## Tour Program

### Day 1: Istanbul – Porto

Meeting at the Turkish Airlines counter in Istanbul Airport International Terminal 3 hours before departure. After baggage, ticket and passport procedures, we depart for Porto on Turkish Airlines flight TK1449 at 06:50. Upon arrival at 09:45 local time, our city tour of Porto begins with the vehicle waiting for us in the area. Porto is the country's second-largest city and is famous for its unique architecture, colorful houses and narrow streets. During our city tour here, our first stop will be Boavista, known as a modern commercial and business center. Then our next stop will be the boundaries of Queijo castle located on the coast of the Atlantic Ocean. From there, passing through the old fishing village of Foz neighborhood where the Douro River meets the ocean, we proceed towards the center of Porto along the river banks. Our route will start from Carmo Square. We will pass by the historic Lello Bookstore and Clerigos Church and descend to Aliados Square. Bento Station, Sao Francisco Church, Stock Exchange Palace, Porto Cathedral, Liberdade Square, Batalha Square, Santa Catarina, the city's most famous shopping street, I. Luis Bridge, Arrabida Bridge will be among the places we will see. Our tour will end with the exploration of Ribeira district, which is listed as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO, located on the banks of the Douro River. At the end of the tour, guests who wish can join the spectacular Guimaraes & Bom Jesus de Monte & Braga tour organized additionally. (70 Euro) Guimarães is a historical city located in northern Portugal and is one of the most important cultural and historical centers of the country. Known as "the birthplace of Portugal," Guimarães has great historical importance because it was the place where the Portuguese Kingdom was established in the 12th century. The city resembles an open-air museum with its narrow streets, stone buildings and structures dating back to the Middle Ages. In this walking tour in this beautiful city selected as the European Capital of Culture in 2012, medieval castles, churches that are original works of Portuguese architecture, magnificent gardens, historical houses and streets will remain in our memories. After our tour, we move to our next stop, Bom Jesus do Monte. Built between 1784-1857 by Carlos Amarante in neoclassical style, after descending down the surprising stairs called labyrinth in front of Bom Jesus Cathedral, we head to Braga. Known as "Portugal's Rome" because it was built by the Romans 2000 years ago, Braga is one of the oldest settlements in the country. Its cute historical streets, colorful squares and traditional buildings will take you centuries back while touring. After our tour, transfer to our hotel. In the evening, guests who wish can join the Spectacular Porto Boat Tour. (20 Euro) In this tour, we will observe Porto differently from the Douro River, and we recommend you not to miss this tour. ### Day 2: Porto – Fatima – Obidos – Lisbon

After the morning breakfast at the hotel, we head towards Lisbon. Our first stop on the way is Fatima. This place, where the Virgin Mary appeared to three young shepherds in 1917 and revealed three secrets, is one of the largest pilgrimage and worship centers of Christianity. Our next stop is Obidos. Upon arriving in Obidos, you will feel as if you have traveled back centuries. In this small town, some residents still walk around in traditional attire on certain days of the week, bringing history to life again. During our enjoyable walking tour of the city, its narrow streets, small churches, beautiful houses, and shops will leave a lasting impression on our memories. After our tour, we proceed to Lisbon. Lisbon is the capital and largest city of Portugal and one of the oldest capitals in Europe. Located on the coast of the Atlantic Ocean, this historic city stands out with its impressive views, colorful neighborhoods, and rich cultural heritage. In our tour, after visiting the church part of Jeronimos Monastery, we will stop for a photo break at Belem Tower and the Monument to the Discoveries, located by the Tagus River. Then, we will take a short walking tour in Alfama, the oldest neighborhood of the city, which suffered the least damage from the 1755 earthquake, takes its name from the Arabic word for bathhouse, and can only be explored on foot. After returning to our vehicle, we will pass through Praça do Comercio, Baixa district, Rossio Square, and Restauradores Square, then reach Marques de Pombal Square at the end of Liberdade Avenue, known for its stylish boutiques. Following a photo break on the upper terrace of Eduardo Park overlooking Marques de Pombal Square, we will complete our tour and transfer to our hotel. In the evening, guests who wish may optionally join the Extra Evening Meal Included Grand Fado Night Tour (75 Euro). Fado is an emotional music style that tells the story of the Portuguese people's history, love, loss, and nostalgia. After this magnificent night, where you will experience a slice of the Portuguese soul with a delightful meal and drink, we will transfer back to our hotel. Overnight at the hotel.

### Day 3: Lisbon

After the breakfast served at the hotel, guests who wish may optionally join the Extra Grand Lisbon Pearls (Sintra & Cascais & Estoril & Cabo de Roca) tour. (75 Euro) Sintra is a charming town located north of Lisbon, listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The city is famous for its rich history and extraordinary nature. The most striking structure in Sintra is the Pena Palace, built in the 19th century. With its colorful and fairy-tale-like architecture, this palace, visible from the hills of the city, has become the symbol of Sintra. After our tour here, we will proceed to our second stop, Cabo da Roca, Europe's westernmost point. Moving along the ocean coast, we first reach Guincho Cape, then the "Boca do Inferno" rock formation near Cascais. Next, we head to our third stop, Cascais. In this lovely seaside resort town on the Atlantic Ocean coast, after visiting the fishing harbor, our next stop is the Estoril district, famous for its casino. Historically, Estoril became one of Europe's most popular holiday destinations in the early 20th century, especially favored by royal families and wealthy tourists. One of the most famous places in the city is the Estoril Casino, a large gambling house. After our tour here, we transfer back to our hotel. Overnight at the hotel.

