ANKARA – STUTTGART – STRASBOURG – (Alsace Pearls: Colmar & Riquewihr Tour) – ALSACE / BASEL After baggage drop-off, check-in, and passport control procedures to be carried out at Ankara Esenboğa Airport International Terminal 3 hours before departure, we fly to Stuttgart on SunExpress Airlines’ direct scheduled flight XQ790 at 04:35. Upon arrival at Stuttgart Airport at 06:55 local time, we depart for Strasbourg with our private coach waiting for us at the airport. Strasbourg, located on the border of Germany, Switzerland, and France and also the largest city of the Alsace region, will greet us like something out of a fairy tale, with the beauty of a painting. In the pedestrianized center of Strasbourg, which was inscribed on the UNESCO World Cultural Heritage List in 1988 and has hosted the European Parliament since 1992, we will take a panoramic city tour on foot. During the tour, we will see Gutenberg Square and its statue, the Notre Dame Cathedral, the city’s most important structure located in the very heart of the city, and Kammerzell House, the oldest house in the city, which still serves as a hotel and restaurant today. After free time in Strasbourg, transfer to our Alsace/Basel region hotel. On the way, guests who wish may join the optional Alsace Pearls: Colmar & Riquewihr Tour (80 Euro). On this tour, we first head to the fairy-tale town of Colmar, where we will see the Old Customs House, Pfister House, and the colorful houses around the Rhine River, as well as the city’s most famous district, Petite Venise (Little Venice). In this unique setting surrounded by the Rhine River and its canals, you will have the chance to find many delicious foods to suit your taste and many souvenirs. Our next stop is Riquewihr, famous for its vineyards, flowered balconies, unique rows of shops, cobblestone streets closed to car traffic, buildings that somehow escaped damage during World War II, and charming cafés, with its tower housing the Dolder Museum, which preserves the city’s history through documents and evokes Grimm fairy tales. After our visit to Riquewihr, we continue our journey to our Alsace/Basel region hotel. Upon arrival at the hotel, check-in and free time to rest. ALSACE / BASEL – ST. MORITZ – MILAN After breakfast and hotel check-out, we depart for St. Moritz. We arrive in St. Moritz, Switzerland’s natural wonder and a favorite destination of the jet set. After free time and a short surrounding tour in St. Moritz, we continue to Milan for our city tour. Milan, one of Europe’s fashion capitals, is also known for its cuisine, opera, and churches. Although recognized as Italy’s business and financial capital, Milan is also the right destination for shopping and dining. During our city tour, the main sights include the famous opera house La Scala, Duomo Square and Cathedral, and Porta Romano. At the end of the Milan city tour, we head to our hotel in the Milan region. Upon arrival, check-in and free time to rest. MILAN – (Portofino Tour by Boat) – NICE After breakfast and hotel check-out, we depart for Nice. On the way, guests who wish may join the optional Portofino Tour by Boat (65 Euro). Portofino, surrounded by colorful houses and inspiring songs with its beauty, enchants visitors with its narrow streets, colorful houses, green hills, and turquoise Mediterranean scenery. After our Portofino visit, we continue our journey to Nice. Upon arrival at our hotel in the Nice region, check-in and free time to rest. NICE – (Cannes & Nice Tour) – (Eze & Monaco & Monte Carlo Tour) After breakfast, we offer a full day of free time. During this free time, guests who wish may join the optional Cannes & Nice Tour (70 Euro). On this tour, we first head to Cannes. Famous for hosting the annual Cannes Film Festival and boasting a sparkling sea and golden beaches, in Cannes we will first see the old town, the city’s first settlement. During our walk through the narrow, winding, traffic-free streets of the old town, we will have the chance to see souvenir shops and do some shopping. After our visit to La Croisette Boulevard, lined with many luxury restaurants, shops, and hotels, and Meynadier Street, we arrive in Nice. On our Nice tour, the Promenade des Anglais, Nice Port, Massena Square, Flower Market, and the Courthouse are among the sights to be seen. After free time in Nice, guests who wish may join the optional Eze & Monaco & Monte Carlo Tour (80 Euro). On this tour, our first stop is Eze Village, one of the most famous villages of the Côte d’Azur with its magnificent views, where we visit a perfume factory where you can test and purchase many beautiful and famous perfumes at reasonable prices. Our second stop is Monaco, the kingdom of fairytales, the world’s smallest state after the Vatican, located on the French Riviera. Upon arrival, we will take a panoramic city tour of Monte Carlo, the center of luxury and splendor. After the tour, we return to our hotel in the Nice region. NICE – (Annecy Tour) – GENEVA