writing at least 30 days before the tour departure date, except for flight tickets for which payment has been made and/or a commitment has been undertaken by the airline. If cancellation occurs within 31 days before the trip's departure date, it will incur a penalty of 50% of the remaining tour fee from the flight ticket. Guiding Services and Extra Tours 6- The days and hours of the tours mentioned in the program may be changed by the guide according to the operational status of museums and archaeological sites as well as weather conditions. Different guides may accompany our guests during the tours. 7- The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are designed for general introduction of the cities and are conducted as brief tours of up to 2-3 hours, with no museum or archaeological site entry included, narrated by the guide from inside the vehicle. The Agency is not responsible for the inability to conduct these tours if local authorities do not permit entry to them or if they are closed due to any event, weather conditions make the tour impossible, or for any other reason including road closures. Some tours may be conducted using public transport or on foot in places where vehicle entry is not permitted. 8- Our guide may change the days of the city tour and/or additional tours based on the number of participants and the opening status of museum and archaeological sites. This applies as well to any changes that may occur in flight schedules. 9- Guests are advised to refrain from consuming heavy meals or excessive amounts of water just before boarding speed boats during our tours. Guests with complaints such as stomach issues, back pain, neck problems, or pregnant guests should inform their guides of their conditions. 10- There are no refunds for the services mentioned as included in the price if participation in those tour or meal services does not occur. Flights Information 11- The Agency acts as an intermediary between the airline and passengers, and in case of disputes, Turkish law and relevant provisions of the Hague Protocol and the Warsaw Convention will apply. 12- Delays or changes in flight times may occur on scheduled and charter flights. The Agency is obliged to inform the guests of these changes as soon as possible. Passengers have purchased the trip accepting the risk of changes/cancellations of flight times. 13- Children aged 0-2 only pay the airport tax fee. 14- According to airline regulations, if the outbound flight of a round-trip ticket is not used, the return flight will be canceled by the airline. 15- Check-in and boarding procedures for passengers participating in flights are personal responsibilities and must be completed by guests at airport counters or online on the airline's websites prior to the flight. 16- Last-minute delays and gate changes during flights are announced audibly at airports and displayed on the information boards in the area. These notifications should be monitored directly by guests. 17- The Agency shall not be responsible for guests who are not present at the specified airport at the times given by the airline in accordance with airline rules, or who did not complete check-in and boarding on time, or who completed those processes on time but did not board the plane. Guests who miss the flight are responsible for the costs related to obtaining new departure-return plane tickets necessary to participate in the tour and for transfers in the destination area, etc. 18- The general luggage weight limit for flights departing from Turkey is 20 kg. This weight may vary according to the airline and destination country. If there are domestic flights in the destination country, this luggage weight may drop to 15 kg. Extra baggage weight/price rules are determined by airlines and are not under the responsibility of the Agency. 19- For guests who wish to upgrade their flight tickets with miles (to business or first class); upgrade transactions can be made depending on the availability of the airline (check your membership with the airline). A mileage guarantee is not provided for each flight. Please verify whether the tickets for the program are from a class that allows an upgrade. 20- Some airlines may charge extra fees for food, beverages, and online check-in services. Other Matters 21- The Agency will not accept responsibility for any changes or cancellations made by the guest directly with the hotel. In this case, the Agency's cancellation conditions will apply. 22- In cases where the hotels in the tour program are specified only by category information without mentioning names, or if options are provided for the same destination, the Agency will notify the guest 48 hours before the departure of the trip. 23- During special periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, and sports tournaments, hotels may be utilized from locations that are farther than specified distances. In such cases, the Agency will inform the guests 15 days prior to the departure date of the tour. 24- When registering for the purchased tour, the guest's name as it appears on the passport, date of birth, and passport number must be correctly entered/stated in the system. Plane tickets are issued based on this information. Cancellation or changes in flight tickets resulting from incorrect information will result in penalty charges to the guests. 