1. DAY ANKARA – BOLOGNA – ROME Meet with our valued guests 3 hours before the flight time at the Corendon Airlines counter in the international departures terminal of Esenboğa Airport. After baggage and ticket procedures, fly to Bologna with Corendon Airlines’ special flight. Upon arrival, transfer to Rome. Arrive in Rome and check in to our hotel. Overnight at the hotel. 2. DAY ROME After breakfast at the hotel, we begin our Rome city tour. During our city tour, the places to be seen include Castel Sant’Angelo, where Cem Sultan was imprisoned; Venice Square and the Monument to Vittorio Emanuele II, where Mussolini addressed the public; the Colosseum, which hosted gladiator fights; the Trevi Fountain, made famous by La Dolce Vita; Spanish Steps consisting of 135 steps; and the Ship Fountain located at the Spanish Steps. After the tour, free time. Guests who wish may join the “Outlet & Lakes Region & Vatican Tour” extra arranged by our guide (70 EUR per person). After visiting the region with natural beauty where the popes spent their summers and the village of Nemi, famous for its wild strawberries, there will be free time for shopping at Castel Romano Outlet, one of Italy’s most famous shopping destinations. Then we head to St. Peter’s Square, considered the center of Christianity. Upon arrival, free time for visiting the Basilica and the Square. If purchased separately, transportation to the tour departure/ending points will be on your own. 3. DAY ROME After breakfast at the hotel, free time. Guests who wish may join the “Naples & Pompeii Tour” extra arranged by our guide (95 EUR per person). Our first stop is Pompeii, which remained buried under 7 meters of earth until the 18th century after the eruption of Mount Vesuvius in 79 AD. After the excavations, we will have the opportunity to see the houses, palaces, and petrified people revealed. After visiting the open-air museum of Pompeii, we depart for Naples. Upon arrival, panoramic Naples city tour. During our tour, the places to be seen include Piazza Plebiscito, the main square of Naples; the Royal Palace built in the 17th century; Castel Nuovo (New Castle); Basilica di San Francesco di Paola, inspired by St. Peter’s Square in Rome and the Pantheon; Galleria Umberto I, where shops are located; San Carlo Theatre, built in 1737 and listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site; and Naples Port. After the tour, transfer to our hotel. Overnight at the hotel. 4. DAY ROME – FLORENCE After breakfast at the hotel, we depart for Florence. Guests who wish may join the “Orvieto Tour” extra arranged along the route (30 EUR per person). After visiting Orvieto, which holds an important place in Italy’s art and general history and has extraordinary natural beauty, including the ancient city center and Orvieto Duomo, we continue to Florence. Upon arrival, panoramic Florence city tour. During our tour, the places to be seen include the Arno River dividing Florence into two, Ponte Vecchio, famous for its jewelers, Palazzo Vecchio where the Medici family ruled Florence, Piazza della Signoria, home to masterpieces such as the Hercules and David statues, Santa Maria del Fiore Duomo with the 3rd highest dome in Italy, and the Baptistery famous for its doors. At the end of the tour, transfer to our hotel in Montecatini. Overnight at the hotel. 5. DAY FLORENCE After breakfast at the hotel, free time. Guests who wish may join the “Pisa & Portofino Tour” extra arranged by our guide (100 EUR per person). In our tour, after seeing the Leaning Tower of Pisa and Piazza dei Miracoli, we will travel by boat to the world-famous town of Portofino, which has been featured in songs. You will love this small town located within a national park. After the tour, transfer to the hotel. Overnight at the hotel. 6. DAY FLORENCE – VENICE After breakfast at the hotel, we depart for Venice. Guests who wish may join the “Bologna Tour” extra arranged along the route (30 EUR per person). During our Bologna city tour, the places to be seen include Piazza Maggiore, accepted as the center of Bologna; the Neptune Fountain located just behind the square; the Old Stock Exchange Building; the first university building in Europe; Quadrilatero (the old market); and the Garisenda and Asinelli Towers, which have become symbols of Bologna. After the tour, we depart for Venice. Upon arrival at Tronchetto Square, we take a short boat ride to San Marco Square and begin the panoramic Venice city tour. During our tour, the places to be seen include the famous San Marco Square and Basilica, the Bridge of Sighs where prisoners took one last look at Venice before entering prison, the Grand Canal and the Rialto Bridge on it, the Doge’s Palace, the Bell and Clock Tower, and the Church of San Giorgio Maggiore. After the city tour, free time. After the tour, transfer to our hotel. Overnight at the hotel. 7. DAY VENICE – MILAN After breakfast at the hotel, we depart for Milan. During our tour, we will see Romeo and Juliet’s House, which is the subject of the greatest love story in history, Verona Arena, the Scaligero Bridge with its unique architecture, and Verona Cathedral. After the Verona tour, we will visit Lake Garda, one of the most beautiful lakes in Northern Italy. After the tour, we depart for Milan. Upon arrival, panoramic Milan city tour. During our tour, the places to be seen include Milan Duomo, the second largest church in Italy, which took approximately 500 years to complete, Sforza Castle, and the Vittorio Emanuele Gallery, home to the world’s most famous fashion stores. After the tour, transfer to our hotel. Overnight at the hotel. 8. DAY MILAN – BOLOGNA – ANKARA After breakfast at the hotel, transfer to Bologna Airport depending on the flight time.
