ANKARA – ZURICH – STRASBOURG – (Colmar Tour) – ALSACE
We will proceed to baggage drop-off, check-in and passport control at Ankara Esenboğa Airport International Terminal 3 hours before our flight. Afterwards, we will fly to Zurich on SunExpress Airlines’ direct and scheduled flight XQ732, departing at 07:20. We will arrive at Zurich Airport at 09:45 local time, and then transfer to Strasbourg with our private bus waiting at the airport. Strasbourg, the largest city in the Alsace region, located at the borders of Germany, Switzerland, and France, will greet us with its fairy tale beauty. Designated as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1988 and home to the European Parliament since 1992, Strasbourg's vehicle-free center will be explored on foot during our panoramic city tour, where we will see places including Gutenberg Square and its Statue, the Notre Dame Cathedral— the most significant building in the heart of the city— and the Kammerzell House, which is the oldest house in the city and still operates as a hotel and restaurant. After our Strasbourg tour, we will have free time, followed by a transfer to our hotel in the Alsace region. On the way, guests who wish can join our extra Colmar Tour (55 Euro). In Colmar, where half-timbered houses from the Middle Ages, canals, and well-preserved old town architecture impress visitors, we will visit the Old Customs House, Pfister House, and the most famous area of the city, Petite Venise (Little Venice), surrounded by the Rhine River and its colorful houses. There, we will find opportunities to taste various delicious foods according to our palate, as well as purchase many souvenirs. After the Colmar Tour, we continue our journey to our hotel in the Alsace region. Check-in and free time to rest.
ALSACE – BERN – (Train Trip to Swiss Alpine Villages: Interlaken & Lauterbrunnen Tour) – GENEVA
After breakfast and checking out of the hotel, we will move on to Bern. Bern is one of the few cities in Europe that has remained unchanged since the Middle Ages. Its historical fabric is why it is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Located within Switzerland, Bern's official language is German, which is evident in its architecture influenced by German culture. After our tour of Bern along the Aare River, there will be free time during which guests may participate in the extra Train Trip to Swiss Alpine Villages: Interlaken & Lauterbrunnen Tour (80 Euro) if they so wish. Our first stop on the tour will be Interlaken. Named “inter-lakes” due to its location between Lake Brienz and Lake Thun, Interlaken is renowned for its natural beauty and breathtaking scenery. Key sites such as important hotels, casinos, and shopping streets will be visited during our walking tour. We will also have panoramic views of the historical symbol of the city, the Victoria Jungfrau Hotel, and Höhematte Park. After some time for photos and exploration, we will head to the train station to transfer to Lauterbrunnen. After approximately 20 minutes on the train from Interlaken, we will arrive in Lauterbrunnen. We will immediately feel the deep structure of the valley and the steep rock walls as we exit the station. As we walk into the village center, we will have the chance to see the mesmerizing Staubbach Waterfall pouring down into the valley and take photos. Lauterbrunnen is known for its small settlements lining the valley that hosts 72 waterfalls and its walking paths. During our walk along the defined route through the village, we will take plenty of photos of the region's traditional chalet architecture, the natural formations surrounding the valley, and the stunning landscapes reminiscent of paradise. After returning to Interlaken by train, we will complete our tour. Afterwards, we move on to Geneva, where we will organize a city tour upon arrival. Known as “the French part of Switzerland,” Geneva is a magnificent city where history, culture, science, and nature come together, located by Lake Geneva. The city's role as a central location for numerous international organizations (CERN, World Health Organization, UEFA, FIFA, United Nations) elevates its cultural and administrative significance. During our exploration of Geneva, we will visit significant sites including St.Pierre Cathedral, the Jet d’Eau fountain, which rises up to 140 meters and symbolizes Geneva, and the Reformation Monument. After the city tour, we reach our hotel in the Geneva region. Upon arrival, we check into our rooms and have free time to relax.
GENEVA – (Annecy Tour) – NICE
After breakfast and checking out, we will head to Nice. Along the way, guests may join the extra Annecy Tour (50 Euro) if they wish. Annecy, known as "the Venice of the Alps" thanks to its canals and the Thiou River, captivates visitors with its extraordinary location between mountains and lakes. During our tour, we will see panoramic views of Chateau d’Annecy, built in the 17th century and restored in 1947, St. Maurice Church, and Palais de l’Isle, known as a point of attraction for photography enthusiasts. After a short free period by the shores of Lake Annecy, we will complete our tour and continue our journey to Nice. Upon arrival at our hotel, we will check in and have free time to relax.
