Day 2: Skopje – Kosovo (Pristina – Prizren) - Skopje

After our breakfast in the morning, there will be free time. Guests who wish can join the extra Kosovo tour (90 Euro) that will be organized. Upon arrival in Pristina, we will start our panoramic city tour where we will explore both the modern and historical aspects of Kosovo. During this tour, we will visit Germia Park, one of the most important natural beauties of Pristina. Then we will see the Kosovo Museum, showcasing Kosovo's cultural heritage. During our tour, we will also visit numerous valuable structures from the Ottoman period, including Fatih Sultan Mehmed Mosque and the 18th-century Yaşar Paşa Mosque. While touring the historical heritage of the city, we will visit the Tomb of Sultan Murad I, who was killed in the Kosovo Plain as a result of the Battle of Kosovo in 1389, and have the opportunity to commemorate this important historical event and its place in Ottoman history. After our tour in Pristina, we move to Prizren, known as the cultural capital of Kosovo. Upon arrival, we will start to explore the narrow streets of Prizren, which remind of an Anatolian Ottoman city with its architecture and signboards filled with Turkish inscriptions. Day 3: Skopje – Belgrade

After breakfast in the morning, we leave our hotel and embark on a pleasant journey to Serbia's capital, Belgrade. Throughout history, Belgrade has been one of the most important cultural and strategic centers in the Balkans, and it continues to attract attention with its liveliness, vibrancy, and historic texture. In this captivating city, we will have the opportunity to explore the intersection of Ottoman and European cultures. After our arrival in Belgrade, we start a panoramic city tour where we will explore the city’s grandeur. Initially, we will see the Old Palace, known for its exquisite adornment ceilings, bearing the traces of the Ottoman period. Here, you can feel the historic atmosphere and discover the texture that merges Belgrade's past with its present. Next, we proceed to one of the most impressive spots in the city, where the Sava River meets the Danube River. It will be a great pleasure to explore this area, which has been the focal point of conquests and victories throughout history. Continuing our exploration of this ancient city, you will encounter Belgrade Fortress, which was used as a supply center for the Ottoman navy. While tracing the traces of history in this fortress, we will see important locations like Kale Square and Taş Meydan. During our tour, we will also visit the tomb of Şehit Ali Pasha, an important figure of the Ottoman era, and Bayraklı Mosque, one of the rare Ottoman structures still standing in Belgrade. Day 4: Belgrade – Sarajevo

After breakfast in the morning, we head towards the capital of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Sarajevo. After our arrival, Sarajevo has been a cultural capital of the Balkans for centuries and is historically known for the assassination of Archduke Franz Ferdinand by Serbs in 1914, which caused the outbreak of World War I. In the 1992 war, it suffered great damage due to the destructive conflicts between Serbs, Croats, and Bosniaks, yet Sarajevo has managed to preserve much of its beauty. During our panoramic city tour, we will see the famous Başçarşı, the historical Ottoman caravanserai Morica Han, the Catholic Cathedral reflecting the city’s religious cosmopolitanism, the Synagogue, Hüsrev Bey and Ferhadija Mosques, the Latin Bridge where the assassination of Franz Ferdinand took place in 1914, the Old Library, and western-style buildings created during the 40 years of the Austro-Hungarian administration. After breakfast in the morning, we set out from Sarajevo towards Medjugorje, where we will be staying. Upon arrival, guests can join the extra tours offered for Mostar Bridge and Blagaj. Medjugorje is known especially for its peaceful atmosphere with religious visitors. After we check into our hotel, we settle in our rooms and have some time to rest. Here, we will see the Mostar Bridge, a masterpiece of Ottoman architecture built by Architect Hayreddin in 1557. Upon our arrival in Tirana, we will embark on a tour of this historically and culturally rich city, known as the center of Bektashism in Europe. Upon arrival, we will visit the Ethem Bey Mosque, one of the cultural heritage sites of Albania, which started construction in 1789 and completed in 1923. We will take a short break at Skanderbeg Square, seeing the statue of Skanderbeg proudly rising in the middle. The Clock Tower, built by Ethem Bey in 1821, will also be one of the highlights of our tour. Next, we will visit the meaningful Peace Bell, made from melted lead during the rebellion of Shkodra children in 1999. After a short break here, we head to Bitola, which was once one of the most important culture and trade centers of the Ottomans. Upon arrival in Bitola, we will visit the Military Secondary School where our great leader Atatürk studied, and the Atatürk Museum from outside. You will also have the opportunity to discover historical artifacts from the Ottoman era, such as the Turkish Bazaar, Bedesten, İshak Pasha Mosque, and Yeni Mosque in this enchanting city. While feeling the historical texture of Bitola, you will have the chance to take a pleasant walk on the city’s nostalgic streets. GENERAL TERMS 1- The General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently of the tour program. 2- In the event that sufficient participation for the trip is not achieved; the Agency can cancel the tour up to 21 days prior to the tour departure date. In this case, cancellation information will be communicated to the guest. The entire tour fee will be refunded to the guest. Refunds for additional services purchased outside of the tour; the domestic flight connection purchased from the Agency will also be refunded to the guest, and if the visa service has been requested using travel health insurance on behalf of the guest, these services cannot be refunded as they are considered utilized. If the guest has purchased the domestic flight connection from a different provider independent of the Agency, the guest cannot claim any refund from the Agency in case the tour is canceled by the Agency. The guest accepts in advance all material and moral losses arising from the cancellation of the tour at the time of purchasing the tour, and the Agency cannot be held responsible. 