25- To use your mobile phones abroad, check with your service provider before leaving Turkey whether your phone is activated for international use. 26- The hotel check-in time is 3:00 PM, and check-out time is 12:00 PM. 27- Requests regarding the room (high floor, near common areas, smoking/non-smoking, bed type) will be communicated to the hotel by the Agency. Efforts will be made to ensure that the reserved rooms correspond to the guests' preferences according to hotel availability. The fulfillment of these requests is subject to availability at the time of check-in and cannot be guaranteed by the Agency. 28- Breakfasts offered at hotels differ from the rich traditional Turkish breakfast experience. They are generally served as a continental breakfast consisting of limited selections such as butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee and may be served in a separate room designated for groups. 29- In some cases, a double bed may be provided instead of two twin beds. Most European hotels offer twin rooms that can be configured as needed. 30- The child and extra bed policy may vary depending on each hotel and room type. 31- Any additional bed and baby cot will be provided upon request and according to hotel availability, and must be approved by the hotel. 32- The capacity for additional beds or baby cots in the room is one (maximum). 33- There is an extra bed application in triple rooms; the bed assigned to the 3rd person in such rooms is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Extra beds consist of either folding beds or couch beds. Our guests acknowledge and accept any discomfort and bed type associated with the extra bed addition in standard rooms during reservations for triple rooms and/or reservations with children. 34- If the number of adults and the number of children staying are inaccurately stated during hotel reservations, the relevant hotels may charge additional fees. In such cases, the responsibility lies with the guest who made the inaccurate statement. Hotels may request identification to determine the ages of children. 35- In reservations of 2 adults + 1 child, separate bedding may not be provided for the child. Child rates are only valid when the child stays with two adults. Child discounts apply only to one “single child” that meets the age group staying with two adults. 36- Daily exchange rates will reflect in TL prices. The exchange rates at the time of payment will be applicable. Additional requests and some extra services you will receive at the hotel (mini-bar, ironing, etc.) may incur extra charges. These expenses are not included in the purchase and are to be paid directly to the hotel during your stay. 37- Some countries have different implementations regarding city, tourism, or local taxes. All such city, tourism, or other taxes that are being applied will be collected from the guest by the hotel during entry or exit. 38- The distances provided in the programs are based on maps. Travel times may vary due to traffic, weather conditions, geographical location of the country being visited, road works, and other conditions. 39- In case of necessary circumstances or as deemed necessary, the Agency may change the order of cities in the program without altering its content or the main airline to be used. 40- Personal belongings, bags, suitcases, passports/IDs of individuals participating in the tour are the guest's own responsibility, and the Agency is not responsible for lost/forgotten/stolen items. If forgotten items are found, any costs incurred in delivering them to the country and/or to the individual will be borne by the owner of the items. 41- Participants in the tour are required to carry their travel health insurance policies and any related medications and reports with them, especially if they have any health issues. 42- For possible extra expenses, when checking in to the hotel, a photo identification/passport issued by official authorities, as well as a credit card or cash deposit, may be requested by the hotel. The return of the requested deposit at check-out is a transaction between the hotel and the guest, and the Agency has no intervention in this matter. Visa and Passport 1- Guests must have their passports valid for at least 6 months after the date of the end of travel. 2- To have an entry and exit stamp on your passport at customs crossings/border gates, there must be at least 2 blank pages in your passport. 3- Being exempt from a visa or having obtained a visa for the countries on this tour does not guarantee entry/departure from the country, as the passport control has the authority to refuse entry/exit; the Agency is not responsible for this situation, and the responsibility lies with the passenger. 4- Guests who are not Turkish citizens or double citizens who will participate in the tour using another country's passport must consult the relevant consulates regarding the visa procedures applied by the country they will travel to; otherwise, the Agency will not be responsible for resulting issues. 5- To avoid issues with customs at the border due to damaged, worn, wet, or similarly harmed passports, it is required to renew any such passports. Otherwise, the responsibility will lie with the passenger. 6- Guests under 18 years old are advised to show sensitivity regarding the need for a document indicating the joint consent of both parents when traveling alone or with only one parent for entry/exit from the country, as they may be asked for this by border police officers.
