16- Last-minute delays and gate changes for flights are announced audibly at airports and displayed on information panels in the area. Guests must follow this information personally.
17- The Agency is not responsible for guests who do not arrive at the designated airport at the required times in accordance with airline rules for participation in the tour, who do not complete check-in and boarding procedures on time, or who complete check-in and boarding but do not board the plane. In such cases, responsibility lies with the guest providing the incorrect declaration. Hotels may request ID to verify children's ages.