3- In the event that sufficient participation for the trip is not achieved, the Agency has the right to act in good faith and not cancel the tour. In this case, since the tour will be provided separately for the guest, the guiding service included in the package will only cover the round-trip transfer at the departure airport. Cancellation and Modification 4- In our tours, tickets related to transportation are issued at the time of reservation. Cancellations made more than 30 days before the tour departure date will be subject to a penalty for these flight ticket fees with no cancellation & modification and refund rights. 5- Guests have the right to cancel without penalty, provided they notify the Agency in writing at least 30 days before the tour departure date, except for airline tickets that have been paid to the airline company and/or committed by the Agency. If the trip is canceled within 31 days before the start date, a penalty of 50% of the remaining tour fee will be paid from the airfare. In cases where cancellation is made within 15 days or less before the tour start date, all of the tour fee will be forfeited as a penalty. In case of cancellation requests, additional services such as domestic flight connections, visa services, travel health insurance may have different refund conditions based on the cancellation request period, and it is required to inquire about the refund in advance. The Agency cannot make any commitment for the refunds of additional services. Guiding Services and Extra Tours 6- The days and times of the tours specified in the program may be changed by the guide according to the open/closed status of museums and historical sites in the places to be visited, as well as weather conditions. Different guides may accompany our guests during the tours. 7- The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are conducted for general introduction of the cities and are 2-3 hours long with narration by the guide from inside the vehicle, not including museum or historical site entrances. Panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program, will not be organized if access to the sites is prohibited by local authorities on the scheduled days and times, or if the program is not possible due to weather conditions. Some tours may be conducted using public transportation or on foot where roads are closed to vehicles or access is not allowed. 8- Our guide may make changes to the days of the city tour and/or additional tours based on the number of participants and the status of the museum or historical site. This condition also applies to any changes that may occur due to flight times. 9- Important considerations for our tours conducted via Speed Boats include: avoiding heavy meals just before boarding the boat and limiting water intake. Guests with complaints related to the stomach, back, neck, and pregnant guests should inform their guides of their conditions. 10- There is no refund for services included in the prices if the guest does not participate in the tour or meal services specified. About Flights 11- The Agency acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger, and in case of any disputes, the Turkish legislation's relevant provisions as well as the Hague Protocol and the Warsaw Convention will be applied. 12- There may be delays or changes in the departure times of scheduled and charter flights. The Agency is obliged to notify these changes as soon as possible. The passenger acknowledges the risk of flight time changes/cancellations upon purchasing the trip. 13- Children aged 0-2 only pay the airport tax fee. 14- According to airline regulations, round-trip flight tickets purchased will be canceled by the airline if the outbound flight is not used. 15- The check-in and boarding procedures for guests participating in flights are personal responsibilities, and these processes must be carried out by the guests at the airports before the flight, at the relevant airline counters, or online on the airline's websites. 16- Last-minute flight delays and gate changes will be announced audibly at the airports and displayed on the information boards at the airport. This information must be followed by the guests themselves. 17- The Agency is not responsible for guests who are not present at the designated airport at the notified times according to the airline rules necessary for participation in the tour, who do not complete their check-in and boarding procedures on time, or who complete these procedures but do not board the plane. Guests who miss the flight are responsible for all expenses associated with obtaining new round-trip tickets and transfers in the destination area necessary to participate in the tour. 18- Generally, the baggage weight limit for departing flights from Turkey is 20 kg. This weight may vary according to the airline and destination country. If there are domestic flights in the destination country, this baggage weight may drop to 15 kg. Excess baggage weight/rates are determined by the airlines and are not the responsibility of the Agency. 19- For guests wishing to upgrade their tickets using miles (to business or first class); after the tickets are issued, upgrade transactions can be performed depending on the availability of the airline (check your membership with the airline). No guarantee is given for miles on each flight. Please check whether the tickets of the program are from an upgradeable class. 20- Some airlines may charge extra for food and drink and online check-in services. Other Matters 21- The Agency shall not assume responsibility for any changes or cancellations made directly with the hotel by the guest. In such cases, the cancellation conditions of the Agency will apply. 