### Day 4: Lisbon – Seville

After the breakfast we will have at the hotel, our city tour of Seville begins. Seville is a city famous for its historical and cultural richness, located in the Andalusia region of Spain. During our city tour along the banks of the Guadalquivir River, we will first visit Maria Luisa Park and Plaza America, which include the Plaza de Espana. We will also see the Seville Cathedral (exterior view), the third largest cathedral in the world, where Christopher Columbus's tomb is located; right next to the cathedral stands the Giralda Minaret, the last remaining part of the mosque that was built upon and now bears the memory of the Umayyad Caliphate of Andalusia. The Alcazar (exterior view), the palace of the Castilian kings, is also among the places to be visited. Afterwards, passing through the Archive of the Indies, where records of all sea voyages to the Americas up until the 19th century are kept, we will reach the narrow old streets of the Santa Cruz neighborhood, known as "old" Seville. At the end of our walk, after seeing the Torre del Oro (Golden Tower), which served as the main campus of the University of Seville and is now a maritime museum, we will transfer back to our hotel in Seville. In the evening, guests who wish may optionally join the spectacular Flamenco Fire Tour (55 Euro). Seville is one of the birthplaces of flamenco and is considered one of the most important centers of flamenco culture in Spain. The city is famous for traditional flamenco performances, dance studios, and flamenco festivals and events. During our flamenco night, you will be absolutely mesmerized watching the flamenco dancers. After the tour, we will transfer back to our hotel. Overnight stay at the hotel.

### Day 5: Seville – Ronda – Marbella – Seville

After the breakfast we will have at the hotel, we will depart for Granada. On the way, guests who wish can join the additional Grand Towns Ronda & Marbella tour (65 Euro). Ronda is a famous mountain town located in the Andalusia region of Spain, known for its historical and natural beauty. The city is particularly renowned for its deep valley and the historic bridge spanning it, Puente Nuevo. Built in the 18th century, this bridge has become a symbol of Ronda and is constructed over the El Tajo Canyon, which divides the city. Ronda also features a historic bullfighting arena and is considered one of the oldest bullfighting arenas in the world. Our second stop on the tour is Marbella. Located in southern Spain's Andalusia region, on the coast of Costa del Sol, this city is home to the jet set and stands out for its luxurious lifestyle. During our tour of the city, we will visit key sights including the historic center Casco Antiguo, the Puerto Banus marina, and luxury shopping areas. After the tour, we will transfer to our hotel in Seville. Overnight at the hotel.

### Day 6: Seville – Cordoba – Granada – Alhambra Palace – Seville

After the breakfast we will have at the hotel, guests who wish can join the extra Gorkemli Cordoba & Granada & Al Hambra tour (120 Euro). Our first stop on this tour is Cordoba. Cordoba is a historic city located in the Andalusia region of Spain. It is famous for its historical and cultural richness, impressive architecture, and structures bearing traces of Andalusian Islamic culture. Cordoba is one of the oldest and most beautiful cities in Spain. After a 1.5-hour journey, we will reach Cordoba, where the Guadalquivir River will welcome us first. We will enter the city by walking over the historic Roman bridge and passing through the Roman gate. The most magnificent structure of this 2000-year-old city is the Great Mosque of Cordoba, which rises on 850 columns and is one of the largest mosques in the world. Entering the Great Mosque of Cordoba, we will witness the grandeur of this magnificent work with our guide and receive impressive information. After our tour inside the Great Mosque of Cordoba, we will continue on foot, seeing the pristine old streets and the old caravanserai reflecting all the delicacies of Andalusian architecture, as well as the houses of Cordoba. After our tour, we will depart for Granada. Granada is a city full of history and culture located in the heart of the Andalusia region. Granada is famous for its historical heritage, music and dance, breathtaking views, and the Alhambra Palace. The city is one of Spain's leading tourist destinations and hosts millions of visitors each year. During our city tour here, places to be seen include Gran Via Avenue, BibRambla and City Squares, Granada Cathedral (exterior), Madraza (Granada's first university), Silk Market, and the old Nasrid Caravanserai. After our tour, we will go to the Alhambra Palace. One of the greatest treasures of Granada, the Alhambra Palace is one of the most eye-catching and impressive examples of Andalusian Islamic architecture. Alhambra, one of the most visited historical sites in Spain, is listed on the UNESCO World Heritage List and has gained worldwide fame. This famous work was begun in the 13th century as a defensive fortress and palace on a plateau atop Sabika hill overlooking Granada, and construction continued until the 15th century. Due to the red earth used in its construction, it took on a red color and was named Alhambra, meaning "Red". After our tour, we will transfer to our hotel in Seville. Overnight at the hotel.

### Day 7: Seville – Cádiz – Gibraltar – Seville

After the morning breakfast we will have at the hotel, our guests who wish can join our additional Grand Jerez & Cadiz & Strait of Gibraltar tour. (90 Euro). Our first stop on the tour will be the town of Jerez, famous for its vineyards and horses. Then we will move to Cadiz, located on the coast of the Atlantic Ocean. In Cadiz, we will see the cliffs battered by the majestic waves of the Atlantic Ocean, the magnificent golden dome of Cadiz Cathedral, old fishing neighborhoods, and fish restaurants in the narrow streets of the historic city. The final stop of our tour is Gibraltar. After the tour we will do at this endpoint connecting the continents of Africa and Europe, we will transfer back to our hotel. Overnight at the hotel.

### Day 8: Sevilla – Istanbul

After enjoying the hotel breakfast and completing check-out procedures, you will have free time. Subsequently, at the time specified by our guide, we will depart for Seville Airport. Following baggage, ticket, and passport procedures, we will fly with Turkish Airlines flight TK1300 to Istanbul at 18:35. Arrival at 23:55 local time marks the end of our tour.