NICE – (Cannes & Nice Tour) – (Eze & Monaco & Monte Carlo Tour)
After breakfast, we will offer a full day of free time. During this period, guests may participate in the extra Cannes & Nice Tour (70 Euro) if they wish. Our first stop will be Cannes, famous for hosting the annual Cannes Film Festival, boasting a sparkling sea and golden beaches. During our city tour in Cannes, we will start by exploring the old town, where we will walk through the narrow, winding, vehicle-free streets for shopping opportunities at souvenir shops. Following our visit along the seafront Boulevard de la Croisette and Meynadier Street, we will head back to Nice. During the Nice tour, we will see Promenade des Anglais Avenue, Nice Harbor, Massena Square, Flower Market, and the Palace of Justice. After the Nice tour, we will have free time, and those who wish can join the extra Eze & Monaco & Monte Carlo Tour (80 Euro). On this tour, our first stop is Eze Village, one of the most famous villages on the Côte d’Azur, where you can test and buy beautiful and famous perfumes at a fragrance factory at reasonable prices. Our second stop will be Monaco, the smallest state in the world after Vatican City, located on the French Riviera, where we will conduct a panoramic city tour of Monte Carlo, the center of luxury and opulence. After the tour, we return to our hotel in the Nice area.
NICE – (Boat Trip to Portofino) – MILAN
After breakfast and checking out of the hotel, we will head towards Milan. Those who wish can join the extra Boat Trip to Portofino Tour (65 Euro) along the way. Portofino, surrounded by colorful houses and acclaimed for inspiring songs, boasts narrow streets and turquoise Mediterranean views that fascinate visitors. After our visit to Portofino, we will continue our journey to Milan. Recognized as one of Europe’s fashion capitals, Milan also stands out for its cuisine, opera, and churches. During our city tour in Milan, we will see key sites such as the famous opera house La Scala, Duomo Square and Cathedral, and Porta Romana. After our Milan city tour, we will transfer to a hotel in the Milan area. Check-in and free time to relax.
MILAN – HEIDI'S VILLAGES & ST. MORITZ – BERNINA EXPRESS / RED TRAIN – MILAN
After breakfast, we will head to St. Moritz for an unforgettable and mesmerizing train journey on the Bernina railway line. We will enjoy panoramic views of Heidi’s villages, known for the charming character who lives in the Alps with her grandfather and friend Peter. Upon arrival in St. Moritz, a favored destination for the jet set and surrounded by nature’s wonders, we will have free time and a brief tour of the area depending on the train's departure time. Afterward, we will head to the station for the breathtaking journey on the Bernina Express / Red Train. This world-famous route, recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage site, was built between 1898 and 1904, offering enchanting landscapes and photo opportunities during the approximately 2-hour ride. After arriving at Tirano Station, we will return to our hotel in the Milan area with our waiting vehicle.
MILAN – OUTLET – (Como Tour) – ZURICH
After breakfast and checking out of the hotel, we will visit the outlet center. This outlet center features stylish shops, cafes, and restaurants of prestigious global brands, providing a chance for quality shopping at affordable prices. After enjoying our free time for shopping, we will head to Zurich. Those who wish can join the extra Como Tour (50 Euro) along the way. Como, located in the Lombardy region, is prominent for its historical buildings and organized city structure. The city’s squares, cathedrals, and waterfront offer visitors a compact and easily accessible area for exploration. Lake Como is one of Italy’s most well-known lakes, surrounded by hills and dotted with lakeside settlements. During our Como & Lake Como tour, we will reach Como city center to see the cathedral area, squares, and waterfront from the outside. After the visit, there will be free time along Lake Como, allowing visitors to walk around, take photos, or explore the surroundings. After this free time, we will complete our tour and continue our journey to Zurich. Upon arrival, we will conduct a Zurich city tour, where we will see landmarks such as Fraumünster Church, Grossmünster Church, the Swiss National Museum, the Opera House, Lake Zurich, the Clock Tower, Old Guild Houses, Zurich Altstadt (Old Town), and the lively, colorful Bahnhofstrasse (station street) renowned for its world-famous shops. After the Zurich tour, there will be a short free time before transferring to our hotel in the Zurich region. Check-in and free time to relax.
ZURICH – ANKARA
After breakfast and checking out of the hotel, we head to Zurich Airport for our return flight to Ankara. Upon arrival at the airport, we will complete baggage drop-off, check-in, and passport control, and aboard SunExpress Airlines’ flight XQ732, departing at 10:40. We will arrive at Esenboğa Airport at 14:55 Turkish time, marking the end of our tour.