22- In cases where the hotel(s) are presented only by category information without mentioning names in the tour program, and/or options are provided for the same destination, the Agency will inform the guest 48 hours before the departure of the trip. 23- During special periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, or sports tournaments, hotels may be used at distances greater than those stated in terms of location or km. In such cases, the Agency will inform the guest 15 days before the departure date of the tour. 24- When registering for the purchased tour; the guest must accurately enter/declare their name (as it appears on the passport), date of birth, and passport number in the system. Flight tickets are issued based on this information. Penalties for cancellations or changes to flight tickets resulting from incorrect information will be charged to the guest. 25- To be able to use mobile phones abroad, please ensure that your phone is activated for international use before leaving Turkey, by contacting your service provider. 26- The check-in time for accommodations is 3:00 PM, and the check-out time is 12:00 PM. 27- Requests related to the room (high floor, close to common areas, smoking/non-smoking, bed type) are communicated to the hotel by the Agency. Efforts will be made to meet the designated preferences of the guest, depending on the availability of the hotel. The fulfillment of these requests is dependent on room availability at the time of check-in and cannot be guaranteed by the Agency. 28- The breakfast offered at hotels may differ from the rich traditional Turkish breakfast. Generally, it is served as a continental breakfast with limited options including butter, jam, bread, and tea or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall designated for groups. 29- In some cases, a double bed may be provided instead of a twin room. Most European hotels offer rooms with two beds that can be combined when necessary. 30- The child and extra bed policy may vary according to each hotel and room type. 31- Any additional beds and baby cots are provided upon request and according to the hotel's availability and must be approved by the hotel. 32- The capacity for additional beds or baby cots in rooms is a maximum of 1. 33- There is an extra bed application in triple rooms, and the bed allocated to the 3rd person in these rooms is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Guests declare that they accept the potential tightness caused by the extra beds added to standard rooms in triple room and/or bookings with children. 34- If the number of children staying with adults and their ages stated in hotel reservations is inaccurately declared by our guests, the relevant hotels may charge additional fees. In such situations, the responsibility falls on the guest who made the incorrect declaration. The hotel may request identification for age verification of children. 35- In reservations for 2 adults + 1 child, a separate bed may not be provided for the child. Child prices are only valid when the child is staying with two adults. Child discounts are valid for “one child” in the age group accompanying two adults. 36- Daily exchange rate changes are reflected in the TL prices. The rates applicable at the time of payment are valid. Additional requests and some extra services (mini bar, ironing, etc.) obtained at the hotel may be subject to extra charges. These costs are not included at the time of purchase and are paid directly to the hotel during your stay. 37- Some countries have different applications regarding city, tourism, or local taxes. Any types of city taxes, tourism taxes, or other taxes that are currently applied will be collected from the guests by the hotel during entry or exit. 38- The distances provided in the programs are map-based. Travel times may be extended due to traffic, weather conditions, the geographical location of the country, road works, and conditions. 39- The Agency reserves the right to change the sequence of cities in the program and the main airline to be flown without disrupting the content of the program in necessary situations or as deemed appropriate. 40- Personal belongings, bags, luggage, passports/identities of participants in the tour are under their own responsibility; the Agency is not responsible for forgotten/lost/stolen items. In the event that forgotten items are found, all expenses incurred for delivering the items to the country and/or individual will be borne by the item owner. 41- Participants in the tour are required to carry their travel health insurance policies and any medicines and reports related to any health issues with them. 42- For possible extra expenses at check-in, the hotel may ask for an official photo identification/passport and a credit card or cash deposit, which will be requested by the hotel. The return of the deposit requested at the time of check-out is a process between the hotel and the guest, and the Agency has no intervention in this matter. Visa and Passport 1- Guests must ensure their passports are valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel. 2- To have an entry-exit stamp on your passport at customs crossings/border posts, there must be at least 2 blank pages in your passport. 3- Being exempt from a visa or having obtained a visa for entry into the countries on this tour does not guarantee entry/exit; the passport police have the right to refuse to allow you into/out of the country, and the Agency is not responsible for this; the passenger holds this responsibility. 4- Non-Turkish citizens or those with dual citizenship intending to participate in the tour with their other country passport must consult the relevant consulates regarding visa procedures applicable to the country being traveled to; otherwise, the Agency will not be held responsible for any resulting consequences. 5- To avoid issues with the customs police at the border post of the visited country due to damaged, worn, wet, and/or similar passport damages; passports should be renewed. Otherwise, the responsibility falls on the passenger. 6- Our guests under 18 years of age may be asked by the police to provide a document showing joint consent from both parents when traveling alone or with only one parent; thus, we recommend that minors and their parents show sensitivity in this matter.