After breakfast and hotel check-out, we depart for Geneva. On the way, guests who wish may join the optional Annecy Tour (50 Euro). Annecy, known as the “Venice of the Alps” thanks to the canals running through it and the Thiou River, enchants visitors with its canal-based structure and extraordinary location between the mountains and the lake. During our visit, the Château d’Annecy, built in the 17th century and restored in 1947, St. Maurice Church, and the Palais de l’Isle, a favorite spot for photography lovers, will be seen panoramically. After a short free time on the shore of Annecy Lake, the third largest lake in France, we complete our tour and continue to Geneva. Upon arrival at our hotel, check-in and free time to rest. GENEVA – BERN – (Swiss Alpine Villages by Train: Interlaken & Lauterbrunnen Tour) – ALSACE / BASEL After breakfast and hotel check-out, we depart for our Geneva city tour. Geneva, known as the “French side of Switzerland” and located on the shores of Lake Geneva, is a magnificent city where history, culture, science, and nature come together. The presence of international organizations such as CERN, the World Health Organization, UEFA, FIFA, and the United Nations gives the city an important cultural and administrative role. During our tour of Geneva, where museums, parks, historical monuments, streets, and clean air come together, the main sights will include St. Pierre Cathedral, Jet d’Eau, Geneva’s symbol reaching up to 140 meters, and the Reformation Monument. After the city tour, we set off for Bern. Bern is one of the few cities in Europe that has remained unchanged since the Middle Ages. Due to this historical texture, it is listed on the UNESCO World Cultural Heritage List. Situated in Switzerland and officially German-speaking, Bern also shows the influence of German culture in its architecture. After our tour of Bern, free time will be provided, and guests who wish may join the optional Swiss Alpine Villages by Train: Interlaken & Lauterbrunnen Tour (80 Euro). Our first stop on this tour will be Interlaken. Named from “inter-lakes” due to its location between Lake Brienz and Lake Thun, Interlaken is famous for its natural beauty and breathtaking landscapes. Important hotels, casinos, and shopping streets are along the route of our walking tour. The Victoria Jungfrau Hotel, one of the city’s historical landmarks, and Höhematte Park will be seen panoramically. After free time for photos and sightseeing, we head to the train station for our next stop, Lauterbrunnen. After approximately a 20-minute train ride from Interlaken, we arrive in Lauterbrunnen. We will feel the deep structure of the valley and the steep rock walls as soon as we leave the station. On the way to the village center, we will panoramically see the enchanting structure of Staubbach Falls cascading toward the valley floor and have the chance to photograph it. Lauterbrunnen is known for the valley lined with small settlements and walking paths, home to 72 waterfalls. During our walk along the designated route in the village, we will take plenty of photos of the region’s traditional chalet architecture, the natural formations surrounding the valley floor, and the wonderful natural landscapes that feel like paradise. We return to Interlaken by train and complete our tour. After the tour, we head to our Alsace/Basel region hotel. Upon arrival, check-in and free time to rest. ALSACE / BASEL – (Freiburg Tour) – OUTLET – STUTTGART After breakfast and hotel check-out, we depart for our visit to the outlet center in the Stuttgart region. On the way, guests who wish may join the optional Freiburg Tour (45 Euro). On this tour, we visit Freiburg, one of the most important examples of green urbanism. In Freiburg, where only low-carbon-emission vehicles have been allowed in since 2010 and transportation is largely by tram and bicycle, we will see the traces of the historical and architectural cultures of Germany, France, Austria, Spain, and Sweden, which have all ruled the city throughout history. Freiburg, also known as the capital of the Black Forest (Schwarzwald), will be toured on foot, and the city’s main symbol, Freiburg Cathedral, its charming streets with small water channels unique to Freiburg, the medieval gate Martin’s Tor, and Rathausplatz will be among the sights to be seen. After the tour, we continue to the outlet center. At the outlet center, home to stylish stores of world-famous prestigious brands, cafés and restaurants, and personal activity areas, we will enjoy free time for affordable and quality shopping before arriving at our hotel in the Stuttgart region. Upon arrival, check-in and free time to rest. STUTTGART – ANKARA After breakfast and hotel check-out, we depart for Stuttgart Airport for our return flight to Ankara. Upon arrival at the airport, after baggage drop-off, check-in, and passport control procedures, we fly to Ankara on SunExpress Airlines’ direct scheduled flight XQ791 at 08:05.
